Snoop Dogg has told of his hopes to open a burger van at Celtic Park – and to serve fans himself.
The West Coast rapper has previously spoken of investing in the Glasgow football club, similar to Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds's involvement with Wrexham FC.

Snoop Dogg has already published a cookbook and claims to have spoken to chef Gordon Ramsay about a possible venture in Glasgow together – but he has now revealed he wants to set up a fast-food van at Celtic's stadium in the city's east end.

He has described Celtic supporters as "special" and the best fans in European football, and said he identifies strongly with the club's mascot Hoopy the Hound – describing it in a previous interview as a "match made in heaven".
The keen sports fan worked as a correspondent for NBC at the Paris Olympics last year, has launched two youth football leagues, and has been a vocal advocate for pay equality for female athletes.

He told the Sunday Mail that Celtic fans would support the burger van and that it would become a foodie "Paradise" – the nickname give to Celtic Park.
He said: "I would love to bring a pop-up burger (van) to a sports stadium to show fans that food at stadiums can be good.
"It's got to be Celtic Park, man. The secret to a good burger is the love in the preparation. The ground beef has got to be mixed with some secret spices, then add a good quality cheese and some maple-cured bacon.

"The Celtic fans are gonna love it, and to make sure they are just right, Snoop is going to be serving them himself."
But he said he would not be taking his culinary ventures to Celtic's Old Firm rivals at Ibrox.
Snoop told the Sunday Mail: "Am I going to bring my burgers to Rangers as well? Nah, I think we will give that a miss."

Judge dismisses Justin Baldoni's defamation claim against former co-star Blake Lively

A judge in the US has dismissed actor Justin Baldoni's $400m (£295m) defamation lawsuit against his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively. Baldoni filed the countersuit against his former co-star, 37, in response to her launching legal action accusing him of sexual harassment against her while filming the 2024 movie. The 41-year-old had accused Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, their publicist, the New York Times, and others of orchestrating a smear campaign to extort him. He accused Lively of trying to "hijack" the movie and then blaming him when her "disastrous" promotional approach prompted an online backlash against her. "It Ends With Us" garnered mixed reviews, but grossed more than $351m (£259m) worldwide, according to reports. In a statement, lawyers representing Lively, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, said: "Today's opinion is a total victory and a complete vindication for Blake Lively, along with those that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer Parties dragged into their retaliatory lawsuit, including Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Sloane and The New York Times. "As we have said from day one, this "$400 million" lawsuit was a sham, and the court saw right through it. "We look forward to the next round, which is seeking attorneys' fees, treble damages and punitive damages against Baldoni, Sarowitz, Nathan, and the other Wayfarer Parties who perpetrated this abusive litigation." Sky News has approached Baldoni's representatives for comment. Please refresh the page for the latest version.

Nottingham Forest ‘write to Uefa over Crystal Palace Europa League decision' as they stand to benefit from Eagles ban

Forest took necessary precautions to avoid a similar fiasco TRICKY TREES Nottingham Forest 'write to Uefa over Crystal Palace Europa League decision' as they stand to benefit from Eagles ban Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) NOTTINGHAM FOREST have reportedly written to Uefa over concerns about Crystal Palace taking part in the Europa League. Palace's historic FA Cup final win over Manchester City booked their place in Europe for the first time. Uefa rules on multi-club ownership prevent any two clubs controlled by the same person or group from competing in the same competition. Both Palace and Lyon have qualified for next year's Europa League, but the Ligue 1 side would have precedence as they finished higher in their domestic league. And now The Times state Forest made contact with European football's governing body to highlight the potential breach. Should Palace be kicked out of the Europa League, it is understood Nottingham Forest would be promoted from the Conference League and take the Eagles' Europa League place. Forest themselves made the necessary changes to their ownership structure when it became apparent both they and owner Evangelos Marinakis' other team Olympiacos could both qualify for the Champions League. Justin Baldoni's $400m defamation claim against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds dismissed

A judge on Monday dismissed Justin Baldoni's $400m defamation claim against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, after finding that Lively's accusations of sexual harassment against Baldoni were legally protected and therefore immune from suit. The entire lawsuit from Baldoni, the actor and director, which included claims of extortion, was dismissed by Lewis Liman, a US district judge of New York. But the ruling allows Baldoni to amend and refile some allegations regarding interference with contracts. Liman also dismissed Baldoni's $250m defamation claim against the New York Times, finding that the newspaper's reporting on the claims was protected under 'fair report' privilege. At the center of the complex dispute are claims from Lively and Reynolds that Baldoni had sexually harassed Lively on the set of It Ends with Us, in which Lively starred and Baldoni both acted and directed. Lively and Reynolds also alleged that Baldoni conducted a smear campaign against her after she complained about conditions on the set of the film. Baldoni's defamation claim against the New York Times, Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist alleged that they had conspired to destroy his career with false allegations. Referring to Baldoni's production company Wayfarer, which produced It Ends With Us, Liman's ruling Monday said that 'the Wayfarer parties have alleged that Reynolds and [publicist Leslie] Sloane made additional statements accusing Baldoni of sexual misconduct and that the Times made additional statements accusing the Wayfarer parties of engaging in a smear campaign. 'But the Wayfarer Parties have not alleged that Reynolds, Sloane or the Times would have seriously doubted these statements were true based on the information available to them, as is required for them to be liable for defamation under applicable law.' In a statement following the ruling, Lively's lawyers, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, said in a statement that Liman's ruling 'is a total victory and a complete vindication for Blake Lively, along with those that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer parties dragged into their retaliatory lawsuit, including Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Sloane and the New York Times'. The statement continued: 'As we have said from day one, this [$400m] lawsuit was a sham, and the court saw right through it. We look forward to the next round, which is seeking attorneys' fees, treble damages and punitive damages against Baldoni … and the other Wayfarer Parties who perpetrated this abusive litigation.' Attorneys for Baldoni have not immediately commented. Rulings from the district to which Liman belongs can be appealed to the US second circuit court.
