It's almost officially sandal season! If you look at your collection of summer footwear and notice that they're looking a little sad, Aldi's upcoming Aldi Finds drop might have something for you. They're releasing casual sandals that look just like Tevas, but are a fraction of the price. From May 21 to May 27, Aldi will be selling Crane Casual Sandals for just $9.99 at local U.S. stores while supplies last. They come in three colors (more on that later), all in the same style: a foam sole with adjustable, velcro straps that go around the toes and ankle. These straps are connected by another strap in the same material. Related:
Again, these come in three colors. The first is multi, which has a black footbed and sole, and a different color strap on each part of the foot. The toes and behind the ankle have a beige strap, the front of the ankles have a blue strap and the strap connecting them is light pink.

Then there's the tan style, which has a tan or beige footbed and sole, and light brown straps that are all the same color. Lastly, there are the white sandals, which have a black footbed and sole, and straps with a white background and a triangular pattern with gray and black mixed in there. Related:
If these Aldi sandals look very familiar, it's because they are nearly identical to Tevas. Specifically, the pale or muted colors in the 'multi' style are similar to those in the Eucalyptus/Peach Bloom Women's Hurricane XLT2 Sandals. These currently cost $80, and they have a similar color scheme; black footbed and multiple-colored straps with a similar blue, pink and khaki/beige.
Then there's the iconic style everyone knows and loves: the Women's Original Universal Sandals, which are $60. There are a few colors available in this beloved style that kind of resemble the ones at Aldi, including the Sirena Black/White pattern, which has a similar vibe to the white style at Aldi. These are closer to the Crane Casual Sandals because of the basic, flat footbed and adjustable straps. So if you've had your eyes on Tevas, but never took the leap because of the price, Aldi's casual sandals are worth checking out.Up Next:

Aldi national expansion includes first Delafield store, which opens June 19

Aldi, the German discount grocer known for creating its own brands of popular processed foods, will open its first Delafield store, and only its third in Lake Country, on June 19. The company recently completed the remodeling of the former OfficeMax store at 2840 Heritage Drive, just east of state Highway 83 along the south side of the Interstate 94 corridor. It's only the second new store planned for Wisconsin in 2025, but one in more than 800 in the works in the U.S. through 2028 including a record-setting 225 stores expected to open this year alone. All rely on shoppers looking to save a few dollars, even in upscale suburban places, according to Aldi officials. Shane Williams, Aldi's regional vice president, cited an Aldi Price Leadership Report that claims Aldi shoppers save 36% on their shopping lists, averaging $4,000 annually. "As shoppers look for better ways to stretch their dollar, Aldi is providing Delafield with easier access to quality groceries at affordable prices," Williams said in a news release announcing the June 19 opening date. Company officials noted that Aldi's exclusive brands make up about 90% of the items in its stores. In addition to processed foods, such as Millville cereals that include Fruit Rounds (akin to Kellogg's Froot Loops), stores also sell organic meats, fresh produce and sustainable seafood. Their cheese and wine selections include a house wine called Winking Owl. Shoppers will find limited-time offers on seasonal foods, home goods and other items. The company also promotes its "sustainability" in product lines, which it says are important to its core shoppers, and offers gluten-free options. In addition to standard offers, the Delafield store, which will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., will include a June 19 promotion for the first 100 customers. Each will receive a gift bag containing exclusive product samples, a gift card and promotion materials. Aldi also has two stores in Waukesha and one store each in Brookfield, Mukwonago, Muskego, Oconomowoc and Pewaukee, along with others in the Milwaukee area. Previously Discontinued Diet Coke Flavor Confirmed to Return This Summer

Previously Discontinued Diet Coke Flavor Confirmed to Return This Summer originally appeared on Parade. The rumors are true–Coca-Cola is bringing back a fan-favorite flavor this summer. Earlier this year, sources began chattering about the potential return of Diet Cherry Coke, suggesting that the company had plans to bring back the discontinued favorite before year-end. It only took six months, but Parade can finally confirm the reports are true. On Tuesday, a spokesperson for The Coca-Cola Company said they were "thrilled to confirm" the return of its beloved diet cherry-flavored cola for a limited time this summer. Related: The once-popular soft drink initially debuted in the mid-'80s before it disappeared in 2020. And for the past five years, fans have done nothing but dream about a reunion with the beverage–or so they say. "I'm here for the packaging alone," one social media user admitted. "Why limited just bring it back for good 😂," a second begged. A third lamented that they "Wish it was coming to McDonald's." "Where can I find!" one more declared. "This is an emergency! 😂." Retro Diet Cherry Coke will be available exclusively at Kroger family of stores (Baker's, City Market, Dillons, Fred Meyer, Fry's, King Soopers, Mariano's, Ralphs, etc.) beginning mid-July 2025, according to the rep, but only for a limited time–get it while you can!
