Top picks from Rochelle Humes' Next summer collection

Writer Nisha Mal has been obsessed with Rochelle Humes' latest Next collection and highlights some of her favourite summer pieces
Next has been going big with its summer drop this season. Most notably, the retailer's collection with Rochelle Humes has caught my eye, as it includes some classic, tailored pieces that will withstand micro-trends.
The collection consists of timeless linen fabrics, colourful fitted coats, and lightweight summer knits for the UK's unpredictable climes. One of my favourite pieces from the collection is this Neutral Cotton Linen Blend Trophy Jacket, which can be worn throughout the year.
Priced at £64, it is great for the office or a fancy dinner on occasions when I don't know what to wear but want to look like I've made an effort. The neutral colour means I can pair it with almost all of the accessories and bags I have in my wardrobe.
It can be worn with jeans and trousers, or even a leather mini skirt and tights for wintertime looks. Linen has no give and can often feel restrictive, which one reviewer found: "Not suitable. Material stiff and thick, and the jacket too short."
Alternatively, New Look is selling a cropped, boucle trophy jacket which is considerably cheaper at £29.99 (originally £49.99). The navy jacket has chunky gold buttons and a collarless design.
In keeping with linen, Next's stunning blue co-ord is also worth shouting about. It comprises a longline sleeveless waistcoat (£39), and then buyers have the choice between either a longline skirt (£34) or a pair of city shorts (£26).
The sky blue set is made from a textured finish material. I particularly like the waistcoat, which has a high neck, and is finished with front pockets and a button-down fastening.
However, the skirt loses points for me mostly due to its long, ankle-length. Standing at 5ft (5 ft 1 on a good day), it's a shame it isn't offered in petite.
If it were a midi or even knee-length, I might get away with it, but seeing as it's so long, there's no chance it's going to fall right on me, unless I get it tailored (a job I will most definitely not do). For shoppers a similar height to me, the set's city shorts are the better choice.
For a boho-inspired co-ord look to Nobody's Child, where this Blue Tie Dye set is offered. It comprises a cami with spaghetti straps (£49) and a matching long, floaty skirt (£99). I think this set would look beautiful worn on holiday, or at a festival paired with cowboy boots.
Returning to Rochelle Humes' summer collection, this Brown Glossy Satin Maxi co-ord is ideal for upcoming summer weddings and special occasions. It comprises a halterneck top and a long, flowy skirt.
Available in regular or petite sizing, the maxi-length skirt is decorated with a polka dot all-over print, and has a floaty pleated skirt (£50). The accompanying blouse (£32) has the exact same print. and has a tie-bow fastening at the back.
The skirt has 12 customer reviews, mostly positive; however, one shopper has a warning about the material writing: "Absolutely loved the colour and fit of the skirt but creased so badly."
For a casual holiday-inspired set look to Boden, where shoppers can pick up a colourful set comprising a loose-fitting pair of trousers (£120) and a matching, floaty shirt (£80). The Sieena linen set is all-white and features a tropical print all over it, including little banana prints, seashells, lobsters and even a little bird.
My last Next pick is this knitted jumper, priced at £35. As we all know, British summertime is mostly a let-down, and having a jumper at hand is useful for on/off downpours. The keyhole design means I won't get overheated, and it's lightweight enough to pop into my handbag without taking up much space.
The ecru-white knit comes in sizes small, medium, large, extra large, and extra large. Rochelle pairs it with light-wash jeans and tousled locks, but it'd look equally stylish with denim cut-offs or city shorts. The knit is also available in a blue colourway with pink and green stripes.
In the reviews, a buyer praised its design and comfort, writing: "I love this jumper. It's so comfortable. I wanted a jumper that hung well, and this certainly does that. A slightly off-white colour. Worth the money."
However, another found it too short, saying: "Loved the jumper but had to return as it was too short on me - I'm only 5ft3." Over at Roman, shoppers can snap up a Crochet Tunic Top (£40) in white, teal, black, and beige. It's the perfect holiday piece to wear over a swimsuit or with shorts. Choose from sizes 10-20.

Rochelle Humes shares the skincare-infused SPF she uses to get ‘radiant skin'

Rochelle Humes just shared with fans the '10/10 combo' she uses to get soft and sun-kissed skin on holiday, including this skincare-infused SPF body mist that gives a 'radiant, golden' finish Rochelle Humes is always sharing her beauty tips and tricks with fans, and this weekend was no different. She revealed the moisturiser and SPF body mist she uses for getting that glowy look, which she hailed a "10/10 combo" that will have fans "thanking her later". The SPF moisturiser Rochelle raved about was this Beauty Of Joseon Relief Sun Rice + Probiotics SPF 50 (£13.34), which she teams with this Kopari Golden Sunglaze Sheer Body Mist Sunscreen SPF 30, which is currently up for grabs from Space NK or ASOS for £36 (150ml). Set to give your skin a golden finish, this Kopari Golden Sunglaze Sheer Body Mist Sunscreen SPF 30 is a sunscreen that provides organic protection against UVA/UVB rays. This non-aerosol, fast-drying mist works to leave the skin feeling soft and supple, without leaving a greasy feel. Infused with ethically sourced mica, this body mist gives skin a natural, radiant finish while providing protection against the sun. It is perfect for days spent on the beach during the heatwave or days spent on a tropical coast. Armed with hyaluronic acid, this SPF mist helps to improve the skin's ability to retain moisture while providing hydration, a must when you're spending long periods of time under the sun in high temperatures. This SPF product also contains vitamin C to help brighten the skin's appearance and vitamin E, which offers protection against free radicals. Promising a juicy guava scent, Rochelle's favourite Kopari Golden Sunglaze Sheer Body Mist Sunscreen SPF 30 is suitable for all skin types, ensuring it can become a staple in the beach bag of any beauty buff. And it's not just Rochelle who loves this body mist, as it currently boasts a perfect 5-star rating at Space NK. One thrilled customer writes: "Decided to give this ago after being recommended it so many times and I was not disappointed. The smell is delightful; it applies so easily and dries quickly. I expected it to leave my skin feeling a bit greasy, although it didn't at all, It actually left my skin feeling lovely and soft as well as glowing. Perfect for the summer and a good price point." Another shopper shares: "I absolutely love the Kopari Golden Sunglaze Sheer Body Mist Sunscreen SPF 30! It feels so light on my skin, doesn't leave any white cast, and gives me a beautiful, subtle golden glow. The scent is tropical and refreshing, and I love how it keeps my skin soft, hydrated, and protected all day long." More accolades come from this buyer who beams: " This is a lovely SPF product. Shake it up and it's has you glowing. Excellent spray bottle sprays evenly and a quick rub has you dry and shiny. It may feel very thin but you can definitely feel you have it on (in a good way). Similar to Sol de Janeiro Rio Radiance spray but with a lighter fresh scent so excellent if your not a fan of them." While a fourth chimes in: " This is a holiday in a bottle -it smells absolutely incredible and I can see why it keeps selling out! The trigger is so user friendly and the mist comes out with such good cover. I keep seeing these advertised as you probably have too and if you are in any doubt of buying then grab it now before it goes back out of stock again. There is another version in this brand which is also really nice but the smell of this one just seems to edge it for me personally."

Marks & Spencer's 'stylish' £50 bubble hem dress garners 'so many compliments'

With occasionwear season officially here, we've found the perfect stylish and subtle midaxi dress that will take you through the summer from Marks & Spencer Marks & Spencer is back taking online orders after the cyber attack, and as always, their current spring/summer collection is filled with stylish and elevated pieces that will really up your fashion game. One dress in particular that caught our eye was the Pure Cotton Bubble Hem Midaxi Dress. With summer basically here, plus the races and weddings looming, finding the perfect dress you can wear to these different occasions is no mean feat, but we think this midaxi is the versatile summer dress to get your hands one. And at £49.50, this dress definitely isn't breaking the bank. Combining two trends in one, this black dress features a stylish bubble hem detail, as well as a flattering drop waist. Despite featuring more micro-trendy elements, the sleek black colour and classic silhouette mean this dress will last in your wardrobe for years to come. To style this midaxi, we suggest keeping it simple with a pair of gold or silver mules (depending on which you prefer), and a matching clutch or grab bag, and minimalist jewellery. Additionally, if you're more of a maximalist, you could team leopard or zebra print accessories to make the look pop. We're not the only ones who are loving this versatile dress, shoppers are already leaving their reviews, praising the piece for its high quality and flattering fit. One shopper wrote: "Couldn't resist this dress despite having to try on several sizes before finding best fit (it's on the small side). The design quality becomes apparent once on with a drop waist, great if you are tall and long in the body, and the bubble hem. It's also nicely lined and the cut out back still enables you to wear a bra. Please continue to provide such design quality please M&S." While a second shared how the dress got them heaps of compliments when they wore it. They added: "So many compliments wearing this dress. The dress is beautiful, I felt really nice in it, and lots and lots of women asked me where it was from." As briefly mentioned above, a few people criticised the sizing of the dress, claiming it runs rather small, so we suggest sizing up from your usual size, especially if you are in between. If black isn't your thing, we think we've found another stylish but low-key summer occasion dress you can wear to every event. The Butter Yellow Puff Sleeve Zola Midi Dress, £120, from Nobody's Child is in one of the biggest colour trends of the year, butter yellow. This stylish midi features a flattering empire waistline, which can help to balance the silhouette and elongate the torso.
