
Kuwait Olympic team gears up for tough friendly against Egypt
The team kicked off the camp with a 3-1 defeat against Kafr El Zayat Club, followed by a 0-0 draw against El Ra'a Club. Their final friendly against Egypt will take place on Sunday, after which the squad will return to Kuwait to begin a new domestic training program.
This camp is part of the preparations for the AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualifiers, scheduled to be hosted by Saudi Arabia in January. Kuwait will compete in Group B alongside Japan, Afghanistan, and Myanmar, with Myanmar hosting the group matches from September 1 to 9.
