Sgt. Bryan Fahey was investigated following a July 11 confrontation with a digital content creator outside Fahey's home while he was off-duty. The investigation was completed on July 24, according to Col. Daniel Loughman. In addition to the unpaid suspension, Fahey also sustained a charge of conduct unbecoming.
