Coldplay's Chris Martin teases couple on kiss-cam after outing Astronomer's CEO, asks ‘Are you legitimate?'
The moment Andy and Kristin realised they were on the jumbotron, both covered their faces and quickly ducked out of the way. Chris remarked, 'Look at these two. Either they are having an affair or just very shy,' and it quickly dawned upon him that the former might be a very real possibility seeing their reaction. Reportedly after the incident, Chris was heard saying, 'Holy sh*t. I hope we didn't do something bad.' The band, the crowd and our confused instigator Chris all tried to move forward as the singer was visibly worried about what had just happened. Later, the kiss-cam showed another couple on the screen, and in an attempt to cool things down and poke some fun at himself, Chris asked them, 'Are you two a legitimate couple?'

A lot has happened since the initial incident; however, most of it is speculation at this point without any confirmation from viable sources. An account on X (formerly Twitter), which is reportedly a parody account, posted a long apology on Andy's behalf which mentions the tycoon's company, family, and especially his wife. Chris also recently went through a split with his long-time girlfriend and fiancée, actor Dakota Johnson.
He is currently amidst the Music of the Spheres World Tour along with his bandmates. The tour that started back in 2022 has gone through more than 40 countries, including an electrifying detour in India. The tour will most likely conclude in September of this year, bringing one of the most successful and longest-running music tours of all time to a close.

Did the ‘Simpsons' predict the Coldplay Kiss Cam scandal? Viral theory sparks online frenzy
Social media is buzzing after a now-viral moment at a Coldplay concert seemingly exposed an alleged workplace affair, and the internet is asking, did The Simpsons see it coming? During Coldplay's concert at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were caught on the 'kiss cam', cuddling closely. The awkward moment sparked whispers online about a possible office romance. Coldplay frontman Chris Martin even joked on stage, 'Either they're having an affair or they're very shy.' As the moment went viral, users on X and Facebook began comparing the scene to a screenshot from The Simpsons, claiming the long-running animated series predicted yet another real-world event. The image shows Homer and Marge on a kiss cam, supposedly from a 2017 episode titled Kiss Kiss. However, many have pointed out that the widely shared Simpsons photo is likely AI-generated and not actually from the show. Still, fans aren't letting go of the theory. 'Is there anything The Simpsons don't know!! Tech CEO Andy Byron's SECRET relationship with HR head Kristin Cabot EXPOSED after Coldplay concert & the internet did its thing,' one user posted. 'The Simpsons predicting the future YET AGAIN of the CEO at Coldplay situation,' added another. Showrunner Al Jean has since brushed off the speculation, saying, 'We write satire, not prophecy. Any similarity is pure luck.' Meanwhile, the fallout at Astronomer has been swift. The company released a statement saying, 'Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability. The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation, and further details will be shared shortly.' Andy Byron has now stepped down as CEO. Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy has taken over as interim CEO, while the company begins its search for a permanent replacement.

Why is Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy being called ‘cheap commercial'? Leaked Lee Min Ho–Ahn Hyo Seop scene has fans cringing
Just days before its much-anticipated theatrical debut, Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy has found itself at the center of controversy. A short scene allegedly from the fantasy action movie surfaced on X (formerly Twitter). It quickly racked up millions of views, but for all the wrong reasons. The clip in question features lead actors Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop locked in an intense confrontation. Lee Min Ho, portraying the powerful Yoo Joong Hyuk, attempts to uncover the hidden identity of Kim Dok Ja, played by Ahn Hyo Seop. Despite Dok Ja's attempts to hide his truth, Joong Hyuk's supernatural abilities keep exposing him. The scene is designed to be dramatic and emotionally tense, but many viewers say it misses the mark. Omniscient Reader scene criticized for poor CGI and bland cinematography Instead of praise, the scene has drawn widespread criticism for its weak visual effects and uninspired cinematography. Online commenters described the overall scene and execution as "cringe". They even compared it to a "cheap commercial" rather than a cinematic experience. Fans were particularly disappointed with the computer-generated effects, which many said looked unpolished despite the film's big production budget. Several viewers also questioned the choice of camera work and shot composition. They argued that it lacked creativity and failed to elevate the emotional weight of the scene. Fans criticize Ahn Hyo Seop's portrayal of Kim Dok Ja The backlash didn't stop at visuals. Fans of the original Omniscient Reader web novel and webtoon expressed their dissatisfaction with the portrayal of Kim Dok Ja. In the source material, Dok Ja is known for his cool-headed, cunning charm. However, the movie version, as shown in the leaked clip, appears overly fearful and unsure. Others agreed, pointing out that the screenplay seems to strip the character of his defining traits. What Omniscient Reader is about Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy is adapted from the best-selling Korean web novel. It follows the story of Kim Dok Ja, an ordinary office worker. He suddenly finds himself living inside the pages of a fantasy novel he was reading. With knowledge of the story's events and its central hero, Yoo Joong Hyuk, Dok Ja must navigate a collapsing world and attempt to change its destined ending. Lee Min Ho plays the novel's original protagonist, Yoo Joong Hyuk. He's a stoic and powerful warrior, while Ahn Hyo Seop brings Kim Dok Ja to life on the big screen. Moreover, the movie is set to premiere in theaters on July 23. Whether the full film can turn opinions around or whether this scene is a preview of larger issues remains to be seen.
