A day later, Maya took to Instagram and shared a confession to her followers.
Posting a clip from the final, she penned: "I always watch back my shows because I genuinely black out when it's happening."
Toni Laites and Cach Mercer emerged as the winners after a gripping live finale.
Both were bombshells - with Toni arriving on the first night and Cach debuting in Casa Amor.
Maya told the stunned pair that they'd be taking home £50,000.
They were joined in the final by Shakira Khan & Harry Cooksley, Angel Swift & Ty Isherwood and Yasmin Pettet & Jamie Rhodes.
Toni previously split from Cach to rekindle with her old flame Harrison - not knowing he had been intimate with Casa Amor's Lauren.
After just one day, he U-turned yet again - and ended up leaving the villa when Lauren was voted out.
Despite Cach breaking down in tears over the embarrassment of his public split from Toni, he forgave her.
They started up their relationship once again and on their final night in the villa said "I love you".

Meanwhile, the winning couple have since opened up about how they'll use the whopping prize.
When asked what they'd spend the £50k on, Cash replied: 'I've already got what I want, money's just a bonus.'
And Toni shared exciting holiday plans, adding: 'I'll take my mum on vacation, as well. After ours, of course…'
Voting percentages revealed they took over a third of the votes, with 33.5% of viewers backing them for the crown.
However, Shakira and Harry drew a sizeable 26.2% of the votes, and Yas and Jamie were not far behind taking 22%.
Aesthetics practitioner Angel, 26, only made her debut on July 17, but managed to secure an impressive 18.3% of the overall voting audience with Casa Amor boy Ty.
They received the highest percentage of votes for a fourth place finish in the show's history.
Love Island airs on ITV2 and ITVX.

The Channel 4 military-style reality series returned to screens last week with the likes of X Factor legend Lucy Spraggan, footballer Troy Deeney and former drugs mule Michaella McCollum amongst a host of others being put through their paces by the show's tough directors. However, viewers watched as pop star Hannah Spearritt quit the show just minutes into the first episode, and dancer Louie Spencer later realised he could not hack it either so decided to remove his armband and walk off. In episode two, Love Island stars Tasha Ghouri and Chloe Burrows quit on the spot as well. Insiders have claimed that some of the stars are being paid up to £20,000 as an appearance fee and insisted that they will still receive payment in full, no matter what stage of the competition they actually reach. A source told The Sun: "Hannah Spearitt, Chloe Burrows and Tasha Ghouri will all have been paid over £10k - some as much as £20k - but unlike other reality shows, they do get paid if they pull out. So even though Hannah only lasted one minute, she'll still get paid over £10k for that minute." It comes after reports of all the celebrities rumoured to be joining BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2025. The source added that even though it can be 'embarrassing' for celebrities to quit so early, it is "well worth stars signing up even if they don't think they can complete the show just for the payday - it might be embarrassing taking their armband off early in the show, but it's good money!' He reminded the recruits to think about why they were there and suggested they take things "seriously". Louie piped up: "I wanna do an immediate withdrawal. I just don't have the conviction and I feel as though I'm not dedicated enough," he said as he removed his armband. Chris gave him the chance to put his arm band back on, but Louie refused, so Chris said: "Get your kit." In a previously-filmed confessional, Louie, 56, had said: "I'm a survivor, I would keep battling to survive. I think the worst way for me to leave the course would be to choose to leave. That would really p*** me off," but just seconds later, it was confirmed that he had indeed quit the show." And following their exits, Chloe took to Instagram to rant about why she had quit as she said: ""I was f*****g exhausted and wanted my own bed and a cuddle from my mum.
