New Marvel Rivals leak reveals Blade abilities
Season 3 in Marvel Rivals has just kicked off. This season will mark the new 2-month seasonal format, where the mid-season refresh update will launch in the immediate next month. Not only that, Marvel Rivals will now introduce two new heroes each season, one in each month, starting from Season 3.
In this season, fans will get to play as two popular Marvel characters - Phoenix (Jean Grey) and Blade. The former has already taken entry into the game, but the latter is yet to make his mark. Amidst all of this, the abilities of the unreleased character are now leaked.
New Marvel Rivals leak reveals Blade's team-up ability
The
abilities of Blade in Marvel Rivals
have already been revealed in June when popular leaker RivalsInfo leaked his kit on Twitter. Blade's kit includes Blade Chopper and Hunting Gun as his Primary Fires.
On the other hand, Shift Ability features an anti-healing effect called Step and Chop, which is going to be a gamechanger. Last but not the least, his Ultimate unleashes a powerful sword chop, while charging forward.
Now, the same leaker has revealed gameplay footage, featuring Blade's team-up ability. This team-up ability is called Lunar Force and needs Blade to pair-up with Moon Knight and Cloak and Dagger.
In this ability, Blade gets a force-field around him which makes him invisible as well, and might well make him impervious to enemy shots.
It's still unconfirmed how Moon Knight and Cloak and Dagger get benefited from this ability.
Blade is rumored to be a Duelist in the game, so this team-up ability is going to be overpowered for sure. As a Duelist, Blade's main job will be to take entry into the site and get early frags. And the Lunar Force ability will help Blade to execute the same. His alleged anti-healing ability will make enemy players vulnerable to his Primary Fires.
However, nothing has been confirmed by NetEase Games yet. But if Blade comes in all guns blazing with this rumored kit, he is surely going to be one of the most picked characters in Marvel Rivals.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Biography Reveals That She Was Bummed About Her Ex Brad Pitt Marrying Jennifer Aniston: ‘He's Dumber Than…'
Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt's relationship made headlines in the late 90s. While the couple dated for a brief period of time and parted ways in 1997, the actress still had strong feelings for the actor and was bummed over the Fight Club star tying the knot with Jennifer Aniston. In the upcoming Gwyneth: The Biography, the writer, Amy Odell, revealed that the Ironman actress had a mournful reaction to Pitt's marriage in 2000. However, the movie star never voiced her true feelings in the public domain. Gwyneth Paltrow was upset over Brad Pitt marrying Jennifer Aniston While fans of Brad Pitt and the Friends actress were excited to witness the duo marrying in 2000, Paltrow's feelings weren't mutual. Back in the day, when a reporter asked the actress about the celebrity wedding happening in the city, the Marvel star quipped, 'Are you really asking me this question? I can't comment on this kind of thing.' Though the actress ignored the question in media, she later confided in a friend and allegedly told them that Pitt 'has terrible taste in women.' As for the F1 star 's marriage to Aniston, the duo got engaged in 1999, and wedded a year later. Though they were one of the most adored couples in Hollywood, the pair parted ways five years later. Odell, further in the Biography recalls Paltrow's meeting with Aerin Lauder. During a business meeting dinner, the actress confided in the latter and went on to describe Pitt as 'dumber than a sack of s–t.' Opening up about the contrasting worlds of Paltrow and Pitt, the author mentioned, 'He was brought up very religious, in Missouri.' Odell further added, 'It's just a very different world from hers, growing up in Manhattan, going to [elite private school] Spence. I think she thought he wasn't sophisticated enough for her. She thought she was smarter, better educated, and more sophisticated.' Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt went on to date each other in 1994, after working together in the horror classic Se7en. The former partners got engaged in 1996, and split up a year later.

Is James Gunn Taking A Dig At Marvel With Superman's Pocket Universes?
James Gunn's Pocket Universe in Superman movie is small, unstable and carefully created, different from the complex multiverse seen in Marvel movies. James Gunn's latest Superman movie has made a strong impact at the box office and introduced fresh ideas to the new DC Universe. One of the most interesting parts is the use of Pocket Universes. While this idea comes from DC comics, Gunn changed it a bit to make the version in this movie special. These worlds are small, unstable and carefully created, different from the complex multiverse seen in Marvel movies. Some fans wonder if Gunn was also taking a jab at the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). A large part of the new Superman movie takes place inside a strange and hidden pocket dimension. This space is controlled by Lex Luthor and his team of scientists from LuthorCorp. Inside, they keep many metahumans trapped for their own use. It's not just a random world, it's built with purpose. Interestingly, a small clue was shown in the first trailer of Peacemaker Season 2. In that trailer, John Cena's character, Chris Smith, comes face to face with a different version of himself in this pocket. James Gunn appears to be careful with the idea of the multiverse in his DCU. Unlike the MCU, which introduced endless timelines, surprise cameos and emotional twists with different versions of popular heroes, Gunn is keeping things simple. His focus is on telling one strong story at a time, rather than spreading out in every direction. Marvel's multiverse once felt exciting, but now some fans are starting to feel tired of all the chaos. Still, many are curious to see how Marvel will wrap it all up in the next Avengers film, expected in 2026. In the new Superman movie, Lex Luthor, played by Nicholas Hoult, creates a deadly plan using the trapped mutants from the Pocket Universe to ruin Man of Steel's image and finally end his life. The final showdown happens at Luthor's main base, where Mr Terrific helps Kal El by shutting down the portal and protecting the city from falling apart. In their intense face off, Luthor tells Superman that he wants to destroy him, not because he's a threat, but because he's jealous. While the MCU is filled with timelines, variants and crossover events, James Gunn's approach is more focused. The DC Universe focuses on character growth. Instead of packing in endless twists and cameos, Gunn is giving his characters more space to breathe. With this approach, the filmmaker may be starting a superhero world that is told in the clearest way yet. Did Pedro Pascal just spoil a major Avengers Doomsday death? Fans decode his cryptic Robert Downey Jr comment
Pedro Pascal may have just let slip a major Avengers: Doomsday plot point. The Fantastic Four: First Steps is barely a week away from release, and Pedro, who plays Reed Richards aka Mister Fantastic in the film, teased whether Marvel's first family will even survive what lies ahead in Avengers: Doomsday. The film's still over a year away, but his comment left fans already dreading what could happen to the characters. In a recent promo interview with SensaCine Latinoamérica, Pascal and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Ben Grimm/The Thing) were talking about their upcoming MCU projects. Ebon revealed that he was star struck by Robert Downey Jr, who's returning as a variant of Doctor Doom in Doomsday. 'I was excited to work with Robert Downey Jr. I've loved him for so long,' he said, adding, 'He's one of my favourite actors, he's a brilliant actor. Come at me.' And then, Pascal added the line, 'Too bad you don't have any scenes with him.' Also read: The Fantastic Four First Steps final trailer: Fantastic Four rally together to face their biggest threat yet That remark sent fans into a frenzy. If The Thing doesn't share screen time with Doctor Doom, that could mean two things: Either their characters exist in different timelines or multiverse realities. Or worse, one of them doesn't survive long enough to make it to the final battle. It could also be that their scenes are computer-generated, and don't require them to be on set physically with each other. Either way, it sounded like the Last of Us star may have revealed the major plot point. In another interview promoting First Steps on the BBC, Moss-Bachrach described Doomsday using four words: 'Epic, tragic, intergalactic, starry.' Meanwhile, Joseph Quinn (who plays Johnny Storm aka Human Torch) described it as 'Epic, mental, Downey Jr.' With characters like Tony Stark and Black Widow already gone, fans are expecting more tragic news ahead. Doomsday, with its massive 60-member-plus cast, will pick up directly where The Fantastic Four: First Steps leaves off. Joining the Fantastic Four stars are Anthony Mackie (Captain America), Letitia Wright (Shuri), and Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes). But before they take on Doctor Doom, the team will face Ralph Ineson's Galactus and the Silver Surfer, played by Julia Garner. Meanwhile, a new clip from First Steps shows Sue Storm holding their baby, Franklin Richards, while Reed Richards addresses the press. 'We attempted to negotiate, but Galactus… he asked too high a price,' Reed says. When asked what that was, he adds, 'He asked for our child.' Why would Galactus want their baby? Because Franklin Richards, born to two parents exposed to radiation, is a mutant, one believed to grow up with powers strong enough to create entire universes, bend time, and mess with reality. Stronger than most Avengers combined. Which also explains why a planet-eating cosmic force like Galactus would be after him. Also read: Who is 'world eater' Galactus and the female silver surfer Shalla Bal who feature in the trailer of The Fantastic Four First Steps All signs point to yes. While Ebon may not get to face off against Doctor Doom, Reed Richards definitely will. Earlier, a Marvel producer even revealed that Pascal had to visit RDJ's house for a special Avengers 'homework day.' When asked if Chris Evans (the original Human Torch) would appear in First Steps or Doomsday, Pascal didn't say anything. 'I've just gone into… a blackout.' The Fantastic Four: First Step releases on July 25.
