No Gym. How TV actor, Parth Samthaan, lost 32 kilos in just 4 months
Before Parth Samthaan became a household name with shows like Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan and Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 , he had a very different struggle: childhood obesity. Weighing 110 kilos as a teenager, the actor transformed his life without stepping inside a gym. Speaking on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa's YouTube podcast, the CID actor shared that he lost 32 kilos in just four months, relying purely on cardio, running, and aerobics. 'There was no gym. I did running and diet,' he said.Parth credits this early transformation as the foundation of his fitness journey and says it's what motivates him to now encourage youngsters, especially between the ages of 15–18, to pick up cycling, cardio, and swimming. His discipline and dedication have continued to reflect in his ever-evolving career and growing fan base.Parth's acting career began with episodic roles in Savdhaan India, Webbed, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. His first major break came in 2012 with Channel V's Best Friends Forever. However, it was his role as the brooding Manik Malhotra in MTV's Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan that shot him to fame, earning him a massive youth following. In 2018, he took on the iconic role of Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 opposite Erica Fernandes, a role that earned him several awards and widespread acclaim. In April 2025, Parth joined the legendary crime thriller CID, playing the role of ACP Ayushman. Interestingly, he initially turned down the offer, citing his hesitation to take on such a massive responsibility.

Raj Kundra offers kidney to Premanand Maharaj, gets trolled: ‘Strange world we live in'
Amid Rs 60 crore fraud allegations, actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband, Raj Kundra, visited spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj in Vrindavan. A video of their visit was shared online on the guru's official channels. In the video, Raj offers one of his kidneys to the guru, whose own two kidneys are compromised. His statement quickly went viral, with many calling it a PR stunt. Premanand Maharaj also counts actor Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli as his disciples. In a video shared by the YouTube channel Bhajan Marg, Raj Kundra can be heard saying, 'I have been following you since the past two years. You have been all over social media. When I was coming here, I was constantly thinking 'What do I question him?' And whatever questions appeared in my head, you would answer them through Instagram. Today's youth and the entire society has been following you. Your teachings are so helpful. Right now, I have no questions to ask. But, I do know that you have a failed kidney since the past two decades, I just want to say if I can ever be a help to you then I want to donate a kidney of mine to you.' Premanand replied with a laugh, 'Please, no. You stay healthy and happy… that's all I want. By God's grace, I am doing just fine.' After severe backlash, Raj took to his social media handles to share a note addressing his trolls. He wrote, 'Strange world we live in when someone chooses to offer a part of themselves to save another's life, it's mocked as a PR stunt. If compassion is a stunt, may the world see more of it. If humanity is a strategy, may more people adopt it. I'm not defined by labels the media or trolls throw at me. My past does not cancel my present choices, and my present intentions are not for you to measure with your cynicism.' He concluded his note with the line, 'Judge less, love more you might just save a life too.' This, too, received backlash with many trolling him for his current association with Rs 60 crore fraud. It is reported that Raj and Shilpa have defrauded a Mumbai-based businessman for nearly Rs 61 crore. However, in a statement, the couple called the allegations 'baseless and malicious.'

Then they checked off one sibling after another before jumping to her friends, but Yogita didn't get the reaction she was expecting, because most of the people weren't surprised that the two decided to take the leap. The couple even broke the news to Bhagyashree, Archana's trusted assistant, who said, 'Akele karli apne engagement, mujhe toh shaamil karna tha (You got engaged without even telling me?).
