According to gossip site Deux Moi, the pair enjoyed their passionate moment on a balcony in Venice during a recent trip to Italy.
Billie, who has been in the public eye since 2015, has seen her love life in the spotlight too.
She previously dated rapper Q, singer Jesse Rutherford and actor Matthew Tyler Vorce in the past.
Yet now The Fault In Our Stars actor Nat appear's to be her new squeeze.
It came after rumours of her relationship with the Los Angeles native started last year.
At the time, a source close to the pair insisted they were "100 per cent a couple."
In the new images, the pair can be seen enjoying a glass of fizz each before taking a series of images against the stunning Italian backdrop.
Ocean Eyes hitmaker Billie even donned an almost identical outfit to her partner, opting for a pale T-Shirt and jean trousers.
She left her raven locks in a naturally wavy style and went make-up free for their special vacation moment.
In September, Nat and his brother Alex were the support act for Billie on her Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour, before Nat starred in her CHIHIRO video.
They were then linked in March after leaving the iHeartRadio Music Awards together.
OPENING UP
Birds Of A Feather songstress Billie previously opened up on her sexuality - before accusing a reporter of outing her.
In December 2023, Billie was the cover star for Variety magazine. In the spread, she said: "I've never really felt like I could relate to girls very well.
"I love them so much. I love them as people.
"I'm attracted to them as people. I'm attracted to them for real."
She later confirmed that she didn't mean to come out publicly at Variety's Hitmaker event on December 2.
She said, "I kind of thought, 'wasn't it obvious?'" I didn't realize people didn't know. I just don't really believe in [coming out].
"I'm just like, 'Why can't we just exist'? I've been doing this for a long time, and I just didn't talk about it. Whoops."
Billie then continued, "But I saw the article, and I was like, 'Oh I guess I came out today.' OK cool.
"It's exciting to me because I guess people didn't know, but it's cool that they know."
Although she seemed cool and composed during this red carpet exchange, Billie later accused Variety of outing her on Instagram.
On the social media site she wrote: "Thanks Variety for my award and for also outing me on a red carpet at 11 am instead of talking about anything else that matters."
The post continued: "I like boys and girls leave me alone about it please literally who cares."

London AI firm says Getty copyright case poses ‘overt threat' to industry

Getty's case against Stability AI for copyright and trademark infringement relating to its vast photography archives reached the high court in London on Monday. Stability allows users to generate images using text prompts, and its directors include James Cameron, the Oscar-winning film director of Avatar and Titanic. But Getty called the people who were training the AI system 'a bunch of tech geeks' and claimed they were indifferent to the problems their innovation might create. Stability countered by alleging that Getty was using 'fanciful' legal routes and spending approximately £10m to fight a technology it feared was 'an existential threat' to its business. They added: 'The problem is when AI companies such as Stability want to use those works without payment.' In submissions to the court on Monday Getty claimed Stability had trained its image generation model on databases that contained child sexual abuse material. Stability is fighting the overall Getty claim and its lawyer said the allegations relating to child sexual abuse material were 'repugnant'. A spokesperson for Stability AI said it was committed to preventing misuse of its technology, 'particularly in the creation and dissemination of harmful content, including CSAM [child sexual abuse material]'. It said it had robust safeguards 'to enhance our safety standards to protect against bad actors'. Sign up to TechScape A weekly dive in to how technology is shaping our lives after newsletter promotion The case comes amid a wider campaign from artists, writers and musicians, including Elton John and Dua Lipa, to protect their copyright from alleged theft by generative AI companies, which then use it to allow their customers to create new pictures, music or text. The UK parliament is locked in a similar dispute after the government proposed that copyright holders would have to opt out of their material being used to train algorithms and produce AI-generated content, otherwise it would be free to use by tech companies. The trial, which is scheduled to run for several weeks, will focus in part on the use of images by celebrated photographers, including photos of the former Liverpool football coach Jürgen Klopp taken by the award-winning British sports photographer Andrew Livesey; a picture of the Chicago Cubs baseball team by Gregory Shamus, an American sports photographer; a photo of the actor and musician Donald Glover by Alberto Rodriguez; and photos of the actor Eric Dane and film director Christopher Nolan by Andreas Rentz. Seventy-eight thousand pages of evidence have been disclosed in the case and AI experts are being called to give evidence from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Freiberg in Germany.

Kim Novak to receive Venice Film Festival's lifetime achievement honor

Kim Novak, the glamorous and fiercely independent star of one of the greatest films ever made, Alfred Hitchcock's 'Vertigo,' will be honored with a lifetime achievement award at the Venice Film Festival this fall. Festival organizers said Monday that they will also host the world premiere of Alexandre Philippe's documentary 'Kim Novak's Vertigo,' which was made in collaboration with the actor. Alberto Barbera, the festival's artistic director, said that the award, 'celebrates a star who was emancipated, a rebel at the heart of Hollywood who illuminated the dreams of movie lovers before retiring to her ranch in Oregon to dedicate herself to painting and to her horses.' Novak, who is 92, left her Hollywood career behind long ago. But in recent years she has occasionally granted interviews around significant film anniversaries and made public appearances. After presenting at the 2014 Oscars many online, including Donald Trump, insulted her appearance. She responded with an open letter writing, 'I will no longer hold myself back from speaking out against bullies." Earlier this year actor Sydney Sweeney paid homage to Novak on the Met Gala red carpet. She's portraying Novak in a new film directed by Colman Domingo about her relationship with Rat Packer Sammy Davis Jr. Of this latest honor, Novak said she is 'deeply touched' to receive the award. 'To be recognized for my body of work at this time in my life is a dream come true,' Novak said. 'I will treasure every moment I spend in Venice. It will fill my heart with joy.' The Venice Film Festival runs from Aug. 27 through Sept. 6, but the full slate of films selected won't be announced until late July. 'The Holdovers' filmmaker Alexander Payne will preside over the main competition jury.
