Brooklyn Beckham shakes off family troubles by leaping off a yacht in St. Tropez

BROOKLYN Beckham is like passing ships with his feuding family as he holidays in St. Tropez, just as they fly to the US.
The wannabe chef, 26, was photographed jumping into the sea off an 88-metre yacht, featuring a gym, beauty salon and nine cabins, which he is staying on with his wife Nicola Peltz.
The luxury getaway for Brooklyn, who lives in Los Angeles, means he has avoided being in the same country as his parents, David and Victoria, as well as his brothers Romeo and Cruz.
They have flown to Miami for their summer holiday, along with Brooklyn's sister Harper.
He had previously posted a photo of him, Nicola and sister Harper for the latter's 14th birthday.
This was amid his brothers Romeo and Cruz blocking Brooklyn on social media.
The younger boys were accused of turning their backs on Brooklyn for good, and sending the family deeper into crisis.
Model Brooklyn, 26, and wife Nicola, 30, were said to be 'blindsided' after learning of the snub.
The feud has been bubbling for several months. Brooklyn had publicly snubbed Victoria on Mother's Day this March.

Love Island winner Millie Court sends temperatures soaring in a skimpy black bikini during a sun-soaked holiday in Ibiza

Millie Court showed off her amazing figure in a skimpy black and white bikini as she enjoyed a sun-soaked holiday in Ibiza on Sunday. The Love Island winner took to Instagram to share a series of sizzling snaps from her lavish getaway as she partied with friends on a boat. Millie looked incredible in the two-piece which boasted a black and white top and matching tie side bottoms. Leaving her long tresses loose, the reality star shielded from the sun under a trendy straw cowgirl hat. Millie was seen with her friends swimming up to a bar boat for cocktails before filming herself doing a backwards dive into the ocean. She penned: 'the BEST day'. It comes after Millie admitted that watching back her flirting with boyfriend Liam Reardon on Love Island makes her 'cringe massively'. The reality stars won the seventh series of the ITV show in 2021 and had a year-long relationship before briefly splitting in July 2022. They have since reconciled and have been going from strength to strength, with the pair reflecting on their romance during Love Island's 10-year special, set to air on Sunday. Millie explained: 'Any moment of me and Liam flirting on TV makes me cringe massively. I actually can't watch that! 'But the moment Liam got up on stage and read out a letter he wrote for me… I always look back and think that was really sweet of him as I know how nervous he must have been. 'That was the moment I knew I was going to forgive him and thank god I did because look where we are now!' Liam agreed with Millie, adding: 'Most scenes of myself in the villa make me smile but also cringe! It's something about watching yourself on television as a young 21-year-old who thought they had it all figured out. 'Returning to the villa after Casa Amor and being the centre of all the drama around the firepit was definitely a cringe moment for me.' The stunner filmed herself doing a backwards dive into the ocean Despite the 'cringe' moments, Millie said Love Island has changed her life for the better: 'Love Island changed my life dramatically, but all for the better. 'I met the love of my life, my career sky rocketed and I've had opportunities I never even dreamed of because they felt so far out of reach. I will be forever grateful to Love Island for giving me the best gift of life I could possibly ask for.' In June Millie openly 'hinted' she is ready for Liam to pop the question and has already 'showed' him the style of engagement ring she would like. Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, she said: 'He's the one in control of proposing and I've gave a little hint and showed him a ring that I would like. 'Not that it means he'll do it any time soon but I thought better he knows now so when he does decide to, in the future, he knows what ring I like. 'He also knows what I would like proposal-wise as well, so where it would be and stuff'. Millie went onto say that the couple have been much happier in their relationship since 'doing long distance'. She said: 'It's amazing, he lives in Wales now and I'm in Essex so we're doing long distance but it's actually working really well. 'We managed to get that time together where I'll come down to Wales for a week, he'll come down to Essex, and it's almost like it's working because the time that we have apart we can crack on with work and solely focus on that. The reality stars won the seventh series of the ITV show in 2021 and had a year-long relationship before briefly splitting in July 2022 'Then when we're together we really look after our relationship and actually spend quality time together.' The reality star admitted the pair 'struggled' with balancing a relationship as well as fame after first coming off Love Island, but despite splitting for a short period of time they 'always knew they wanted to be together'. Speaking as the face of VO5's Summer Festival Edit, Millie told MailOnline: 'I just think that we've got used to life as it is now. 'I think coming off the show as many couples, it is a struggle to sort of navigate this new life as well as navigating a relationship. 'So having that time apart meant that we could really get to terms with this new lifestyle and everything sort of happening with that. 'Then when we came back together it was like we'd got used to it and we were in a much more comfortable position with life and career and it meant that we could fully focus on our relationship

What is the best way to holiday? Scientists may have the answer

According to some the ideal holiday is a week by a beach. According to others it is a cultural city break. And according to a meta-analysis of more than 3,000 holidaymakers from nine countries, research suggests that most holidays have their virtues. What matters more is you do something active, switch off as much as possible from work and perhaps consider splitting a fortnight break in two. But the good news is, whatever the destination, your summer holiday will give you more of a wellbeing boost than scientists previously thought. The research, published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, found a significant wellbeing boost from going on holiday that was still detectable weeks after returning. Being able to disconnect from everyday stresses is key to getting the most out of a holiday GETTY IMAGES Ryan Grant, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, said that he and his colleagues conducted the research in part because of a sense people were undervaluing holidays. 'We're seeing these trends where people just were not using their vacation time,' he said. 'And this is juxtaposed by trends where stress and burnout are all increasing.' Previous work had found a modest but not massive boost to wellbeing from taking a break. In the past 15 years, however, there has been a lot more research. Grant amalgamated this to produce an updated assessment of the effect of a holiday on measures of wellbeing — both psychological and physical. The physical measures were important, he said, because of the effects of stress on things like headaches and backache. • I moved to Lisbon for the perfect life. Of course, it didn't work After synthesising 132 studies Grant said he was surprised. 'The spike we found in wellbeing was much larger than we expected,' he said. It was a lot bigger than most of the other day-to-day life events he studied. It also persisted. 'Wellbeing doesn't reach what it was before the vacation until 43 days after.' This was a stronger effect than had been assumed. 'It is a much more optimistic view of vacations.' But why are holidays beneficial and are all holidays equal? Within the data there were clues. What was key, researchers found, was 'psychological detachment'. A staycation at home seemed to be among the worst ideas. 'It is about mentally disconnecting from work. It is not checking email, not communicating with colleagues. The more you can do that, the better,' the researchers said. Ideally, if people can do all that while hiking the Cornish coastal path or windsurfing, it is better still as physical activity seemed to be among the most beneficial activities, followed by socialising. Simply relaxing, with a book by the pool, for example, had a less strong association with wellbeing. There was also intriguing data on the length of holidays. In terms of enjoyment at the time, the longer the better, but there is a catch. The highs of a fortnight break precipitated more rapid lows and it was unclear why this would be. One theory is that going away for longer means, come the first Monday morning back, there are depressing amounts of stacked up work to catch up on. Another possibility, said Grant, was simply that holidaymakers had adjusted to a more pleasurable existence and 'the shock to the system when you get back on Monday morning and get hit by the ice water of the office life is all the worse'.

LOVE often blooms in unexpected ways, sometimes defying what society considers the norm. For one couple, Iyah and Rafah, their story has been a vibrant testament to finding happiness on their own terms, despite early doubts from others. 2 Iyah recently shared an update with her 840.4K TikTok followers, celebrating six years of marriage and the joy of building a family, a journey many initially questioned. Sharing a happy video of them dancing together, they wrote: 'Us six years later because my husband didn't give up pursuing me even when everyone said 'you're 41. 'Dating a 19-year-old is a bad idea.' Their relationship first captured attention due to their significant age difference. When they met, Iyah was just 19 years old, while Rafah was 41. On their TikTok page, @ rafal_and_iyah, Iyah had previously described meeting Rafah as "a dream come true." She's also openly spoken about the deeper connection that drew them together, moving past the age gap. As she explained, at 19, she already knew she wanted to get married and become a young mum. Rafah, then 41, had "wanted a family for so long," making their aspirations perfectly aligned. Iyah revealed that both of them initially worried about the age difference and how their families might react.
