Network18 Media shares rally 13% after co turns profitable in Q1
ADVERTISEMENT For the June 2025 quarter, Network18 reported revenue from operations of Rs 430 crore, a 5% year-on-year (YoY) decline. The company posted a net profit of Rs 516 crore, largely due to an exceptional item of Rs 537.97 crore. In comparison, the company posted a net loss of Rs 80.85 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.
Mr. Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman of Network18, commented on the results, 'Another quarter of strong operating performance; however, persisting macro-economic headwinds meant that it did not translate into a commensurate financial performance. Our steady progress across operating metrics over the last few quarters is a testimony to our vision for the business and the strategic execution of our plans. Our new product launches highlight our forward-looking approach and our endeavour to continue diversifying our business and build new avenues of growth.'
From a technical standpoint, Network18 is showing strength, trading above all 8 key simple moving averages (SMAs) — from the short-term 5-day SMA to the long-term 200-day SMA. This suggests positive momentum across multiple timeframes.
The 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 51.5, indicating the stock is neither overbought (above 70) nor oversold (below 30), signalling a balanced position.

Major Dividends To Watch Some of the biggest payouts this week include Abbott India, which will trade ex-dividend on 25 July for a final dividend of Rs 475 per share, and 3M India, which has declared a special dividend of Rs 375 and final dividend of Rs 160, both going ex-date on 25 July. Hero MotoCorp will trade ex-date on 24 July for a final dividend of Rs 65, while ICRA and Shree Cement will offer Rs 60 each on 25 July and 21 July, respectively. Kazipet Railway Manufacturing Unit to Begin Production by 2026, Says Ashwini Vaishnaw
'We will start the manufacturing process here in 2026. This factory has big potential; coaches, along with engines, can be manufactured here. Metro can also be manufactured here," Vaishnaw told the media after the meeting. 'It was a big dream of Telangana to have a coach manufacturing unit in Kazipet. PM Modi has made efforts for many years to fulfil this dream. This is a mega factory for manufacturing railway coaches…It is a modern factory. We are using modern technology here. Rs 500 crore is being invested here," he added. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had in July 2023 laid the foundation stone for several crucial infrastructure development projects in Telangana worth around Rs 6,100 crores in Warangal. The development works included 176 km long National Highway Projects worth over Rs 5,550 crores and a Railway Manufacturing Unit in Kazipet to be developed at a cost of over Rs 500 crore.

You should be a non-European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) citizen (Indian nationals are included in this). You work remotely as an employee of a foreign company or are self-employed with clients outside of Spain. Also, you will need proof that only 20 percent of your total income is coming from Spain, and not more than that. You have a university degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience. You should have financial means of about 200% of Spain's Minimum Interprofessional Salary (SMI), which is approximately 2,763 euros (Rs 2,76,653). If you have family members, the cost may vary. You will have to pay an additional 75 percent of the Spanish minimum wage and 25% extra for each additional applicant. You must have proof of consistent income for at least 3-6 months, through payslips, contracts, bank statements, or tax filings. A valid health insurance with full coverage is also required. National visa application Valid passport with a minimum of 1 year's validity Passport-size photographs Proof of freelance contracts or remote employment A certificate of employment or a letter from your employer Proof of income University degree certificate or work experience letter of more than 3 years Proof of accommodation in Spain Private health insurance valid in Spain Police clearance certificate (PCC) from Indian authorities NIE (Foreigner ID Number) – which will cost you somewhere around 20 euros (Rs 2,006) and will be paid after arrival in Spain All documents not in Spanish must be translated by a certified Spanish translator. How To Apply? Step 1: Check if you are eligible and prepare all required documents, which must be translated into spanish. Step 2: Schedule an appointment with the nearest Spanish Consulate in your home country. Step 3: Submit your application at the consulate in person. You will have to pay the visa fee, which will be around 80 euros (Rs 8,022 approximately). Step 4: Wait for the visa to be processed. The time is usually 10 days, but it may extend to 3-6 weeks. Step 5: Once the visa is approved, you will be able to enter Spain with a 1-year permit to live and work there. Step 6: Apply for your TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero or the Spanish residence card) at the local immigration office in Spain once you are in the country. This should be done 2 months before the expiration of the visa, especially if you wish to extend your stay. Step 7: Once you are in Spain, register your local address at the nearest town hall as well. The Digital Nomad Visa in Spain is valid for one year, but it can be renewed and extended to up to 5 years. After living in Spain for 5 years, you will be eligible for permanent residency. Some More Tips You should learn some Spanish before going to Spain, even learning the basics would help. Make sure all your documents are translated into Spanish and carry the originals. Apply well in advance to avoid any delays. Go to Spain if you love a warm climate and rich Spanish culture. In case your visa is rejected, you can submit an appeal for reconsideration within a month from the date of rejection.
