Police: Two arrested in Kent may be linked to ATM theft ring
The Renton Police Department says they arrested two people who might be connected to an ATM theft ring in King and Pierce counties.
Officers say one of them—Diana Hayward— tried to hide in a refrigerator, but they found and arrested her.
On Friday, the department arrested Hayward and a 39-year-old man named Sean Coleman in Kent—both have a history of run-ins with the law.
The department says Coleman is a known gang member and is considered armed and dangerous. Officers say he has five felony convictions and was arrested on two felony warrants for having a gun illegally.
Hayward, according to the department, has 23 felony convictions and was arrested on warrants for breaking into a home and stealing a car.
During a search warrant following the arrest, officers found two loaded guns, including a fully automatic Glock and a rifle.
Officers also found seven cell phones that were possibly used in the crimes.

Man federally indicted after allegedly shooting police K9
WACO, Texas (FOX 44) – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging a Waco man with one count of possession of an unregistered firearm. According to court documents, Darrin King allegedly fled from Waco Police officers on May 28, who were dispatched to a civil disturbance involving a firearm. A police K9 was deployed in pursuit of King, who allegedly produced a firearm and fired multiple shots at the dog, striking the K9 twice in the neck and once in the chest. The Department of Justice says King was subsequently taken into custody and the firearm was recovered. The firearm was allegedly equipped with a machinegun conversion device (MCD), also known as a 'Glock switch,' allowing the firearm to fire as a fully automatic weapon. MCDs are defined as machineguns under the National Firearms Act, even when not installed. PREVIOUS STORY: Waco PD K-9 shot, recovering, man arrested The injured K9 survived his life-threatening injuries – but due to the extent of the injuries, will be medically retired. The DoJ says King faces up to ten years in prison if convicted. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors. 2 men, juvenile face concealed weapons charges in York County
YORK COUNTY, Va.(WAVY)– Three people face charges after carrying concealed firearms in York County Tuesday night. According to officials, sheriff's deputies were called to the area of the Yorktown Beach at 11 p.m. for the report of three males who were brandishing firearms near the pier. Deputies quickly located two men and a 17-year-old boy and determined all three were carrying concealed firearms. Two of the suspects were intoxicated. Deputies seized two loaded Glock semi-automatic pistols and one loaded Taurus semi-automatic pistol. Police arrested 24-year-old Jasaun Tyreek McCright-Vinston of Newport News and 23-year-old Ikahri Giaisaac Robb of Newport News. The juvenile was released and will be charged on juvenile petitions. McCright-Vinston faces the following charges: Carry Concealed Weapon Drunk in Public Disorderly Conduct Robb faces the following charges: Carry Concealed Weapon Drunk in Public Both are being held at Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
