Timothee Chalamet's mom breaks silence on Kylie Jenner romance amid feud rumors with his sister Pauline

Daily Mail22-04-2025

Timothee Chalamet 's mom has broken her silence on his controversial romance with Kylie Jenner... amid feud rumors between the makeup mogul and his sister Pauline.
The Wonka star, 29, and the reality sensation, 27, were first linked in the spring of 2023, and since then, their relationship has caused quite the stir online.
And there's one person who may not be a fan of the pairing - Timothee's sister Pauline, 33 - as she has thrown some alleged shade at Kylie on numerous occasions.
Now, the actor's mom, Nicole Flender, has shared her thoughts on her son's romance with the brunette beauty, and she seems to be nothing but supportive.
While speaking to Curbed in a new interview, real estate agent Nicole praised Kylie as she reflected on how both of her kids had moved away.
'I have to say she's lovely,' she gushed, when asked about Kylie. 'She's very nice to me.'
Timothee's sister Pauline, who is an actress and producer, took an apparent swipe at Kylie last month via Instagram.
Taking to her Stories to discuss a New York Times article about cuts to foreign aid, she lambasted 'insane wealth disparity' in the US.

It's certainly no secret that Kylie has amassed a huge net worth and is estimated to be currently sitting on a $700 million fortune.
In 2019, she was controversially declared the world's youngest's self-made billionaire at age 21 but that value was later downgraded.
Pauline wrote on her Stories alongside a link to the article: 'New York Times, liberal bias, yes yes yes I get it. But this one by @nickkristof is worth the read. It's about empathy and humanity.
'The United States faces a tremendous number of domestic issues. Our maternal mortality rate is embarrassing, our way of shopping and eating food completely out of season makes no sense, we're spoiled in our desire to BLAST ACs and heat, our INSANE wealth disparity is sick, the list literally goes ON and ON.
'BUT just take a second and think about the fact that LESS THAN 1 PERCENT of all of our money goes to humanitarian aid.
'That money is insignificant in fixing any of the larger problems that play in the United States.
'And yet so significant to the lives of millions of individuals across this shared home we call Earth.'
She also previously re-shared a scathing tweet from Bernie Sanders bashing 'billionaires' on Instagram.

'When the three wealthiest men in America sit behind Trump at his inauguration, everyone understands that the billionaire class now controls our government,' the outspoken politician said.

Pauline expanded on the post with a caption that read: 'Our system is so flawed that it allows billionaires to exist and accrue so much money and BARELY pay (and sometimes NOT PAY) ANY ANY ANY TAXES.
'This should not be possible. Billionaires do not need to exist. Bezos, Musk, Zuckerberg SITTING IN FRONT OF cabinet is NOT DEMOCRATIC. NOT. DEMOCRATIC.'
Pauline also once lashed out at people who own private jets when she reposted a telling message by nonprofit organization Move On, originally tweeted by Democratic politician Melanie D'Arrigo.
Per The Sun, the tweet read: 'If your job requires a college degree, you should be able to write off your student loan payments as a business expense the way CEOs write off their private jets and yachts for their jobs which require neither.'
Makeup mogul Kylie famously owns a private jet called Kylie Air, and is the CEO of Kylie Cosmetics, which she founded with mom Kris Jenner in 2014.
It is unknown if Kylie 'writes off' her private jet as a business expense, but she has continuously come under fire for her CO2 emissions.

Rod Stewart makes distressing death prediction amid string of show cancellations before Glastonbury

Rod Stewart has talked about his own death, just days after cancelling eight of his shows and sparking serious health concerns ahead of his Glastonbury Legends Slot later this month. Sir Rod Stewart has had a very successful music career, spanning over six decades, and despite recently celebrating his 80th milestone birthday, the rock icon has insisted he won't be slowing down any time soon. The 80-year-old joined host Zoe Ball on her BBC Radio 2 show ahead of headlining Glastonbury Legends Slot this month, where he brushed off any speculation about him retiring in the near future. Chatting to Zoe, he teased: 'My dear record company want me to make a country album, there's so much in the pipeline I've had to drop a few things. I'm very busy and thank the Lord I am, because once you give up your career and I've seen it happen to people younger than me, they just fade into oblivion, nothing to wake up in the morning to do." ‌ He added: 'Retirement sounds good, I suppose but not for me, it don't" as Zoe interjected: 'And thank goodness, maybe you do play golf, but I can't see you retiring and just playing golf.' Rod responded: 'No, I think I'll keep singing until I fall flat on stage like Tommy Cooper or watching Celtic win another trophy in the stands.' ‌ The father-of-eight has addressed his rumoured retirement in the past and previously issued an emotional declaration to fans, the Express reports. Taking to Instagram to shut down the speculation, he wrote: "I shall never retire. "I was put on this earth to be a singer and will keep doing so for as long as the good lord lets me." ‌ It comes after the Maggie May singer recently announced he was cancelling eight performances, including four in Las Vegas and two in California. Taking to Instagram to explain, he wrote: 'I have to cancel and reschedule my next six concerts in June as I continue to recover from the flu. ‌ 'So sorry, my friends. I'm devastated and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to my fans. "I'll be back on stage and will see you soon." ‌ His headline Glastonbury Legends Slot marks a monumental return for the singer as he'll take to the Pyramid Stage 22 years after his last performance at Worthy Farm. Sir Rod recently disclosed that he would be joined by his Faces bandmate Ronnie Wood on stage, who is better known as a member of the Rolling Stones. ‌ Speaking to Zoe, the singer added: 'I've got three guests coming on, I can't tell you who they are.' Rod's appearance was confirmed in November 2024. At the time of the announcement, he said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that I'll be playing Glastonbury Festival 2025! "After all these years, I'm proud and ready and more than able to take the stage again to pleasure and titillate my friends at Glastonbury in June. I'll see you there!"

Vogue Williams admits she wasn't 'mature enough' to marry Brian McFadden

Vogue Williams, who is now married to Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews, has spoken about her first marriage to former Westlife singer Brian McFadden on occasion Presenter Vogue Williams has spoken about her divorce from Brian McFadden. She's opened up about the aftermath of their separation whilst reflecting on her growth as she approaches her milestone 40th birthday this year. Vogue, now 39, was married to former Westlife member Brian, now 45, from 2012 to 2017, though their separation was announced two years prior. She has since spoken about her ex-husband on occasion, including having written about their marriage in her new autobiography Big Mouth. ‌ She spoke about him again whilst a guest on a podcast in an episode released last month. Vogue told host Bryony Gordon that she thought she had "ruined" her life by getting divorced from Brian at the age of 31. ‌ Speaking about her fortieth birthday later this year, Vogue said: "I think I'm excited about it because remember like ... remember being liked 19 or 20, you think that 40 year olds were just really old and battered, but then when you actually get to it, you're like 'this is a really nice moment'." She continued on the Life of Bryony podcast: "I think in your thirties, you're trying to figure stuff out a little bit more. Because I remember ... I was divorced at 31. I was like 'basically that's it I've ruined my life. I'm never gonna have kids. I'm never gonna do what I always wanted to do'." Vogue, who now has three children with her husband Spencer Matthews, whom she married in 2018, added: "And then you see how your life actually starts to unfold, and that's why I think it's exciting to move into your forties." Elsewhere on the podcast, Vogue said that she considers herself to have been "too young" to get married to Brian, having been 26 at the time. She told Bryony that she "wasn't mature enough" then but was "in love" with the singer. In an interview published last month, Vogue told the Times when she thought the marriage was at risk. She said: "Maybe not long after we got married. Probably just before. I knew that it probably wasn't the greatest of relationships, but I was very young." ‌ She suggested that it's "hard to admit defeat" in any relationship and told the outlet that she found it "embarrassing" at the time. She said that it was "such a big failure" and noted that her separation from Brian was "very public". Vogue added that she found it "mortifying" to be divorced in her early thirties and that it was far from where she had hoped that she would be at that age. She said that she had wanted to be married with kids at 30, "not divorced and single". Years later though, she's now married to former Made in Chelsea cast member Spencer, with whom she shares three children. The couple celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary yesterday after tying the knot back in 2018. Reflecting on the milestone, Vogue wrote in a post joint post with her husband on Instagram last night: "7 years married today. 3 kids, two dogs and a whole lot of fun."
