Infinix Xpad GT gaming tablet unveiled with 13" 144Hz display and Snapdragon 888
The Infinix Xpad GT is powered by the Snapdragon 888 – yes, the 5nm chip from the end of 2021 that powered so many flagship phones back in its day. The chip is paired with a large vapor chamber for cooling, 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage.
While the Adreno 660 is no spring chicken, it still promises high frame rate gaming. Infinix claims that the Xpad GT can deliver 144fps on Standoff 2, 120fps on Honor of Kings and Mobile Legends and 90fps on PUBG.
The tablet is equipped with a large 13' display with 144Hz refresh rate. It's a 10-bit panel with HDR10 support, 2,880 x 1,840px resolution and 700 nits peak brightness.
For gaming and streaming, the tablet features 8 speakers and 3D sound with DTS processing. There's no headphone jack, but Infinix has included a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter and a vegan leather protective case in the box.
Free USB-C to 3.5mm adapter and case • Optional keyboard and stylus
There are two accessories that are sold separately – a keyboard with a trackpad and a stylus, so you can use this for work too, not just play.
The GT slate has a slender metal body that measures 6.5mm thick and houses a 10,000mAh battery. That battery supports 33W charging. There is a 13MP camera on the back and a 9MP camera on the front.
The Infinix Xpad GT is available for pre-order in Malaysia from Lazada. The single 8/256GB Stellar Grey model is priced MYR 1,700 ($400/€355/₹34,150). It will start shipping in 14 days and as a pre-order perk, you get the keyboard and stylus for free

Infinix Hot 60i 5G arrives with the Dimensity 6400 SoC and 6,000 mAh battery
Sagar, 16 August 2025 Infinix launched the Hot 60i 4G in July, and as promised, the brand today introduced the 5G model. The Infinix Hot 60i 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6400 SoC, runs Android 15-based XOS 15.1, and has 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage onboard, which is expandable by up to 2TB via a microSD card. The Infinix Hot 60i 5G features a 6.75" 120Hz HD+ LCD on the front with 670 nits of peak brightness; however, it has a notch for the selfie camera instead of the punch hole we have on the Hot 60i 4G's screen. The selfie camera's resolution has also been downgraded from 8MP to 5MP. Around the back is a dual camera setup, headlined by a 50MP camera. Infinix didn't mention what the second camera does, but it's probably an auxiliary unit. The Infinix Hot 60i 5G is fueled by a 6,000 mAh battery, which is 840 mAh larger than what its 4G counterpart comes with. The charging speed is significantly reduced from 45W to 18W, though. But for what it's worth, you get 10W of reverse wired charging. The rest of the Infinix Hot 60i 5G's highlights include Infinix AI, a dedicated microSD card slot, an IP64 rating, an IR blaster, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Infinix Hot 60i 5G's color options The Infinix Hot 60i 5G comes in Shadow Blue, Sleek Black, Monsoon Green, and Plum Red colors. It's priced at INR9,299 ($105/€90) and is already available in India through Infinix's official website. It will also be sold through retail stores and Flipkart starting August 21.
