England head coach LJ Lewis has opted to stick rather than twist with only a pair of changes to the starting XV.
Loughborough Lightning hooker Lucy Calladine captains England in a capped fixture for the second time.
Joining her in the pack are clubmate Grace Clifford and Annabel Meta of Trailfinders Women.
Amelia MacDougall comes in for Poppy Love at scrum-half, with Lia Green taking up the 15 shirt in place of Eva Wood, who is on the bench.

Player to watch - Millie David
David was at her brilliant best last time out with a pair of tries to get England over the line and past a spirited Italy side.
Blessed with pace and power in equal measure, she is a big game player who has been called up to the senior set-up previously.

Marcus Rashford takes to the skies as Barcelona move appears close
Marcus Rashford appears to be closing in on his anticipated move to Barcelona after posting pictures of himself travelling on a private plane. Following Rashford's post, Spanish media reported that the Manchester United forward had arrived in Catalonia at around 9.30pm local time. The PA news agency understands United and Barcelona have been in talks over a season-long loan deal for Rashford that would include an option to buy. Rashford is among five players to have informed United they wish to explore a future away from Old Trafford, where he came through the academy and scored 138 goals in 426 first-team appearances. He has been training away from Ruben Amorim's first team since pre-season began while seeking a fresh start elsewhere. In December, the England international admitted he was 'ready for a new challenge' and last month revealed he would like to play alongside Barcelona's teenage prodigy Lamine Yamal. Barcelona sporting director Deco in May told Catalan radio station RAC1 that the club 'like' Rashford, who does not have a squad number at United having lost the 10 shirt to new signing Matheus Cunha. The Warrington thrower is already a firm favourite with most darts crowds, and the sport has grown massively since his introduction. The Nuke has not only enjoyed success in darts but has seen his wider profile grow too. He was named the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year in December - the first ever darts player to win the award. Luke's impact on darts is clear to see in the hike in the prize money available to players. The PDC announced there would be a massive increase in cash prizes in 2026. This includes the landmark £1MILLION prize for the next winner of the world championship. This is double the £500,000 that Littler got his hands on earlier this year for beating Michael van Gerwen in the final in January.
