This Morning meets Grand Designs as Josie Gibson takes fans inside her country mansion for new primetime ITV series Big Country Build
The 40-year-old - who regularly appears as a step-in host for the ITV show - will face the upcoming ITV programme Josie Gibson's Big Country Build.
The seven-part series has allowed for cameras to follow her journey of transforming her huge Somerset property into a modern pad.
Josie will be joined by her rarely-seen family members brothers Josh and Charlie, who are scrap metal traders, as well as her builder cousin Tom.
Not only that, she's keen to follow a sustainable life style, so the camera crew will follow her growing her own produce and installing an underground heat pump for bees.
ITV's press release states: 'The extensive renovation will be followed every step of the way as Josie attempts to assemble her dream home, complete with an on-site gym, walk-in wardrobe, and blacked out windows.
'And as she adapts to new surroundings, Josie will be building lots of new friendships with neighbours who could prove integral towards making her renovation dreams a reality.'
Speaking about her new show, Josie said: 'My dream is to build a house as eco and luxurious as possible where you are immersed in the sanctuary of nature.
'I want to use the acres of land to try and my best to have a little small holding. I want bees, birds, badgers, to all live in harmony.
'Though, I'm becoming increasingly concerned that my harmonious dream is slowly turning into a construction nightmare..
'I can't wait to bring the audience along on this journey with me!'
The show is commissioned by Katie Rawliffe, who is Director of Entertainment & Daytime for ITV, as well as Lily Wilson, Commissioning Editor for ITV.
Katie said: 'She's done a stint in the jungle and tackled all manner of outlandish tasks on This Morning, but our audiences are about to see a completely new side to Josie Gibson as she embraces country life and takes sustainable living to a whole new level!'
Dom Bird, Senior Vice President, MGM Unscripted added: 'Josie's energy is infectious and her enthusiasm unstoppable. Her renovation experience, however, is less apparent.
'They'll be chaos, charm, and more than a few bumps in the road as Josie and her band of builders attempt to turn her newly acquired wreck into the dream home she's always wanted.'
Josie Gibson's Big Country Build is produced by MGM Alternative UK.
Sarah Clarke is series producer.
In a sneak preview of the show, Josie can be seen saying walking around the property saying: 'Can't wait to start knocking it down...
'That's the best bit innit.
'This is being smashed out. All the doors are going... that's going.
'This wall is going to be knocked out. That wall is going to go...
'The entire thing is going to be demolished. And this is going to be glass from the bottom all the way up to the top.'
Fans are very excited, with one saying on Instagram: 'Can't wait for this!!!'
'How fabulous.'
'ooooooo how exciting can't wait to watch.'
'That's gonna be a great show Josie.'
Josie shot to fame in 2010 when she won the 11th series of the Channel 4 series of Big Brother.
The star became a huge hit with fans and has gone on to have a very successful telly career.
She joined the This Morning team in 2019 and regularly steps in for the main presenters when they are away.
Josie also presents segments and competitions.
The host has starred in various other TV shows over the years.
Josie has appeared on 8 Out of 10 Cats, Loose Women, The Jump, Cooking with the Stars, I'm A Celebrity and The Masked Singer UK.
The presenter is also proud mum to her son Reggie-James.

Two I'm A Celebrity legends 'set to return' for epic All Stars series
The I'm A Celebrity… South Africa all stars series is officially returning to ITV later in 2025—and not one but two legendary jungle stars are in talks to come back. Starting in 2024, I'm A Celebrity… South Africa reunites old campmates from the ITV game show. This time, however, they're trading the Australian jungle for the desert. Last series saw the likes of Shaun Ryder, Gillian McKeith, Helen Flanagan, Phil Tufnell, and Jordan Banjo giving up luxuries for a gruelling challenge once more. The competition was ultimately won by Myleene Klass, who had originally finished second during the show's sixth series almost 20 years ago… but now, two more famous faces are coming for her crown. According to reports, beloved King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp is close to signing on the dotted line with ITV bosses. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your show in the link we'll send you so we can get TV news tailored to you. As per The Sun, Harry, 78, who became the oldest-ever winner in 2018 and was paid £500,000 for his stint, will fly back out for round two in autumn before the series airs in the New Year. 'It's going to be a real coup,' a source told the paper. 'Harry is TV gold and was first on the list of wannabe celebrity contestants.' The football icon's win in the main series was watched by 11million people, with the nation reduced to tears as he was reunited with his wife, Sandra, on the bridge after, having frequently declared his love for her while in camp. Harry's first run for Jungle champ made him one of the programme's high earners, but the likes of Coleen Rooney and Nigel Farage still come out on top, having received a mega £1.5million for their signings. And Harry's people are remaining tight-lipped on his career plans currently, as a spokesperson for the sports star said in response to the rumours: 'This is speculation.' Meanwhile, there's another huge name already attached to the upcoming South Africa series… and it's Gemma Collins. The Towie star and TV personality, 44, is one of the most treasured personalities on British TV, and ITV is apparently hoping she'll boost viewing figures again this time around. Gemma infamously only managed three days in the Jungle when she was last on the show and made no secret of how much she hated every second. 'People who murder get treated better than this,' she famously said before quitting. 'That's the truth. Even a murderer gets fed three times a day.' Gemma's tears and tantrums gave social media a meme collection that still gets used today, so it's no surprise she's wanted back. A source told The Sun previously: 'She hated it first time round, but knows it would be TV gold for her fans if she gave it another go. 'The discussions could go either way, but signing her would be a huge win for execs.' For Gemma fans hoping she'll give I'm A Celebrity a second try, the recent rumours line up very nicely with comments the Dancing On Ice star made in 2019. Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, she said: 'I will never forget getting the call. Looking back, I don't feel I was ready for that show. I was new to TV; I was the underdog on Towie. 'I wasn't the best-looking girl, I didn't have a model figure, I was this car girl from Romford selling cars. I was being put in the Jungle, and in hindsight, I wasn't ready for it.' She continued: I felt hugely out of my depth—I was petrified. If I was to go back now, I've got more experience. I've got a tougher skin now, and I think that's where the GC came into play. If they asked me back, yes, I'd go back.' Things didn't get off to a good start when Gemma went into the jungle in 2014, firstly refusing to parachute into camp with the rest of her teammates. She then withdrew due to panic attacks and later said that her ex-boyfriend, Alexander Moss, had 'severely beaten' her the night before she joined. The reality star said that ITV advised against her entering at first, but Gemma insisted she didn't want to waste the opportunity of a lifetime. Alexander, now 44, was eventually jailed for 21 months in 2019. More Trending Gemma told the Everything I Know About Me podcast: '[There was] all the embarrassment of like, you know what the TV programmes were saying, 'Gemma Collins left the Jungle, she was hungry, she was this.' And it wasn't my fault. 'I can remember lying in my flat where I lived and just thinking, I just want to die. I haven't done anything wrong. I've left the Jungle because of something that happened to me.' ITV has been contacted for comment. I'm a Celebrity… South Africa will return to ITV1 and ITVX early next year. Got a story? Love Island's Harrison Solomon makes first public outing since quitting the villa and returning to the UK as he enjoy boys' night out WITHOUT Lauren after breaking his silence on THAT love triangle
Love Island's Harrison Solomon made his first public outing since quitting the villa as he attended Wembley Stadium to see Oleksandr Usyk take on Daniel for the heavyweight boxing championship on Saturday. The footballer, 22, left the show in scenes which aired on Friday night in order to join exiting love interest Lauren Wood, however she was nowhere to be seen as he enjoyed a boys' night. Harrison cut a stylish figure in a white oversized sports shirt and wide legged jeans as he joined close pal and Celebrity Aesthtic Dr Rosh. Despite his shock and premature exit from the Love Island villa, the hunk appeared in great spirits while heading to take his seat for the much-anticipated match. It comes after Harrison broke his silence on his famous love triangle with Lauren and Toni Laites and if he regretted having sex on TV. Friday saw new bombshell Angel Swift made a dramatic entrance and coupled up with Ty Isherwood, which left Lauren single and immediately axed, though she quickly begged Harrison to leave with her. After sleeping on the decision, Harrison informed the Islanders he would also be leaving and he has now revealed whether he sees a future with Lauren. Speaking for the first time after his exit, Harrison finally broke his silence on the love triangle drama, which saw Toni left devastated after she learned he had slept with Lauren twice. 'I was relatively new to the Villa so I wanted to explore connections and I came to the conclusion that Toni was the better suit for me,' Harrison said of the drama. 'Then when I went to Casa there was an instant spark and connection with Lauren, I knew from day one there was something special there. 'When I came back from Casa something in the back of my mind was still thinking about Toni. 'If I had left with Lauren when Shakira had the choice to send me home, I think I would've always regretted not giving me and Toni one final go as we left on good terms before Casa. 'That's the reason I gave a little speech before the recoupling on the Terrace. As soon as I did that, I felt terrible towards Lauren. For two days, I tried to go tunnel vision with Toni but there was something holding me back.' Harrison also hinted that he will be pursuing things with Lauren now he has left the villa, saying he didn't feel like his experience was 'the same' after she left. Despite his shock premature exit from the Love Island villa, the hunk appeared in great spirits as he headed to take his seat for the match It comes after Harrison broke his silence on his famous love triangle with Lauren and Toni Laites and if he regretted having sex on TV 'I felt like Lauren and I naturally gravitated towards each other, the connection we have is so so special I wasn't ready to leave it,' he gushed. 'When Lauren first got the text saying she was being dumped my initial reaction to her leaving was ''I'm going''. 'I came here and found what I wanted. Having said that, I didn't want to make an emotional decision, I'm quite an indecisive person and so I wanted to take my time with it, rather than leave and regret what I'd done. 'The fact I stayed a day later and processed everything really helped me,' he continued. 'Me leaving was making a big statement. It shows her I'm really into her and see a serious future with her.' While Harrison currently lives in Florida, Lauren is based in York but the footy star insisted he doesn't think the distance will be an issue. 'We'll make the distance work! It will be no issue,' he vowed. 'We left on good terms but the two days prior to leaving we weren't talking properly so it would be good to have a conversation, get everything out in the open and hopefully move forward from there. 'I feel very strongly about the girl, I wouldn't have left if I didn't. I have no doubt in my mind that she'll be my girlfriend one day. 'I'm buzzing to see her and reunite! She's such a great girl.' Harrison also reflected on that scene which saw him have sex in the bedroom with Lauren on TV, before pulling Toni for a chat. Harrison also reflected on that scene which saw him have sex in the bedroom with Lauren on TV, insisting he does not regret the X-rated scenes 'The spark between us was crazy! I probably wasn't thinking about my parents and them watching it but it naturally happened and I don't regret it,' he told Asked how he would feel about his parents watching those raunchy moments, he replied: 'I hope they didn't see! But listen, it was a natural thing. 'I don't think I intended to have sex in the Villa but in there all the Islanders could tell we were so attracted to each other, naturally it was going to happen. 'The spark between us was crazy! I probably wasn't thinking about my parents and them watching it but it naturally happened and I don't regret it.' Harrison insisted he hasn't left the villa the same person as he entered as he admitted he would have handled things differently if he could go back and do it again. 'I feel like I would've taken myself away from the situation for a day or two and just really figured out what I wanted,' he confessed. 'I would've had those awkward conversations just to let people know where my head was at, I do shy away from those conversations on the outside. 'Especially here, I should've been more honest. It was for the greater good, and it would've stopped people's feelings from getting hurt. People were hurt more by me being so indecisive and trying to avoid awkward conversations. 'I definitely would've gone about handing triangles in another way.' Finally, he expressed his wish for staying friends with Toni despite the pair butting heads over his treatment of her. 'I did her wrong a few times in there so I understand if she doesn't want to reciprocate that,' he shared. 'The conversation prior to me leaving was a big moment for me and her. I reflected on my whole situation throughout the day, I just let it out. 'You could tell by me getting emotional, I was upset about how I've acted and upset about Toni being upset as well. 'Similarly, if someone treated my sister like I'd treated Toni in there obviously I'd be mortified. 'I wanted to apologise to her and I think she could see I was being genuine. Axed Love Island star Harrison attends Dubois v Usyk fight without Lauren after opening up about sex in the villa
AXED Love Island star Harrison has attended the Dubois v Usyk boxing fight without Lauren - after opening up about sex in the villa. The footballer, 22, decided to leave the show on Thursday after being involved in a dramatic love triangle with Lauren Wood and Toni Laites. 7 7 Back on the outside, Harrison has made a stylish appearance at Wembley Arena tonight to watch the highly anticipated Usyk vs Dubois boxing match. The Love Island bombshell rocked a bold streetwear look as he arrived with Celebrity Aesthetic Doctor and his close friend Dr Rosh. Dr Rosh had given the reality star his pre-villa glow up before he entered the villa. Elaborating on the treatment, the Dr told The Sun: "We focused on his tear troughs - a common area where genetics can cause under-eye hollowness, no matter how much sleep or skincare you get. "A subtle amount of tear trough filler helped smooth and brighten the area, making him look fresher and more awake without changing his natural features." Dr Roshan Ravindran — known as Dr Rosh - has a huge client base of celebrity names, and often treats Love Island stars. However, during his stint in the villa, fans were shocked when Harris was seen making a plea to re-couple with cabana server Toni, despite bedding Lauren the night before. But Harrison, from Burton upon Trent, but now based in Miami, said he has no regrets about taking things to the next level on TV. Asked how he felt about his mum and dad knowing what he had done, he said: 'I hope they didn't see. But listen, it was a natural thing. 'I don't think I intended to have sex in the villa, but in there all the Islanders could tell we were so attracted to each other. Naturally, it was going to happen. Fans slam Love Island's Lauren for 'embarrassing' move after she's axed from the villa 'The spark between us was crazy. I probably wasn't thinking about my parents and them watching it, but it naturally happened and I don't regret it.' Lauren, 26, was booted out of the villa after new bombshell Angel picked Ty to couple up with. The brunette begged Harrison to come with her but he insisted he wanted to sleep on it. Lauren broke down in tears but said she would wait for him on the outside and insisted: "I only want you." She begged Harrison to follow and, 24 hours later, he made the choice to go. Speaking about Lauren, Harrison said: 'We will make the distance work. It will be no issue. 'We left on good terms, but the two days prior to leaving, we weren't talking properly. 'So it would be good to have a conversation, get everything out in the open and hopefully we move forward from there. 'I feel very strongly about the girl. 'I wouldn't have left if I didn't.
