Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon Share a Tender Moment in London at 'F1: The Movie' Premiere
Brad Pitt might be the star of F1: The Movie, but at the film's European premiere in London, it was a quiet flick of fabric handled by girlfriend Ines de Ramon that grabbed the spotlight.
Decked out in a lush green suit and aviators, Pitt played it cool when a gentle gust disheveled his silk scarf. That's when his leading lady, in a radiant shimmering gown, reached over and deftly smoothed it back into place.
Directed by Top Gun: Maverick's Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and F1 legend Lewis Hamilton, the film follows Sonny Hayes (Pitt), a retired Formula 1 driver brought back to mentor rookie Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) and help salvage a struggling new team.
Unlike traditional racing movies, the production put the actors behind the wheel of modified Formula 2 cars. As The New York Times noted, there was no use of rigs or green screens — just open-wheel racing at speeds up to 200 mph.
'I think a lot of people won't believe that they got in the cars and did what they did,' stunt coordinator Craig Dolby told the outlet. 'But when you're on track with them and doing what we did with them, it's mind-blowing.'
Pitt trained for months with former F2 champion and lead driving choreographer Lucian Bacheta.
'The first month is just learning to trust the car,' Pitt said in the film's production notes. 'Even as every instinct in your body is screaming, 'No! No! No! No! No! It's gonna give way!''
Both the North American premiere on June 16 in New York City and the European premiere on June 23 in London brought out F1 legends like Charles Leclerc, Esteban Ocon, and co-producer Hamilton.
Spice Girl alum Geri Halliwell and Christian Horner also hit the carpet to support the film alongside the full cast: Idris, Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, and Kim Bodnia.
F1: The Movie hits U.S. theaters on Friday, June 27.

Robbie Williams shares concerning news about parents' health
Robbie Williams has shared an update on his parents' health, saying it is "precarious". The former Take That singer is currently in the middle of his UK tour. Sharing an update on his own health, Williams reported: "Well, I've been ill with some sort of virus for a couple of weeks, which is making me feel very weak. It's par for the course on tours. Everyone gets something." He then shared: "Things at home with my parents? Very precarious right now. It's real-world stuff that deeply affects me and my wife. And if my wife is affected, you can bet I am. So the maths are: Virus + ill parents + stadium tour." Williams previously announced that his mother, Janet, had been diagnosed with dementia in November 2024. Earlier this week, the Angels singer told The Sun: "My mother has dementia and she doesn't know who I am anymore. She doesn't know where she is anymore." He also revealed his father, Pete, has Parkinson's disease and struggles to be as social as he once was. "He used to sing with me every night on stage, he would come out, steal the show and be charming and then wander backstage for a glass of red wine. Now he can't leave the house."

Chaos near Oasis Manchester gig as fans 'scrap' on 'Gallagher Hill'
Camping chairs, toilet roll and bottles were lobbed as ticketless Oasis fans "scrapped" on Sunday on what has become known as Gallagher Hill during the final concert at Manchester's Heaton Park. Concluding their run of five dates at Heaton Park, the rockers once again performed in front of close to 80,000 devoted fans on their home turf. The 'Gallagher Hill' viewpoint has become a go-to spot for those without tickets looking to get involved as they watch from the other side of Heaton Park. But during the concert, witnesses claimed tensions rose between groups of fans who were involved in "football chanting". It appeared there were also clashes between Manchester City and Manchester United fans. Footage showed the groups throwing bottles and other items at each other. At one point, members of the groups became involved in physical altercations as they clashed and were also seen goading one another and shouting as cans were repeatedly thrown. Blue flares were also let off into the sky. "Football fans were chanting, camping chairs were thrown," one person said. "Then a scrap. Then bottles. One lad got punched in the face." Another fan said the incident continued for around half an hour. She said: "It was pretty scary. [There were] too many people to intervene. "It was two massive groups, like hundreds, mainly kids, but some adults in almost lines or clusters opposite each other. "They were launching glass bottles at each other and then in the crowd. Loads of people seemed to leave where I was. It went on for about half an hour. [It was] horrible."
