I'm certain this £28 denim dress from Tu Clothing won't stay in stock for long

It's just launched online, so be quick!
Here at Yahoo UK, it's rare for our shopping experts to ever pass up on a fantastic denim dress – especially since finding one that combines style, comfort, and affordability can be a challenge, but Tu Clothing has delivered with its new Indigo Denim Midaxi Dress, and at just £28, it's an absolute bargain.
This has to be one of the cheapest denim dresses I've ever seen, with near identical styles from M&S and John Lewis costing upwards of £40, while more mid-range brands, such as Whistles and Nobody's Child, can cost up to £150.
It may be budget-friendly, but this Tu Clothing gem doesn't compromise on style. With front pocket detailing and a flattering belt, it ticks all the boxes for the perfect denim dress. With its year-round versatility and effortless style for any occasion, this wardrobe staple is set to sell out fast, so don't miss your chance to make it yours.
Honestly, there's little not to love about this classic denim dress – it looks far more expensive than it is, thanks to design details like a smart collar, chest pockets, and a waist-cinching belt that elevate the overall look.
The long sleeves make it a great choice for transitioning into autumn, while the midaxi length is ideal if you're someone who prefers not to show too much leg.
The skirt features a slit for easy movement, and there are additional pockets on each side and the back for extra detail and functionality. Plus, it's made from 100% cotton, so you're guaranteed all-day comfort (no rigid denim here), just a flattering fit that feels as good as it looks.
£28 at Tu Clothing Shop all dresses
When it comes to styling, this dress is the perfect effortless throw-on piece that speaks for itself. Simply pair it with pumps or trainers for a laid-back daytime look, or elevate it with heeled boots and a chic bag for the evening.
While this brand-new dress hasn't received any reviews just yet (it literally launched today), I'm confident it'll be a hit – especially since I have tried and tested a very similar denim style from Tu Clothing earlier this year. My version was slightly pricier at £30, and I genuinely rated it for its flattering fit, all-day comfort and unbeatable value.
As with many of Tu Clothing's popular dress launches, this great value denim style is likely to fly off the shelves, so if you're hoping to wear it for seasons to come, don't wait too long to add it to your basket.

The Fortune Hotel's Stephen Mangan reveals filming secrets

The ITV presenter shared behind-the-scenes secrets with Yahoo UK Stephen Mangan has taken Yahoo behind the doors of The Fortune Hotel, his returning ITV game show, which is filmed at the luxury Silversands Grenada resort in the Caribbean. The first series, which aired in May 2024, was a hit with viewers and critics, drawing comparisons with The Traitors, Deal or No Deal and The White Lotus, due to its high-stakes concept and sun-kissed setting. The series sees 22 contestants essentially playing pass the parcel with a briefcase containing £250,000. The pairs of players must find the money and keep hold of it until the end. Speaking to Yahoo UK, Mangan shares all the juicy details from behind the scenes of the second series, including where the contestants sleep, how the casting process works, and how the reality series is filmed. The Fortune Hotel is a real hotel It's not like The Traitors, where the cast secretly stay at an airport hotel instead of the beautiful Scottish castle. The Fortune Hotel guests really do stay at the hotel where it is filmed, including the host too. Mangan said: "We stay there because the hotel is completely taken over, the bar isn't running [as usual], because there are camera crews and cables and cameras and lighting equipment and everything. But yeah, we're staying in a hotel. "I've got a view of the sea from my balcony and [I'm] watching a Caribbean sunset in the evening. You think, well, this, this is a pretty cushy job." There are 11 couples, but only one of them walks away with the £250,000 prize money. "But all of them say it's just one of the most amazing experiences they've ever had," Mangan said. "Because not only do they get to come to the Caribbean and stay in an incredible hotel, but they get to play this great game, where they're on speedboats and doing treasure hunts on beaches and snorkelling and canoeing and going down rapids... So it's like the best holiday ever." How is The Fortune Hotel filmed? Filming happens 24/7 for The Fortune Hotel as the contestants scheme to try and bag the case containing the £250,000 prize money. "There are cameras all around the hotel," Mangan explained. "So everywhere you go, there are cameras. They know that they are being filmed wherever they go." Mangan added: "They've got microphones on because what you don't want is all the action to happen off-camera. You don't want them hiding in a linen cupboard. "So it's very strictly controlled so that they only see each other when they're on camera. They're being watched the whole time." "Hopefully, they're not filming me the whole time." The money is real The prize fund is £250,000, which is being passed around in a case that the contestants are trying to get their hands on. Mangan insisted that the money in the cases is real. He said: "It's not hypothetical; the money's in there. There is money in those cases. It's quite shocking when you open a case up and you see a quarter of a million pounds in cash. It's insane. It's a lot of money." The £250,000 secret Host Mangan appears to have complete knowledge of the game. In reality, the presenter has no idea which contestants have the £250,000. He said: "I deliberately don't want to know because I'm quizzing them in the evening and I'm asking questions, and if they say something, I'm picking them up: Why did you say that? "And I don't want to know who's really got it because I don't want to subconsciously either give them away or help them or anything. Sometimes you have a good idea. On the whole, I don't know." How do you get on The Fortune Hotel? Mangan may be the face of The Fortune Hotel but he doesn't have any "influence" over who is cast in the ITV series. "It's [the casting process is] a massive undertaking. It takes weeks and weeks," he said. "You have to get all the applications in, and you have to meet everyone that you think is interesting. You want to make sure that everybody who's coming on the show is psychologically able to take it because you don't want to put anyone in a position that they're not going to be able to handle. "So that's all taken incredibly seriously. It's a big old process. It takes a long, long time, and you want to get it right and you want to get the blend right. It's a real skill. It's not a skill that I have. There's a whole team of people dedicated to getting that right." How do you win The Fortune Hotel? Mangan said contestants hoping to win the £250,000 prize money need a "whole set of skills". "I think it helps if you're likeable," he said. "You have to appear like you're not going to be too good at the game. In the first series, we had Dan and Claire, and Dan was a barrister; they're both very smart and quite posh, and very confident, and immediately, people thought, 'Oh, they're gonna win, they're gonna be great, ' and you become a target. "So I think it's like being people liking you, people trusting you, but at the same time slipping a bit under the radar. And being a bit cunning, it's fascinating, and it's luck as well. It needs to go your way in those tricky moments." Changes from The Fortune Hotel series one Without too many spoilers, Mangan promised that The Fortune Hotel series two is exciting. He said: "The challenges are bigger, the twists are bigger. The reason these shows work is because of the people who are involved. You want to be watching people who are entertaining, that you can root for or root against. "You have your favourites, you want to have people you love, you want to have people you hoping don't win. What's so great about the second series is that they've got the mix of people is so great." The Fortune Hotel returns to ITV1 and ITVX at 9pm on Wednesday, 6 August, and airs weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Love Is Blind's Emma Willis reveals secret to marriage is 'sticking through the s***'

Emma Willis and Matt Willis reflect on their 17-year marriage with Yahoo UK Love Is Blind UK hosts Emma and Matt Willis say the secret to their 17-year marriage is "sticking through the s***". Together, they are hosting the second series of Love Is Blind — where contestants hope to fall in love without ever having met their partner face-to-face. As one of the most popular couples in UK showbiz, the married presenters are a good fit for the role of the hosts. Emma and Matt, who tied the knot in 2008, confessed that everyone wants to know: What's the secret to their successful marriage? Initially, the couple were stumped for an answer despite having been married for 17 years and raising their three children together: Isabelle, Ace and Trixie. "Do you know what it is? You feel like you're going, well, we have the answers to love!" Matt told Yahoo UK. Expanding on his answer, the Busted star explained, "The thing is, you balls it up on the way [with love]. It's... are you ready to go through the hard times? To go through it, I think. "Because it's not easy being with someone for many, many years, but at the end of the day, do you love that person? And do you like them? And do you want to be with them forever?" Emma said: "Are you willing to stick through the s***?" Then she added: "And so far, we have." Matt agreed: "Absolutely, absolutely." What isn't a secret is how much fun Emma and Matt are having working on Love Is Blind together. They were already hooked on the franchise after watching the fourth series of the American version of Love Is Blind before landing their jobs on the UK version of the show. "We love it, don't we?" Emma said. Playfully, she added to her husband: "You love it." Cheeky Matt pretended to have to say: "I do love it. I love it very much." But he did agree: "I genuinely do, I genuinely do [love it]." Love Is Blind UK casting There are 28 brave singletons putting their hearts on the line for the second series of Love Is Blind UK. And that comes with an element of risk. At first, Matt is sure a legally binding wedding is the "biggest risk" of taking part in the show. Interestingly, in Channel 4's Married At First Sight UK, the weddings are not legally binding. Netflix's Love Is Blind is offering the singletons the chance to get married for real on TV. Matt said that a wedding is "the ultimate declaration of love". "It's like I choose you forever," he said. "There's nothing really out there that does that... It's a massive thing. It's like I choose you above everyone else forever... That's a pretty big thing." Emma identified heartbreak being a risk for those involved. "Heartbreak is the biggest risk, isn't it?" She said. "Because you're going on there wanting what the show can provide, and that is hopefully to find somebody that you can fall in love with and spend the rest of your life with and get married to. It does work, but obviously not in every single case, so I would imagine heartbreak is the biggest [risk]." Matt agreed with his wife: "Yeah, I think so [heartbreak is the biggest risk], because they do put themselves out there — and you have to." Behind the scenes, the presenters revealed the great lengths Netflix bosses go to ensure that everyone on the show is genuinely looking for love. "Obviously, occasionally someone slips through the gaps [who isn't genuinely looking for love]," Matt said. "And everyone's so surprised because they're so rigorous with casting. We know what we want on this show. We want to find people that want to get married. And they so good casting, aren't they? "They really go to town. They really get everything from them. So they know where they are." Emma agreed: "They really want to find people that genuinely wanna do it because if you don't, it's a waste of time for everybody really, cos that's not the objective of the show. "And as we said, it's a legal wedding at the end of it, so you can't really go, 'Oh yeah, I'm gonna go on that show and I'll pretend to fall in love with someone and pretend to get married to them' cos it's not pretend. It's actually real [where they legally get married]!" Cheeky Matt added: "If you want to go on something and you know, and look good in a swimsuit, there are other shows you can go on that are more suited for you." Love Is Blind UK series 2 is available to stream from 13 August.
