A SEX scandal has rocked the Kremlin as a top Putin official has been revealed using $100million military planes to transport his mistress around Russia.
Maria Shalaeva, 23, shared online she was being flown on a defence ministry Ilyushin-76 aircraft for a weekend getaway to Rostov-on-Don - the same location of Russian armed forces war headquarters.

Shalaeva says her lover is a 'Kremlin man'

One independent media outlet has dragged in the name of Putin's trusted defence minister Andrei Belousov, 66, as the suspected lover.
He is said to be a known womaniser from earlier email leaks, and his photograph appears on a video she posted.
It is also clear from one video her lover has grey hair, as does Belousov, who was a Kremlin apparatchik before becoming defence minister.
Yet there are strong indications that her man - apparently seen in shorts from behind on the plane - could be younger.
Whether the affair is Belousov or another senior official figure in the Russian power structure, the disclosure triggered fury over what is seen as a security breach.
As the scandal unfolded today, military sources indicated that the Kremlin 'sugar daddy' had been visited at work by the secret services after the mistress's revelations.
Shalaeva, from Yekaterinburg, boasted in now-deleted posts - that she was flying to Rostov-on-Don, a city she had visited before with her lover.
The airport, however, is being closed to all but military planes.
The 23-year-old went on to reveal her beloved booked her a manicure appointment in the city.

She posted: 'Who's saying planes don't fly to Rostov?
'They do - just not all of them, and not for everyone. Anyway, I flew back to Rostov again. Can't seem to let it go.'
She said her lover is 'a Kremlin man, though, that's another story. Reliability level is 200%.'
She admits to bringing her three-year-old son Tim on the trip, leading to speculation he is her lover's offspring.
'At three years old, he's already flown in a military aircraft,' she posted.
'Tim got to sit right in the cockpit and even grabbed some crisps from the pilot.
'We were greeted warmly. Timmy was chilling, watching cartoons the whole ride.'
Shalaeva says her lover calls her "yebobo [crazy]" and sometimes asks if she's ever had a concussion.
She insisted he was 'not military!! Not FSB either! Now, I know who he is, but I'm not allowed to say.'
Belousov, an economist and civilian technocrat, is not a career soldier and holds no formal military rank - but his authority rivals that of Russia's top generals.
In Rostov, Shalaeva, her son, and her mystery man were reportedly picked up by a 'very expensive foreign car,' rumoured to be a Maybach.
Nexta independent media - a respected outlet originally from Belarus and now Warsaw-based - linked her to Belousov, but without giving any verification.
'In private posts, Shalaeva hints that it's Belousov himself, the new defence minister of the Russian Federation [who is her lover],' stated Nexta.
'The Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation flies his mistress on a military plane.'
It was local media in Rostov that first flagged the scandal, without naming names.
Russian outlets have so far avoided identifying the man.
Retire Major General Vladimir Popov didn't mince words: 'Everyone will be found and punished.'
He made it clear Belousov bears ultimate responsibility for the military flight.
'If this reaches the defence minister, I expect he'll come down hard for such poor oversight. And from there, the punishment will trickle down.'

Pro-Kremlin military blogger Andrey Medvedev added: 'It seems the Military Counterintelligence Department has plenty to do.'
'I can imagine how much information the SBU [Ukrainian security service] and Western intelligence agencies get just from monitoring social networks,' he wrote.
'In a photo posted by this reckless girl, you can find all sorts of interesting details to understand which planes fly to Rostov, who arranged those rides for her. And so on.'
It comes as the Kremlin was accused of covering up the death of a sacked Russian minister after signs of torture were allegedly found on his body just 24 hours before his apparent suicide.
Roman Starovoit, who was Vladimir Putin's transport minister for less than a year, was dismissed from his post on July 7 - just hours before he was found dead.
Telegram channels with links to the Russian security forces reported Starovoit's cause of death as suicide - claiming the minister was found dead with gunshot wounds.
However, an independent Russian media outlet now reports that he had been beaten before his death.
News outlet SOTA claims that signs of torture were visible on his body.
Starovoit's glam girlfriend could also be banned from his funeral.

‘We painted, sang songs': the Russian woman found living in Indian cave with daughters

According to Nina Kutina, life for her and her two daughters in their jungle cave had been peaceful. Buried deep in the forests of Gokarna, a coastal town in southern India, they had woken 'up with the sun, swam in rivers and lived in nature'. 'I cooked on a fire or gas cylinder, depending on the season, and got groceries from a nearby village. We painted, sang songs, read books and lived peacefully,' Kutina said, according to Indian media reports. Then the police arrived. The story of how the 40-year-old Russian woman and her daughters, aged six and four, came to be living in a damp cave in the state of Karnataka has gripped the country. The family was discovered by police on 9 July during a patrol of the hilly forest area, which is popular with tourists, when officers spied a curtain of red saris hanging in the trees. Moving closer, they realised it was covering the entrance of a cave. A statue of a Hindu god was visible, as were scattered items of clothing. Then a blond child emerged. Behind her, the police were astonished to find Kutina, asleep with another child by her side. Kutina told officers she had moved to the cave for meditation and prayer, and to get herself and her children away from modern urban life and into nature. She had cooked vegetable curries and roti on a small gas stove and they had bathed in waterfalls and slept on plastic mats. Police believe she had been there for at least a week when they found her and had spent several stints living in the cave over the past nine months. Kutina dismissed the officers' warnings that it was a highly dangerous place to live, especially during the monsoon, telling police that 'animals and snakes are our friends' and that it was only humans who were dangerous. Despite her objections, police insisted on removing the family from the cave and taking them back to the town, where they were placed in a shelter after Kutina had a hospital checkup. M Narayana, a local superintendent of police, said Kutina appeared 'deeply disillusioned with human society, yet still compassionate and spiritually grounded'. Kutina messaged a friend after being taken from her 'big and beautiful cave', saying her family had been 'placed in a prison without sky, without grass, without a waterfall, with an icy hard floor on which we now sleep for 'protection from rain and snakes'…. Once again, evil has won.' According to immigration records cited by Indian officials, Kutina first travelled to India in 2016, ending up in Arambol Beach, in Goa, a destination popular with Russian travellers. A year later, she had begun a relationship with an Israeli man, Dror Goldstein. After overstaying her visa in 2018, Kutina was deported to Russia and travelled to Ukraine, where she had their first daughter. She already had two older sons from a previous relationship. In 2020, Kutina returned to India with her children. She reunited with Goldstein in Goa and became pregnant again, making money as an art and language teacher. According to Goldstein, who spoke to Indian media, Kutina began withdrawing from him and would disappear for long periods with their two daughters. Then, in October last year, her eldest son, 21, was killed in a motorcycle crash in India. After Goldstein travelled to Nepal to renew his visa, he returned to Goa to find Kutina and their daughters had disappeared. He filed a police report in December but had heard nothing until reports of their discovery emerged this week. Asked by journalists why she had remained in India without any valid documents, Kutina said there were 'many complicated reasons'. 'First, there were multiple personal losses – not just the death of my son, but also a few other close people. We were constantly dealing with grief, paperwork and other problems,' she said. Kutina claimed her son's ashes were among the belongings removed from the cave. With no valid documents to remain, the family were moved to a detention centre and police are arranging for Kutina's deportation to Russia.

Constance Marten moans she's ‘treated like a killer' in jail & brands inmates and lawyers ‘Dementors' from Harry Potter

She claimed the lawyers were making 'angels look like devils' SICK RANT Constance Marten moans she's 'treated like a killer' in jail & brands inmates and lawyers 'Dementors' from Harry Potter Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Constance Marten has complained that she's "treated like a killer" in jail and brands her prosecutors like soul-sucking "Dementors." Posh prisoner Marten, 38, and Mark Gordon, 51, were convicted of gross negligence manslaughter after the death of their baby girl. This is despite being found guilty over the death of her baby daughter. Marten and rapist boyfriend Gordon were convicted after their newborn Victoria was found dead in a Lidl shopping bag. Speaking from behind bars, Marten was very critical of her prosecutors and bizarrely told the prison magazine that they reminded her of the soul-sucking creatures in Harry Potter. She said: "It was his voice. I just couldn't bear it anymore. "Tom Little and Joel Smith remind me of Dementors from Harry Potter. "There's no empathy. I felt like I was being grilled as a serial killer." The 37-year-old aristocrat is locked up in HMP Bronzefield alongside notorious child murderers Lucy Letby and Beinash Batool following a four-month retrial at the Old Bailey. She complained about being spoken to like a child and accused legal teams of trying to 'make angels look like devils and devils appear angelic'. Marten added: "They all use this disgusting tone, like they're reprimanding a small child. Aristocrat Constance Marten and her convicted rapist partner have been found guilty of killing their newborn baby "I've heard them laugh and joke with others, but with me, it's always condescending. "I just shut down because no one wants to be spoken to like that. People say, 'Oh, they're just doing their job', but they're not. "They're paid to make angels look like devils and devils appear angelic." The mum barely mentioned her daughter, who prosecutors believe died from hypothermia or suffocation in a flimsy tent after the couple went on the run. Marten and Gordon sparked a nationwide manhunt in early 2023 after fleeing with their newborn, desperate to avoid the baby being taken into care like their previous four children. When asked about using pseudonyms while off-grid, she gave the excuse: "The police give people aliases all the time under witness protection. "That doesn't make me a liar. I was trying to protect myself and Victoria." Marten gave birth to Victoria without seeking any medical assistance in early 2022 and kept her "their little secret". The infant had hardly any clothes or "means of keeping or remaining warm". Victoria, who spent 'much of her life' in a Lidl bag for life, was tragically discovered dumped among rubbish in a shed near Brighton. A jury found the pair guilty of gross negligence manslaughter after hearing harrowing details of how they ignored warnings and lived 'off-grid'. In a police interview, Marten later said: "I had her in my jacket and I hadn't slept properly in quite a few days and erm, I fell asleep holding her sitting up and she, when I woke up, she wasn't alive." Jurors were told Marten had been warned by social workers about the risk of falling asleep with a baby lying on her and that a tent was unsuitable. Both she and Gordon lost their appeal against the child cruelty convictions and are due to be sentenced in September. This comes as... Marten was a former Tatler 'It Girl" and her family had close links to the Royals. But her life spiralled out of control after she and Gordon, 51, met by chance in a North London incense shop in 2014. The couple went off the radar from her friends and family and formed their own self-styled cult living apart from society, with Constance even posing as an Irish traveller when she attended hospital while pregnant. Constance also travelled the world and went to festivals including Burning Man and Wireless, saying: 'Dance is my oxygen.' She spent her summer holidays in 2010 working for a film production company in Cairo. One of her colleagues there described her as being 'very decent, nice and friendly' and having 'great potential'. But she added that Constance sometimes chose the 'wrong' type of man, adding: 'She was somehow gullible.' During the trial, it was revealed that Gordon was convicted of a series of sexual offences - including rape - while living in the US. Gordon, who was 14 at the time, broke into the house of a next door neighbour wearing a nylon stocking over his face and armed with a knife and hedge clippers. He demanded the woman undress and attempted to rape her before carrying out the vile offences in the April 1989 horror. The victim of his crime told the BBC she was "floored" when she found out the man who attacked her 36 years ago was on the run from police in the UK in 2023. She said: "The four-and-a-half hours I spent with him was enough to know he is evil." On May 21 the same year, Gordon broke into another home with a shovel and battered a man inside. The fiend was sentenced in the US to 40 years in prison, of which he served 22 years. In 2017, Gordon was convicted of assaulting two female police officers at a maternity unit in Wales. Jurors were not told that Gordon was also suspected of a incident of domestic violence in 2019 which left Marten with a shattered spleen. 7 In 2021 a judge ordered her four children should be adopted, shortly before she fell pregnant with Victoria Credit: Central News 7 The couple would carry Victoria around in a Lidl bag after getting rid of their pram Credit: Central News 7 Her arrest came following a 54-day manhunt Credit: Central News
