Justin Bieber Misses No. 1 As The Same Smash Blocks Him From Ruling
When Justin Bieber surprise-released his new album Swag, the focus track 'Daisies' immediately became a big hit. That single remains one of the pop superstar's most successful tunes in years, but it's not the only big win from the Grammy winner's latest project. 'Yukon' has been picking up steam for several weeks, and especially in the R&B space, the Swag tune has become a proper smash. 'Yukon' climbs on almost every Billboard chart on which it appears, and as it becomes another leader for Bieber on a handful of tallies, it just barely misses out on reaching the throne on a few other lists — but it could conquer them very soon. Justin Bieber Loses Out to Chris Brown Bieber lands at No. 2 on both the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales and R&B Digital Song Sales charts this week. On the busier list, which includes R&B, hip-hop, and rap, 'Yukon' advances from No. 4 to No. 2, while on the R&B Digital Song Sales tally, the cut only needs to step up a single spot. In both instances, Bieber is held back by 'It Depends,' a collaboration between Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller, which keeps at No. 1. Justin Bieber's Two Sales No. 1s 'Yukon' almost gives Bieber his third No. 1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales chart, but for the moment, it's tied as one of his many No. 2s. Previously, he's run the show with his own 'Yummy,' which commanded the lead for just one frame, as well as with 'I'm the One' alongside DJ Khaled, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Wayne. That smash spent nine weeks at No. 1. Much More Successful on the R&B Digital Song Sales Chart Bieber is far more successful on the R&B Digital Song Sales chart, which is specific to just that one genre. On that tally, he's already reached No. 1 nine times, and 'Yukon' could very well become his milestone tenth champion. In addition to 'Yummy,' Bieber has also led the charge on the R&B Digital Song Sales list with 'Essence' alongside Wizkid and Tems, 'Peaches' with Daniel Caesar and Giveon, 'No Brainer' (another collaboration with DJ Khaled and Chance the Rapper, as well as Quavo), 'Intentions' with Quavo, 'Confident' with Chance the Rapper, 'PYD' with R. Kelly, and both 'Bad Day' and 'Recovery,' solo tracks that hit No. 1 more than a decade ago. Justin Bieber's 'Yukon' Rises to No. 1 While 'Yukon' might not be the bestselling track in the R&B space, it is the biggest streaming success. Bieber's new single leads both the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs and R&B Streaming Songs charts, advancing from No. 2 to give him another winner.

Fleetwood Mac's Self-Titled Album Returns As A Bestseller
Fleetwood Mac has released multiple greatest hits compilations throughout the decades under different names, and each one varies from the last in at least a few minor ways. Many of those projects have become great commercial wins in countries like the United Kingdom and the United States, where the Grammy-winning act is still celebrated as one of the best of all time. Several Fleetwood Mac albums play sort of like hits compilations, as they feature so many beloved songs. The group's Rumours is certainly counted among that bunch, as is the pop-rock act's self-titled effort, which is a hit once again in the UK — even as multiple compilations featuring some of its most popular singles perform well at the same time. Fleetwood Mac – the Album – Breaks Onto Multiple Lists Fleetwood Mac's self-titled full-length appears on two charts in the UK at the moment, and it returns to both of them. The set reenters the Official Physical Albums roster at No. 21, and it finds its way to the Official Album Sales list at No. 24. Fleetwood Mac Almost Returns to its Peak Fleetwood Mac comes very close to matching its all-time high on both of those sales tallies. In the past, this version of the project has only spent about a month on the rankings, and it has previously topped out at No. 20. Two Self-Titled Albums by Fleetwood Mac Fleetwood Mac released two self-titled albums, separated by less than a decade from one another. The latter of the two, which dropped in 1975, is the more successful of the bunch, as by that point the group had become hugely successful. That project produced singles like 'Warm Ways,' 'Rhiannon,' and 'Say You Love Me,' and the fan-favorite album cut 'Landslide.' Rumours, 50 Years – Don't Stop and Greatest Hits Fleetwood Mac is one of four full-lengths by the band that appear on the charts in the U.K. at the moment. Rumours is the top performer, as it lives on half a dozen rankings, while 50 Years – Don't Stop settles on two and still makes space inside the top 10 on both of them. Another compilation, the simply-named Greatest Hits, can also be found on the Official Album Downloads ranking, where it lifts a pair of spaces to No. 62. 'Dreams,' 'Everywhere,' 'The Chain' and 'Go Your Own Way' Just as many songs by the band also find space on at least one U.K.-based chart. That roundup includes 'Dreams,' 'Everywhere,' 'The Chain,' and 'Go Your Own Way,' which finds its way back to the Official Streaming list in one of the lowest spaces. Interestingly, none of Fleetwood Mac's hits at the moment appear on its self-titled album, so it's not a surging tune that helps the studio effort reappear, but rather just its continued popularity throughout the decades.
