A 2003 clip of young Janhvi Kapoor sharing a stage with Shah Rukh Khan has resurfaced.
Before Janhvi Kapoor was a Gen-Z star making waves in Bollywood, she was just an adorable little girl in pigtails, unknowingly sharing a viral moment with none other than Shah Rukh Khan. Now, 22 years later, that moment is resurfacing.
A fan-favourite clip from an old 2003 award function is doing the rounds on social media again, and it's pure gold. In the video, a young Janhvi Kapoor, dressed in a cute little outfit, walks on stage with her father, producer Boney Kapoor, and actress Preity Zinta to present the Best Actor award. With her tiny voice, she greets the audience with a polite 'Good evening".
Then came the big moment: Shah Rukh Khan was announced as the winner for his iconic role in Devdas. With her hair neatly braided, little Janhvi Kapoor clutched her father Boney Kapoor's hand as they walked up to the stage. Once there, Boney gently encouraged her to greet the audience with a sweet 'good evening." Then, lifting her into his arms, he let her join in the big moment and together with Preity Zinta, the trio cheerfully announced, 'Shah Rukh Khan!" as the Best Actor winner.
As soon as Shah Rukh Khan stepped onto the stage, he greeted little Janhvi Kapoor with a warm peck on the cheek before accepting his award. Unbothered by the flashing cameras, Janhvi adorably glanced around the stage while her father, Boney Kapoor, handed over the trophy. The moment turned picture-perfect as SRK, Janhvi, Boney, and Preity Zinta posed together, capturing a frame full of smiles.

Shah Rukh then took a moment to reflect on the honor of stepping into the legendary shoes of Dilip Kumar, who first portrayed Devdas in the 1955 classic. His version of the tragic hero in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Devdas released in 2002.
Fast forward to today: SRK is prepping for his next mega film King, where he shares the screen with his daughter Suhana Khan and Deepika Padukone. Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor is all grown up and blazing her own trail in the industry. She'll soon be seen in Param Sundari opposite Sidharth Malhotra and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Varun Dhawan. She's also rumoured to be part of Atlee and Allu Arjun's big upcoming film.
