The 39-year-old, who hosts Today Extra with Peter Campbell, shares two young sons with Stefanovic, 43, who is the younger brother of Nine network veteran Karl Stefanovic.
Describing her life with the TV anchor as 'beautiful', Sylvia has told how she manages to juggle motherhood and a successful TV career.
'It's messy and chaotic and it's full on, but it's beautiful and I have a great partner, a great teammate in Pete,' she gushed in a new interview with Stellar on Sunday.

She added: 'As far as TV gigs go, we're both very fortunate – we're aligned in the mornings at the moment, which makes the first half of the day kind of chaotic but it means that we're both home for the afternoon and the evening and bedtime.'
In the interview, Sylvia also said that parenting their two boys, Oscar, five and Henry, four, is a team effort.
She said the family currently enjoys a lot of 'togetherness' and revealed a surprising family secret.
'Pete cooks dinner, I never have to think about dinner,' she said, before joking: 'So if anyone wants to know how I survive as a working mum, that's how: my husband does dinner every night.'
Elsewhere, Sylvia, revealed that she and husband Peter have opened investments for their two boys.
Sylvia, who hosts the finance podcast The Pay Off, said that the couple are putting a little bit away for their children every month to help secure their future.
'This is where the mum guilt comes in when you're skipping out every morning and going to work – you want them to know it's for some greater purpose as well,' she said.
It comes after Sylvia and her husband celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary last month.
The happy couple enjoyed the milestone with a romantic dinner date.
'Our Big Fat Greek Anniversary,' Sylvia captioned a picture she took of their meals from a Sydney restaurant, which she later posted to Instagram.
Meanwhile, Peter, 43, shared an image of his wife wrapping her arm around him as he wrote, '8 with my mate,' alongside a red love heart.
Sylvia also shared a second picture, a black and white snapshot from when the couple first started dating.
In the caption, she wrote: 'Now and then. 7 years married + 2 lovely children - 700 hours of sleep = something to celebrate. Happy anniversary, Peter Stefanovic.'
At the time, many of the couple's friends and family offered their congratulations in the comments.
Peter, who is the brother of Today's Karl Stefanovic, replied simply with a series of love-heart emojis.
Meanwhile, Nine journalist Shelly Horton wrote: 'Congrats you two lovebirds!' followed by love heart emojis.
Another follower wrote: 'The beaming smile says it all. Congratulations. Awesome couple!'
'You both honestly look exactly the same! Lots of love,' one more wrote.
Sylvia and Peter began dating in 2013 after meeting at Nine and were engaged in 2016 while on holiday in France.
They tied the knot at the Ooralba Estate in Kangaroo Valley on April 1, 2017.
In 2020, Sylvia and Peter welcomed their first son, Oscar, in February.
Just eight months later, the TV presenter revealed she was pregnant with her second child, a son, Henry.

The film so controversial it was banned in four different countries - and you're bound to recognise the director
There is a film so controversial that it has been banned in four countries - and you're bound to recognise its director. Pink Flamingos, a surrealist black comedy movie, first hit the big screen in 1972. The blockbuster follows the life of drag queen Divine (played by Divine, real name Harris Glenn Milstead) who pretends to be someone called Babs Johnson, after taking part in some very illicit activities. IMDB's synopsis reads: 'Notorious Baltimore criminal and underground figure Divine goes up against a sleazy married couple who make a passionate attempt to humiliate her and seize her tabloid-given title as "The Filthiest Person Alive".' Throughout the film she performs a number of acts that are very shocking, including killing people, eating dog faeces and taking part in an incestuous sex act with her son. The film also includes bestiality (sex between a human and animal) and necrophilia (sex between a human and dead person) too. It caused such a shock among viewers that it was banned in four countries. These include Switzerland, Australia, Canada and Norway. Pink Flamingos stars Divine as Divine/Babs Johnson, David Lochary as Raymond Marble, May Vivian Pearce as Cotton, Mink Stole as Connie Marble, Danny Mills as Crackers and Edith Massey as Edie. Despite the negativity surrounding the movie, it has received 84% on Rotten Tomatoes. Slant Magazine's Eric Henderson said: 'Of course, every battle in their filth war is quite obviously filtered through John Waters's legendarily up-is-down, wrong-is-right sense of humor.' Miami Herlad's Rene Rodriquez: 'Talk about an unlikely classic.' 'Twenty-five years after Pink Flamingos was first unleashed, the film has lost none of its danger, its wit, its psychotic exuberance,' wrote Entertainment Weekly's Owen Gleiberman. Variety said: 'One of the most vile, stupid and repulsive films ever made.' Old School Reviews writer John A. Nesbit's added: 'Waters demonstrates visual talent and entertains.' And you probably recognise the director behind the film as it was directed, written and produced by John Waters, 79. The filmmaker has created a number of popular films over the years. Some include Hairspray, Cry-Baby, A Dirty Shame, Female Trouble, Desperate Living, Pecker and Polyester. Other more recent movies include Seed of Chucky, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip, Magnus and Tab Hunter Confidential. Speaking about how uproar the movie caused in the 70s, John told Vogue in 2022: 'It feels great to see that my stuff is still resonating all these years later. 'I'm still finding ways to corrupt a whole new generation!' Despite the negativity, the director confessed that he knew it would be a 'hit'. He added to the publication: 'I knew it would be a hit after I saw it at the premiere. 'Everyone reacted and laughed at all the right moments, and I always knew it could be a hit if the right people saw it. 'But it was quite a struggle between the premiere and Pink Flamingos finally opening in New York City two years later.'

Father tells of ecstatic moment he told teenage son he had won £1m on lottery
A single father who has battled bowel cancer filmed the moment he told his son he had won £1 million on the lottery, with the pair hugging and jumping excitedly around the kitchen. Paul Harvey, of Attleborough, Norfolk, plans to treat his two teenage children to their first foreign holiday together – to Greece. The 51-year-old, full-time dad, who has had an unsettling two years following treatment for bowel cancer, also plans to buy a Fiat 500 for his daughter who is learning to drive. 'Life hasn't always been easy, but the kids mean the world to me, and they always come first,' he said. 'We have never been away abroad together, and I would love to take them both to Greece. 'But first we need to get our passports.' Mr Harvey filmed the moment he broke the news of his win to his son, as the teenager got home from school. With his voice cracking with emotion, Mr Harvey asked his son: 'How many millionaires do you know?' His son, whose details he is keeping private, said 'zero, I've got not money', and Mr Harvey swore and told him: 'You do now.' His son said: 'Shut up, you're joking, you're lying.' Mr Harvey replied: 'On my life, a million pounds, mate.' The pair then excitedly hugged, laughed and jumped around the kitchen. 'I wanted to tell the kids in person so when my son got home I set up my phone to record it,' said Mr Harvey. 'I got a massive lump in my throat as I asked him, 'how many millionaires do you know?'' Mr Harvey also plans to help his son and daughter as they near the end of their full-time education. 'I am so proud of what the kids have achieved already in life,' he said. 'They both have big ideas about what they want to do when they leave school, and I cannot wait to help them in their chosen careers. 'It's the important stuff like helping them to learn to drive and getting them a car and insurance so they can get to college and then work. 'My daughter has a driving test later this year and I would love to get her a second-hand Fiat 500 for her to practise in.' Mr Harvey entered the EuroMillions draw on July 4 but did not realise he had won the life-changing sum until a week later. He got an email from the National Lottery urging him to check his account and get in touch urgently, which he initially thought was a scam. He won by matching the unique raffle code in the EuroMillions Millionaire Maker draw. 'It felt like forever waiting for the kids to get home from school so I could break the news,' he said. 'Their reactions were hilarious and heart-warming. 'We all feel ridiculously excited and relieved in equal measure. 'It just doesn't seem real.' Mr Harvey, who previously lived in Cyprus, said: 'We can afford our very own home, and I can finally have my own bedroom rather than sleeping downstairs. 'And to go on a family holiday altogether will be fantastic. 'I can speak Greek fluently and I can't wait to show off to the kids. 'I lived in Cyprus for 12 years when I was younger. 'I would love to go back one day but for now it's a holiday in Greece for me and the kids. 'This win gives us so many more options, but I want to take my time and do it right.'
