Emmerdale fans slam 'pathetic' villain amid shock exit
However, as Crowley thought he had the upper hand with a paralysed Kim forced to tell him her bank details, she stabbed him with his own needle and revealed her plan.
Drugged at Home Farm, after terrorising both Kim and Joe, Kim interrogated Crowley before giving him a chilling warning.
She told him: 'If you even try to mess with us again, they'll never find your body. Nothing personal, it's purely business.'
Since Crowley's reappearance in the soap in recent episodes, some fans have taken to Reddit to share their confusion around the villain.
What viewers think of Dr Crowley on Reddit
The Reddit thread entitled 'Does anyone else find Dr Crowley the least intimidating villain ever?' received plenty of replies in agreement.
'He's about as intimidating as a tin of baked beans,' one user wrote.
'Dr Crowley is the kind of guy you'd be happy going to the pub with, having a Sunday dinner and then watching the cricket,' another user added.
Another said: "He's literally pathetic and all of Joe's 'pained expressions' can't save the scenes. Awful story arc."
A fourth added: 'Yes. It's just comical.

'Crowley is like a pantomime villain, difficult to take seriously.'
However, some viewers said that they had found the storyline to be 'intriguing', as one person added: 'He plays the role really well. And waking up on a surgeons table, being threatened to have your insides removed. I mean….'

Emmerdale fans convinced soap has confirmed another death after grave clue
Emmerdale viewers believe there's another shocking death on the cards for the Dingles, after spotting something about a recent graveside scenes after Nate Robinson's funeral Fans of Emmerdale fear an autumn or winter death has been confirmed by a worrying scene on the ITV soap. Just last week we saw Cain Dingle's flashforward scenes from December appear to finally play out. But some inconsistencies within the past and present day scenes left fans convinced a twist was on the cards. In fact, some viewers now believe Cain's flashforward, initially shown in the New Year episodes, has yet to air after all. It was assumed the scene would be the funeral of his tragic son Nate Robinson, who was killed off in a major twist. At the time of the flashforward, filmed last winter, we did not know Nate was dead so fans were left guessing whose funeral it was. Nate's body was found a few months ago and his funeral took place last Thursday on the ITV soap. In the episode we saw Cain at his son's grave, mourning the loss of Nate with Tracy Robinson soon joining Cain. This appeared to be the flashforward finally playing out, looking very similiar. The only thing is there were some differences including Cain's facial expression, the fact he was wearing a big coat in the first clip and not in the latest one, and even the position of the graves and the flowers there were different. Tracy also didn't feature in the first scene. Emmerdale 'lets slip' how killer John gets found out - and it'll happen very soon Now this can all be put down to continuity errors or even the fact that the scenes were filmed in different seasons, and things were being kept secret. The flashforwards would have been filmed around November time, when it was autumn/winter and very cold. This would explain the coat, and the darker sky and the frost on the trees. We didn't know Nate was dead then too, so they would never have included things like the "daddy" flowers. The whole scene wouldn't match identically surely too, as the former scene was filmed specifically for the flashforward countdown before the actual scene aired last week. But some fans are convinced that the differences between the scenes prove there's another death and a funeral on the cards. Wondering if another scene will see Cain mourn later this year, they think there will be another scene of him in a coat mourning someone that isn't Nate. Fans are now speculating Cain's granddaughter Sarah Sugden could sadly pass away amid her recent health battle, while another prediction is the death of Charity Dingle, the mother of Cain's daughter Debbie. Taking to X, one fan said: "I think it's Sarah's," as another said: "I still think Sarah and I think it will be around Christmas time." A third fan posted: "Not Nate's grave, I think it will be Sarah's." A further post read: "I'm becoming more and more convinced it's Charity or Sarah's grave." One fan said: "The grave we saw Cain crying over wasn't Nate's. I wonder who it is I'm dying to know now. Unless he goes back to the grave and cries on his own then." It was the coat that sparked the most concern, with one writing: "He's got a coat on in the flash forward... gonna be a autumn/winter episode." Another agreed: "In the flash forward Cain had a thick coat on when he was stood at the grave like it was cold weather he didn't have a thick coat on at Nate's." The comments kept on coming with a tweet reading: "The two scenes are different seasons so have a feeling it be towards Christmas that we see this as there frost on the flash forward scene. The one we just saw is in summer." Other fans were sure it was Nate's though, putting the differences down to continuity or the time of year of filming.

Coronation Street fans floored over Bernie star's age as she celebrates major birthday
Coronation Street fans have been left in disbelief after discovering the real age of actress Jane Hazlegrove, who plays Bernie Winter on the ITV soap Coronation Street fans were gobsmacked to discover the real age of actress Jane Hazlegrove. Jane burst onto the scene in 2019 as Bernie Winter, the long-lost mother of Gemma (played by Dolly-Rose Campbell) and Paul (portrayed by Peter Ash), quickly becoming a hit with viewers. Bernie has been at the centre of some major plots, including the poignant storyline in 2023 where Paul was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), leading to his tragic death in September 2024 with Bernie at his side. Additionally, Bernie's world was rocked when her long-lost son Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) made an unexpected appearance last year. Her romantic escapades have also been a hot topic, particularly her beloved relationship with Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin). Before joining the cobbles, Jane graced our screens in Silent Witness, The Bill, Doctors, and notably as Kathleen 'Dixie' Dixon on BBC's Casualty from 2006 to 2016, reports Leicestershire Live. However, it's her recent birthday that has left fans astounded. Celebrating her 57th birthday on the 17th of July, a fan posted on a Corrie Facebook group: "Happy 57th birthday wishes to Jane have a fantastic day." The revelation sparked a flurry of compliments from fans, all agreeing that Jane looks absolutely fabulous for her age. Someone else exclaimed: "No way she doesn't look it ." A third surprised fan added: "I thought the same!" In agreement, another commented: "An amazing actress, she looks good for her age doesn't she?". When she's not gracing the soap world, Jane is blissfully in love with her devoted soap star wife Isobel Middleton. The couple exchanged vows in 2015 and have shared over 28 years together. Isobel, an accomplished actress herself, is no stranger to the small screen. She has portrayed three different characters on Emmerdale throughout the years. She appeared as Dr Lane in 2014, played a barrister during Simon McManus' trial in 2018, and in 2020, she took on the role of Jean Rawson. However, Emmerdale isn't the only soap opera where Isobel has made her mark. She featured as Sadie Banks in BBC's EastEnders back in 2002. Not just confined to television, Isobel also had a role in the 2009 blockbuster Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

Credit: ITVX 7 She also couldn't quite get to the bottom of a road related animation Credit: ITVX One of whom was BBC Breakfast anchor Naga Munchetty, 50, who had previously appeared in an edition on ITVX. Although she's best known for her role on the morning show, she also presents a show three times a week on BBC Radio 5 Live. Naga was named the fourth highest-paid woman at the beeb, and despite her high-profile role, she competed on the ITV gameshow. She played against the likes of Mo Gilligan and Joanna Page on Celebrity Catchphrase to raise money for charity. The magazine show presenter ended up reaching the final pyramid round to win money for both her own choice and more for the other competitors' charities. However, she was left "frustrated" when she struggled to answer a number of questions in the sixty second time limit. One of the clips showed the show's Mr Chips character running through a word-shaped cloud that read 'breath'. As he reached the end of the word, the animated character was seen to be panting heavily. Naga exclaimed: "Taking a breather! Taking a breath! Running through breath. Breathless." She added: "Breathe easy, erm... pass," to no avail as she was forced to move onto the next image riddle. Gary Lineker tops BBC best-paid list with Naga Munchetty among biggest earners amid 'bullying' row as salaries revealed After wasting 18 seconds on the question, she had to move onto a different clip on the pyramid. In the end, she did get the second challenge on the level correct as she won £10,000. However, she did not win money for the other charities nor reach the top of the pyramid as Naga missed out on the whopping £50,000 jackpot. As the time ran out, Stephen turned to the competitor for her reaction as he remarked: "You look frustrated." Who are the current presenters of BBC Breakfast? The flagship BBC show has had dozens of presenters during its impressive 40 years on air but the current stars are: Jon Kay - Since 2022 Sally Nugent - Since 2021 Charlie Stayt - Since 2006 Naga Munchetty - Since 2014 Carol Kirkwood - Since 1997 To which Naga furiously replied: "I'm so frustrated. But look, £10,000 for a charity is so important. But I'm so frustrated." As the presenter reminded Naga that she had to pass on the number 11, she added: "I'm so upset about that. Because I really wanted to double Joanna and Mo's money." When the presenter revealed that the answer was of course 'out of breath' she said: "Oh I said breathless but I didn't say out of breath!" In the round she also struggled to answer another riddle which represented the following phrase; 'hit the road.' I'm so frustrated. But look, £10,000 for a charity is so important. But I'm so frustrated Naga Munchetty At the end of the game she seemed completely aghast as she admitted: "I said 'hit the ground running', didn't I?" 7 Stephen Mulhern hosts the show which sees competitor try to guess correct phrases that is represented by a clever animation Credit: ITVX 7 Naga made it to the final round of the hit game show Credit: ITVX 7 The presenter eventually revealed the correct phrase, which was only just out of reach Credit: ITVX 7 The BBC Breakfast star admitted she was 'so upset' to have missed out on more money Celebrity Catchphrase is available to stream now on ITVX.
