As far as butter brands go, Kerrygold is worth its weight in, well, gold. It's quite literally the gold standard in high-quality butter, and while it's slightly more expensive than your casual stick of Land 'O Lakes, it's still reasonably affordable for the average home cook. It's renowned for its golden hue and unmistakably buttery flavor that gets a boost from its higher fat content and nuanced cultured profile. Some even say it has a slightly grassy bouquet due to their use of milk from grass-fed Irish cows.
Being the cream of the crop might seem effortless for the undisputed heavyweight champ of butter, but even icons know that it's important to reinvent themselves. Much like Beyoncé seamlessly transitions from the atmospheric synth-pop beats of house music to the crooning, bleeding heart of country, Kerrygold continues to prove why it's earned its spot at number one on the Butter Hot 100 charts. Not that it needs to be anything more than the reliably delicious spread that it is, but we won't complain about getting a little something extra from our fave now and then. In a move we never saw coming, the beloved butter brand just announced a decidedly sweet new item that's got our imagination running wild with possibilities. If you thought the OG was good, wait until you get a load of the new Cinnamon & Sugar Butter sticks from Kerrygold. We totally understand if you're drooling. That's right, friends. As if it couldn't get any butter (pun intended), the fan-favorite butter brand just announced that you can now find the sweetly nostalgic sticks out in the wild, and yes, we're hyperventilating. The rich and comforting sticks feature the flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar, rounded out by lemon juice and salt for balance. Not only would this be great softened and spread on crusty bread, but it's the ultimate cinnamon shortcut and would be fantastic on top of waffles.
You could even whip it up into a luxurious buttercream frosting, but we won't tell if you just take a bite right out of the stick itself. As expected, fans (myself included) were losing their minds in the comments. 'Respectfully, please give it to me,' demanded one fan. 'OMG 😮,' said someone else. And of course, there were plenty of recipe ideas, including everything from 'French toast' and 'biscuits' to 'croissants' and 'snickerdoodle cookies.'
If you're looking to try it out for yourself, the sweet new sticks have been spotted at Target and Whole Foods stores and will likely pop up wherever the brand is sold. While we are forever satisfied with this new innovation from Kerrygold, one fan offered another hit of inspo, saying, 'Now create chocolate butter and we can talk lol.' David Beckham documents his hilarious haircut mishap

David Beckham may be one of the most legendary English football players to ever play the game, but he may need to work on his haircutting skills. Beckham encountered a bit of a hiccup while he trimming his hair, according to a video he posted on his Instagram page Sunday, which resulted in an unfortunately placed bald spot on the top of his head. 'What have you done?' Victoria Beckham, his wife, is heard saying off-camera, to which David Beckham replied, 'it's not funny… the clipper head fell off.' Victoria Beckham, with a laugh, went on to roast her husband, joking about how their kids will have 'hours of content' from this. 'It does not look good,' she said. 'I'm going to always be honest with you. It looks terrible.' In the caption, David Beckham wrote that 'this happened yesterday whilst shaving my head and as you can hear my wife didn't find it funny at all.' Referencing a viral moment stemming from the Netflix documentary 'Beckham,' where the football star interrupts Victoria Beckham's interview telling her to 'be honest,' David Beckham quipped in his caption that when it comes to his hair, she doesn't 'always need to BE THAT HONEST.' Perhaps next time Beckham needs a trim, he'll consider visiting a professional hair stylist. Solve the daily Crossword

HR exec in Coldplay cheating scandal married into one of the oldest, wealthiest families in Boston: ‘The Cabots speak only to God'

The HR executive at the center of a viral infidelity scandal married into one of the oldest and wealthiest families in Boston. Kristin Cabot, who is on leave from her job at Astronomer following the embarrassing caught-on-Jumbotron incident last week, appears to be married to Privateer Rum owner Andrew Cabot, according to social media posts. 3 Kristin Cabot was caught on a Jumbotron at a Coldplay concert sharing an embrace with Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, who resigned since the scandal broke. Grace Springer via Storyful The allegedly jilted husband touts his family lineage as the sixth-generation owner of the longstanding rum brand, founded by the 'original' Andrew Cabot. Advertisement The Cabot fortune has transcended generations, and was estimated at $200 million in a 1972 New York Times profile of the family. That's $15.4 billion in 2025. 3 Cabot, who was an HR executive with the company, married into one of Boston's oldest and wealthiest families. LinkedIn/Kristin Cabot It's not clear when Kristin and Andrew got married, but it's at least the second marriage for both. Advertisement Her previous divorced was finalized in 2022. Kristin Cabot's now-deleted LinkedIn account showed that she has served as an 'advisory board member' at Privateer Rum since September 2020. Property records show that they bought a $2.2 million house on the New Hampshire coast earlier this year. The Cabot family is one of the original 'Boston Brahmin' clans that controlled New England for centuries — a club so old, WASPy and distinguished that the Irish-Catholic Kennedys are left out in the cold. Advertisement The family made its fortune in soot, known colloquially in industry circles as 'carbon black,' a key ingredient in car tires, and dates back to New England for 10 generations. But, family members have been behind a slew of businesses across New England — including the rum company. The family patriarch, Samuel Cabot, kick-started the family's fortune by marrying Eliza Perkins, the daughter of wealthy merchant trader. 3 Photos of the her family appearing happy and affectionate were seen plastered all over Kristin Cabot's social media accounts in the wake of the scandal. Maud Cabot/Facebook Advertisement The family is so well known in Boston it's said locally that the 'Cabots speak only to God.' As a local poem goes, ' And this is good old Boston/ The home of the bean and the cod/ Where the Lowells talk only to Cabots/ And the Cabots talk only to God.' The Cabots of yesteryear were seafarers and merchants who partook in the slave and opium trade in the early 19th century. They shared portions of their largesse over the years with New England educational institutions like Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Norwich University and the Perkins School for the blind, according to the profile. Heir Francis Cabot, of New York, once said of his family that over the years they've been 'interested in two things — one is marrying rich women and the other is group singing.'

This Is the Summer of Celebrity It-Bag Revivals

In fashion, what goes around comes around—meaning, if something goes out of style, it is bound to come back in style at some point. In other words: Hang onto those investment pieces, folks! Sure, in a time where there are so many conversations around spring cleaning and decluttering (paging Marie Kondo!), one can easily be ruthless about parting ways with our relics of the past. But if today's trendsetters like Rihanna and Bella Hadid have taught us anything, it's that a little bit of strategic hoarding can come in handy. Because the only thing better than designer, is rare, vintage designer. Case in point: This summer, luxury bags from the 2000s (and even further back) are being revived and given a brand new life. A-listers like Tyla, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Jennifer Lawrence, and Dakota Johnson have all been spotted stepping out and carrying handbags that were once hot. Just this week, Tyla carried a Lous Vuitton x Stephen Sprouse Speedy bag. Y2K, much? The bright, bold graffiti-style bag was all of the rage in the 2000s, yet Tyla made the case for it in 2025 by pairing it with a nonchalant tank and cargo pants. The South African singer is not the only star on the board with reviving a past It-bag. Be it Dakota Johnson and her beloved Gucci Jackie bag (which harks back to the 1960s), to Bella Hadid and her trustee Balenciaga City bag (another 2000s favorite), it's clear that the summer bag approach is the older it is, the better it is. So, start scouring eBay—and try predicting what will be the next past handbag to have a comeback. (Given Céline just revived the 2010s-favorite Phantom bag on the runway, you better start hoarding those secondhand ones—while they are still cheap.) Below, five past It-bags that are having a revival. Louis Vuitton x Stephen Sprouse When Marc Jacobs was at the creative helm of Louis Vuitton, one of his most famous releases was his collaboration handbags with American artist and designer, the late Stephen Sprouse. First released in the spring 2001 collection, Spouse applied neon graffiti-style lettering overtop Vuitton's signature leather monogram print. The splashy bags were heavily coveted and signalled a new era for daring to innovate beyond storied luxury house codes, and were worn by stars like Paris Hilton. Today, Tyla and Rihanna have proven they are still fans of the Y2K style. Photo: Backgrid Photo: Backgrid Chloé Paddington Chloé will forever be known for its romantic, boho-chic aesthetic, and one of its signature bags to date is the Paddington—a slouchy leather shoulder bag, punctuated with a big heavy padlock. The style was first debuted in 2005 while Phoebe Philo was creative director. Given the boho revival is all of the rage in fashion currently, it was only a matter of time before the Paddington had a comeback, too: Stars like Rachel Sennott and Daisy Edgar-Jones have worn the new interpretations, brought back to life thanks to current Chloé designer Chemena Kamali. Fendi Spy Bag I spy, you spy—we all spy the Fendi Spy bag! Originally debuted in 2005, the Italian label released a mini top-handle boho bag that was worn by loads of celebrities at the time—everyone from Sarah Jessica Parker to the Olsen twins. Today, it feels just as fresh, now designed in contemporary shades like butter yellow and rich chocolate brown. Stars like PinkPantheress (a noted handbag lover, toting it on stages from Coachella to Glastonbury) and Aubrey Plaza are diehard fans. Photo: Backgrid Balenciaga City Bag Did the Balenciaga City bag ever go out of style? Debatable, but the enduring fashion favorite—first released in 2001, thanks to Nicolas Ghesquière—is certainly the hottest bag in fashion at the moment. Everyone from Dua Lipa to Tate McRae has worn the edgy, slouchy bag with big silver hardware. It will forever be the perfect on-the-go bag that instantly makes an outfit. Photo: Backgrid Gucci Jackie bag A more retro offering, the Gucci Jackie bag was debuted back in 1961, and was popularized by Jackie Kennedy Onassis (hence the name). More than six decades later, the curved silhouette and golden lock clasp feels fresher than ever—though, the modern styling approaches that stars like Dakota Johnson and Yara Shahidi have taken certainly help make the case for it as a 2025 It bag.
