Love Island viewers are all saying the same thing after the Heart Rate challenge

Cosmopolitan30-06-2025
The fallout from tonight's Love Island challenge is going to be next-level dramatic, if viewers on X are anything to go by.
ICYMI, on Monday 30 June we saw the return of Love Island's Heart Rate challenge, with the boys and girls competing to – as the name suggests – raise each other's heart rates. Things got pretty sexy to say the least, from Dejon's BDSM get up to Giorgio's melted chocolate and Yasmin's biting tactics.
But it was Helena's secret comment to Harry that has got fans talking the most. The 29-year-old cabin crew member whispered into the footballer's ear that she "can't wait" to "f*ck" him and, while Helena refused to repeat the comment in the Beach Hut, Harry wasted no time in sharing the news with the rest of the boys. When it was his turn to strip off, Harry whispered a similar comment to Helena, and the pair gave each other a knowing look.
Later in the episode it was revealed that Helena and Harry raised each other's heart rates the most. That, combined with their whispered comments, is what fans are predicting will lead to a massive confrontation in tomorrow's episode.
"I can't wait for the drama we're about to see when Shakira finds out what Harry and Helena said to each other," one viewer wrote on X, as someone else shared: "Can't wait for Shakira to drag Helena for that comment AND Harry."
"Tomorrow night is going to be DRAAAAMMMMAAAAAAA," a third fan exclaimed.
Here's a few more reactions to the Shakira/Harry/Helena triangle...

MobLand Season 2: Release date speculation, cast and plot details – Everything we know so far

By Aman Shukla Published on July 19, 2025, 18:30 IST Last updated July 19, 2025, 10:38 IST Alright, MobLand fans, let's talk about the show that's got us all glued to our screens. Season 1 of this gritty Paramount+ crime drama was a wild ride—think Peaky Blinders meets The Sopranos with a splash of Guy Ritchie flair. With 26 million viewers hooked and a renewal locked in, we're all itching for MobLand Season 2. So, what do we know about the release date, cast, and plot? Let's dive into the details, straight from the latest buzz and a few sneaky hints from the cast and crew. MobLand Season 2 Release Date Speculation No official release date yet, but let's piece together the clues. Season 1 filmed from November 2024 to March 2025 and hit screens by March 30, 2025—crazy fast, right? If the team keeps that pace, we could see Season 2 as early as spring 2026, maybe even late summer. But coordinating A-listers like Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren takes time, so some folks are betting on early 2027. Posts on X are split, with some fans hoping for a quick turnaround and others expecting a wait for that cinematic polish. Either way, we are keeping our fingers crossed for sooner rather than later. MobLand Season 2 Cast: Who's Returning? The MobLand Season 2 cast is expected to feature most of the surviving characters from Season 1, with the possibility of new faces joining the fray. While no official casting announcements have been made, producer David Glasser has hinted that 'everybody's coming back… one big family.' Here's a look at the major players likely to return: Tom Hardy as Harry Da Souza : The street-smart fixer for the Harrigan family survived a dramatic stabbing in the Season 1 finale, and writer Jez Butterworth has confirmed Harry's return, stating, 'We love Harry. We love Tom.' Expect Hardy to remain at the heart of the action. Pierce Brosnan as Conrad Harrigan : The Harrigan patriarch, imprisoned at the end of Season 1, is set to be freed thanks to Harry and Kevin's efforts. Brosnan has expressed enthusiasm for reprising his role. Helen Mirren as Maeve Harrigan : The fierce matriarch, also behind bars at the end of Season 1, is expected to return as a central figure in the family's power struggles. Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan : Conrad and Maeve's son, who's plotting a takeover, will likely drive much of the drama in Season 2. Anson Boon as Eddie Harrigan : The young Harrigan, reeling from the revelation that Conrad is his father, not his grandfather, is set for a complex arc. Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza : Harry's wife, who stabbed him in a moment of tension, may explore reconciliation or further conflict. Froggatt has hinted at Jan's deep love for Harry, suggesting an emotional storyline. Mandeep Dhillon as Seraphina Harrigan : Conrad's daughter is expected to return, continuing her role in the family's dynamics. Lara Pulver as Bella Harrigan : Kevin's wife, united with him in their ambitions, will likely play a key part in Season 2. Jasmine Jobson as Zosia : Harry's right-hand woman is another likely returnee, bringing her loyalty and grit to the table. Janet McTeer as Kat McAllister: The mysterious gangster introduced in Season 1 could become a major player in the upcoming season. Characters like Richie Stevenson (Geoff Bell), Brendan (Daniel Betts), and O'Hara (Lisa Dwan) met their end in Season 1, but they could appear in flashbacks. New characters are also expected, especially if the show expands internationally, as teased by Tom Hardy. MobLand Season 2 Plot: What to Expect Warning: Spoilers for Season 1 ahead! The Season 1 finale, 'The Beast in Me,' wrapped up the bloody feud between the Harrigans and the Stevensons, with Harry orchestrating a plan to eliminate Richie Stevenson and his crew. However, the victory came at a cost: Conrad and Maeve were imprisoned due to a scheme by Alice (Emily Barber) and Colin Tattersall (Toby Jones), though evidence secured by Harry and Kevin could secure their release. Meanwhile, Harry's near-fatal stabbing by his wife Jan and Eddie's discovery that Conrad is his father set the stage for intense family drama. Season 2 is likely to focus on the fallout within the Harrigan family. Kevin's ambitions to seize control could spark a power struggle, especially with Conrad and Maeve's return. Eddie's shifting loyalties, particularly his strained relationship with Maeve after learning she's not his grandmother, will add another layer of tension. Harry's recovery and his dynamic with Jan will also be a key focus, with potential for reconciliation or further betrayal. Tom Hardy has teased an international expansion for the series, hinting at exploring 'the control of drugs, ammunition, weapons, and people' across Europe, Africa, and beyond. This could introduce new crime families and global stakes, taking MobLand beyond its London setting. The arrival of Kat McAllister in Season 1 also suggests new enemies or alliances on the horizon. Who is Love Island's Angel? A reminder of her age, background and more as she gets closer to Harry

Love Island delivered another twist this week with a late addition bombshell: Angel Swift. Debuting on Friday 18 July, Angel made her first appearance during a rodeo-themed party (making us feel for the Love Islanders who couldn't get Cowboy Carter tickets bc they were already in Mallorca, tbh). Anyway, quickly after arriving, the 26-year-old caught Harry's eye, and there was some *very flirtatious* chat involving heavy eye contact and talk of spooning. Keep in mind that Harry is currently coupled up with Helena, and has been chatting to his ex Emma saying he'll "always" love On the other hand, she has said she has her eye on Ty, who is coupled up with Lauren. As all that drama unfolds, here's your cheat sheet on who Angel is: from her age to her occupation and whether she knows anyone already in the villa. Job: Aesthetics Practitioner and Salon Owner From: Maidstone, Kent Angel owns a salon called AngelFace, which offers a bunch of different services including waxing, hair extensions, microneedling and dermaplaning. Age: 26 Angel is 26 years old, celebrating her birthday on 1 February with a cheeky post that said "Happy National Angel Day 🎂". She is an Aquarius and according to Cosmo's Horoscope writer, they're "Not one for 'going with the flow', Aquarians make their own mind up and then stick to it. You can not cajole or persuade them from their viewpoint, unless you've got *evidence* i.e. data, facts, peer-reviewed analysis." Ahead of entering the villa, Angel has spoken about her position as a bombshell entering into the show while many of the Islanders are already coupled up. "Breaking up another couple? That is what's going to happen, so it's quite exciting really," she said. "I feel like people have been getting their heads turned very easily. I do feel like I have quite a good chance of turning someone's head." After being single for a year, she has said she's ready to find something serious. "It's an amazing opportunity to make new connections and have new experiences. I'm ready to make memories with someone, go travelling with them and fall in love," she said. You betcha! Angel has a hefty 124,000 IG followers and over 6000 TikTok followers. Her IG followers include Love Island alum, with former contestants Liberty Poole and Harriet Blackmore all commenting on Angel's announcement post. New episodes of Love Island air on weekdays and Sundays at 9pm on ITV2.

Beloved Chicago sports radio host Harry Teinowitz dead at 64

Chicago lost a good one. Do-it-all sports radio host Harry Teinowitz died on Tuesday at 64 years old after suffering complications of a liver transplant, per the Chicago Tribune. In the mid-1990s, Teinowitz began his radio career co-hosting a sports comedy radio show for WMVP (ESPN 1000). Jarrett Payton, /X After developing a solid following through restructuring of the station, Teinowitz remained aboard and continued to make appearances throughout the rest of the '90s. 'He just had a million ideas and he always wanted to be funny,' an old co-host Carmen DeFalco said. 'He was always thinking of silly, creative, goofy things to do and he believed in all of them. He always committed to the bit. If it flopped, he didn't care. He just wanted to try.' The show was a major hit in Chicago, and Teinowitz grew to have good relationships with many sports personalities. 3 ESPN Chicago shared a post on X honoring Harry Teinowitz. ESPN Chicago/X 'Got the call today that my good friend Harry Teinowitz passed away, & my heart just sank,' Jarrett Payton, son of the legendary Walter Payton, wrote on X. 'He believed in me before I believed in myself. Always lifting me up, always in my corner. Harry was the kind of friend everyone hopes to have in their life.' Advertisement Not only was Teinowitz respected in the sports scene, but he was also an actor and a playwright. When Teinowitz faced a DUI arrest in 2011, it became a crucial turning point for him. He went to rehab and later wrote his play, 'When Harry Met Rehab.' The play, loosely based on Teinowitz's experiences, was a success and was even performed in 2021 at the Greenhouse Theater Center in Lincoln Park, an esteemed theater in Chicago. 3 Harry Teinowitz (right) and Jarrett Payton, son of Bears legend, Walter.
