Jamie George summoned by Lions after Luke Cowan-Dickie suffers head injury
He faces a spell on the sidelines and Saracens front-rower George, appointed co-captain for England's ongoing summer tour to Argentina and the United States, will fly to Australia for his third Lions tour having featured in New Zealand in 2017 and South Africa in 2021.

A brief Lions statement read: '(George) will join up with head coach Andy Farrell's squad in Brisbane next week.
'George, Lion number 819, was a tourist in 2017 and 2021. He also trained with the squad in Portugal and Dublin ahead of the Qatar Airways Lions Men's Series Australia 2025.'
Garry Ringrose is unavailable for next Saturday's first Test against Australia after Farrell confirmed he was struggling with concussion.
Ringrose suffered a head injury in Wednesday's victory over the ACT Brumbies and faces a minimum 12-day stand down period, preventing him from taking part in the series opener in Brisbane.

'Garry had a delayed reaction. He had headaches for a day and it carried on for the next day so he went through concussion protocols and failed those,' Farrell said.
'Unfortunately for him and for us he's 12 days so that puts him out of the first Test and back in for the midweek game before the second Test (against First Nations and Pasifika XV on July 22).
'You don't mess around with these things and it is unfortunate for him and everyone else. He's in good spirits anyway so we crack on.'
Cowan-Dickie took a heavy blow to the head in Saturday's win after being hit by Lukhan Salakaia-Loto's knee, shortly before half-time.
The England front-rower later waved to fans as he walked around the pitch but he is now likely to face a spell out that opened the door for 34-year-old George.

Owen Farrell produced an eye-catching 31 minutes in the first appearance of his fourth Lions tour but Andy Farrell limited his praise of his son to: 'He did OK, as did many others.'
Owen Farrell slotted in at inside centre and worked well alongside fly-half Marcus Smith, providing direction and an extra creative spark through his passing and kicking that led to two tries.
Huw Jones is now favourite to start against the Wallabies at outside centre following Ringrose's concussion and he was the Lions' most dangerous player until he was replaced by Farrell.
He gelled well with Scotland midfield partner Sione Tuipulotu and Farrell said: 'Huw and Sione were very good. We've got nice back-up there.'

Bundee Aki and Ringrose looked poised to start the first Test in the centres but the Lions could choose to stick with established national combinations, so Ringrose's misfortune might see Tuipulotu and Jones selected as a pair.
'Who knows which way we would have gone because it is true what we said about leaving it open,' Farrell said.
'I know people think we had a fixed mind after Wednesday's game against the Brumbies but that's not the truth.
'We will sit down and assess that game and then we will have a tough task in picking what's going to be a good Test side to take on Australia in the first game.'

Martindale: ‘come Kilmarnock away we should be in a better place'
David Martindale felt that Livingston controlled large portions of their Premier Sports Cup home clash with Highland League outfit, Brora Rangers, but added: 'We were a wee bit lucky, if I am honest, at the end, couple of counters, sucker punches.' The Lions boss also felt that two offside decisions went against the West Lothian club. The one involving Danny Wilson was, he declared, 'unbelievable', but he felt the game was a good workout. His men kept the ball and tried to do the basics well and he felt they did that for the majority of the game. The Lions boss added: 'We got two goals, kept a clean sheet and, when you look around you, these games are difficult. You are expected to win them and if you don't win them by four, five, everybody is complaining. 'Results coming in (on Saturday) show it (the Premier Sports Cup) is not as easy as it is made out to be.' Martindale (pictured at a media briefing by Nigel Duncan) says his new-look squad still have work to do before the opening game in the William Hill Premiership at Rugby Park against Kilmarnock on Saturday, August 2 (15.00), but he added: 'I think we will be OK by then, still a wee bit rusty, but I can we are getting better week-by-week. 'That is us now into a proper training regime at the stadium.' The straight-talking playcaller said: 'When we came back we were training at Broxburn, we went to Holland, we came back and were at Murieston and then East Calder and we trained here and we were away at Kilmarnock (in the Premier Sports Cup). 'I am now looking to getting back to a Saturday, Saturday schedule at Livingston.' Livingston have re-laid their pitch at the Home of the Set Fare Arena and he felt the new surface performed well, even after a downpour just after the start of the game. Martindale added: 'The ball moved very quick, and it is probably truer than the previous surface. There were a couple today when I felt it stopped us progressing the game. 'Sam Culbert played a couple of through balls and the ball kind of ran out because of the surface, so I felt it was a true surface and really good and it allowed you to get the tempo in the game up.' There is no doubt that The Lions dominated possession against Brora, 64 per cent against 36 per cent, and had 17 shots against five, but the boss said that turning possession into chances was always a hard part in football. He added: 'I they are sitting in a mid to low block, the game becomes difficult with ten players behind the ball, ten players in the 18-yard box, but I was disappointed we did not do a wee bit more with that possession. 'We created enough chances to have done a little more, but their keeper made a big save from I think Andy Winter, Robbie Muirhead was off the bar, there were a couple instances where we came close. 'I thought Zak Rudden took his goal (a header inside the box) really, really well, and he was a wee bit unlucky when he got onto another, so the longer the game went on, I don't want to be disrespectful (to Brora), the easier the game became.' He argued that he was trying to win games of football in the Premier Sports Cup but also working on the basic level of fitness for the players and trying to prepare for the rigours of the William Hill Premiership which lie ahead. The boss added: 'We are now into six games so, come Kilmarnock away (in the league) we should be in a better place.' Overall, Martindale felt the structure of his men behind the ball requires polishing in training this week ahead of their home clash with Scottish League One side Kelty Hearts in the Premier Sports Cup next Saturday (kick-off 15.00). There is disappointing news, however, for Livingston FC defender, Cameron Kerr. Martindale revealed that the player does not need an operation, which is positive, but the 29-year-old will be sidelined for some time after suffering an early-season injury. Daniel Dubois urged to use Frank Bruno as inspiration after crushing Usyk defeat
Dubois lost for the third time in his career after he was stopped in the fifth round at Wembley on Saturday night to new undisputed world heavyweight champion Usyk. British boxer Dubois (22-3, 21KOs) played his part in four highly-competitive rounds but was put down by a vicious right punch and while he bravely made the count, Usyk delivered a sensational left hit titled 'Ivan' to bring the rematch to a close. 'Daniel didn't stick to the task, he got careless, he dropped his hands and paid the price. 'For Daniel now, he'll have a little break, think about things and he has got to resurrect himself. 'What level? He's got to come back and make a statement. He needs to make a statement against a quality fighter like he did last time.
