He scored two stunning goals in the semi-final and netted the third in a 3-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday.
But he has also shown a fiery side and has not been afraid to back up his team-mates.
Pedro, who was hit in the face after the final whistle by PSG boss Luis Enrique, also had a confrontation during the match.
He rushed over to assist Cole Palmer after he was involved in a coming together with Fabian Ruiz.

Palmer wound up his opponent with a spectacular phase of play that saw him fall to the ground before getting up and taking the ball past Ruiz.
He then sprinted to the byline and with nowhere to go he stopped the ball dead before backheeling it through the humiliated midfielder's legs.
Ruiz reacted by shoving Palmer but the England star reacted in kind, before Pedro rushed over to help him out.
Moments later Pedro then used his physicality to shove Ruiz to the floor and then stared him down, and Chelsea fans loved it.

Arsenal stance on jetting Viktor Gyokeres to Asia tour as transfer saga rumbles on

Arsenal remain optimistic they can tie up a deal with Sporting for Viktor Gyokeres in time for the Swede to feature on their pre-season tour of Asia Arsenal will weigh up excusing Viktor Gyokeres from their pre-season tour altogether if a total agreement cannot be struck with Sporting by early next week. ‌ While the two clubs verbally agreed a deal worth an initial £55million plus £8.6m in bonuses last Sunday, there has been a difference of opinion over the makeup of the add-ons involved and the stubborn Portuguese champions are continuing to play hardball. ‌ Should the frustrating delay continue, Arsenal will consider keeping Gyokeres in London - as opposed to flying him solo to Asia - to protect his conditioning ahead of the new Premier League season. ‌ At this stage, they remain relaxed, are committed to finalising negotiations with Sporting and are still prioritising getting Gyokeres on the plane to join up with his new team-mates. The timing of the white smoke will ultimately dictate whether his involvement is feasible - despite a clear desire to get him to the Far East, pronto. Arsenal set off on their 13-hour flight to Singapore on Saturday without Gyokeres, £52m signing Noni Madueke, who has been handed a three-week break by Mikel Arteta following his involvement at the Club World Cup with Chelsea, and fellow impending new arrival Cristhian Mosquera. ‌ The 21-year-old defender completed his medical tests on Wednesday and has already conducted his club media duties but his £16.5m switch from Valencia is still being ratified, though it's hoped he'll be able to travel to Asia soon. Arsenal, who beat Watford in a behind-closed-door friendly at London Colney on Saturday before departing for the Far East, play AC Milan on Wednesday before facing fellow Premier League side Newcastle in Singapore next Sunday. They then head off to Hong Kong for their final match of the Asia tour against rivals Tottenham on July 31. Gyokeres is still awaiting the green light to travel to London for his medical and it's understood the prolific striker remains eager to join up with the Arsenal squad as soon as possible. ‌ However, if negotiations do rumble on deep into next week, Arsenal would be cautious about flying the Swede across the globe for what will essentially be a bit-part role in their tour programme. It's not yet ruled out he could in fact remain in the capital and follow a tailored individual training schedule. ‌ Gyokeres, who has been put through his paces by personal trainer Giannis Katsigiannis in recent weeks, holds a dual citizenship for both Sweden and Hungary and would not require a visa to enter Singapore or Hong Kong - handing the Gunners a degree of flexibility ahead of any final decision. Last summer, Arsenal flew Riccardo Calafiori to New York before he was chauffeured to Philadelphia to join up with the Gunners for their final US tour fixture against Liverpool. Calafiori personally pushed to make it happen and Oleksandr Zinchenko also flew to Orlando in 2022 but this time around, there is significantly more mileage involved - Arsenal will travel a whopping 14,321 in total before landing back in England - and that will be taken into consideration when assessing the best possible approach to assisting Gyokeres' transition following a long-winded saga. ‌ Arsenal host Spanish sides Villarreal (August 6) and Athletic Club (August 9) before their Premier League curtain-raiser at Manchester United on August 17. Talented teenagers Max Dowman and Marli Salmon, both 15, were named in the travelling squad alongside returning centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes. Fabio Vieira has also been given an extended break following his involvement in the Club World Cup.

Atletico Madrid 'join race for Chelsea defender' with 'many clubs' circling - and Blues could DOUBLE their money AGAIN

Atletico Madrid have reportedly put Chelsea defender Renato Veiga on their summer wish list. Los Colchoneros are considering Veiga's merits against other options but will have to be decisive if they want to scoop him up. That's because 'many' clubs are said to have enquired about the 21-year-old, who is valued between £26million and £30m, according to transfer reporter Florian Plettenberg. Veiga joined Chelsea from Basel last summer for £12m but has struggled to break into the first team. That means they could more than double their money on him - something they almost did by selling Noni Madueke to Arsenal in a £52m deal. The Portuguese has made just seven Premier League appearances, mostly being confined to cup outings, and spent the latter half of last season on loan at Juventus. He was a regular starter for Juventus as they qualified for the Champions League and as such there is much interest in him. The young defender has only managed seven Premier League appearances for the Blues However, any suitors will have to fork out a competitive sum because he is contracted until 2031. Whoever signs him will certainly be getting a versatile player - Veiga can play at centre-back, the left side of defence, or in midfield. Wolves and Bournemouth were interested in him in January - and both could do with a centre-back - but Juventus won a scramble which also included Napoli and Stuttgart. It has been Chelsea's custom in the BlueCo era to sign and sell players with joyful abandon and this transfer window is proving no different. They have already forked out upwards of £210m on Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Liam Delap, Estevao Willian, Dario Essugo, Mamadou Sarr, and Kendry Paez. A lavish spend, but they have recouped almost half that sum by selling Madueke, Djordje Petrovic, Bashir Humphreys, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marcus Bettinelli, and Mathis Amougou, while they have let go of Lucas Bergstrom on a free. You'd be forgiven if you weren't so familiar with some of those. Chelsea's website lists 33 first-team players. Amougou only joined in February from Saint-Etienne on an eight-year deal but he has already been sold after two appearances to Strasbourg, who are also owned by BlueCo. Goalkeeper Bergstrom, meanwhile, never managed an appearance across three years with the club while academy graduate Humphreys has signed for Burnley after loans with Paderborn, Swansea City, and the Clarets.

Ruben Amorim sends clear transfer message to Man Utd chiefs after Leeds draw

Ruben Amorim sent a clear transfer message to Manchester United's hierarchy following the drab pre-season friendly against Leeds United. The Red Devils began their summer preparations on Saturday in Stockholm against their old rivals, in a match that left a lot to be desired. The game ended goalless with both sides lacking cutting edge in the final-third but there were some positives for United, with summer arrivals Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon looking lively. Those two are United's only major signings so far this transfer window, though Bryan Mbeumo will be joining from Brentford shortly in a deal worth £71million. However, it is clear more additions are needed if the club want to get back on track and after the friendly, Amorim highlighted a key area of the pitch that needs improving: Wake up to find news on your club in your inbox every morning with Metro's Football Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your team in the link so we can send you football news tailored to you. 'It was a pre-season game. The gaps between our sectors was sometimes too big,' the Portuguese head coach said. 'We have a lack of pace, especially in the middle of the park and you can feel it is hard to win and bring the ball. But we created chances.' Veteran Casemiro and youngster Toby Collyer started in midfield together, though captain Bruno Fernandes often dropped deep, allowing the latter to push higher up the pitch. Amorim changed his entire team for the second-half, with Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo in central midfield, supported by Mason Mount. None of them were able to really impose themselves on the pitch however, with possession split 50/50 over the course of the 90 minutes. United's focus this summer has been on attacking signings, but Amorim's comments were more than an obvious hint that midfield reinforcements are what he wants next. More Trending The club have been linked with a few players in this position, including Lyon's Corentin Tolisso, Valencia's Javi Guerra and PSG ace Fabian Ruiz. Amorim was otherwise pretty positive on his team's performance despite the result and believes the best is yet to come for his £62m purchase from Wolves: 'I think Matheus Cunha showed what we need. That he is a player when he receives the ball between the lines can be really aggressive in the direction of the opponents. 'We watched that during last season in a different team so we expect the same thing. Of course you can see the connection between him and Bruno is still not there but it's going to be a good connection.' For more stories like this, check our sport page.
