Dance influencer Sandip Brahamin accuses Remo D'Souza of copying his signature step in Housefull 5's song Laal Pari. Says: 'No mention, no credit at all.'
While Laal Pari from Housefull 5 continues to dominate social media with its infectious beats and star-studded visuals, a controversy is now brewing around its choreography. Popular content creator Sandip Brahamin has publicly accused choreographer Remo D'Souza of copying one of his signature dance moves without credit.
Sandip took to his official Instagram account recently to share a video comparing a step from Laal Pari — where lead actors wearing hats are seen shaking their heads — with a move he claims he popularized through his own content. Backing his claim with old footage of himself performing the same step, Sandip expressed disappointment over no

'You all have seen my signature moves. My move has been copied in the Housefull 5 song Laal Pari. Many of my friends DMed me after watching the video. I checked again on Instagram and YouTube — there's no mention, no credit. I don't know what is happening," he said.
Urging his followers to rally behind him, Sandip added, 'I want you guys to share this video as much as possible. I need your support." The video has since been widely circulated across fan pages and influencer circles.
So far, Remo D'Souza and the makers of Housefull 5 have not responded to the allegations.
Despite the controversy, Laal Pari — sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh and Simar Kaur — remains a viral hit, with fans and influencers flooding reels and dance challenges with their versions of the track. The song features a dazzling ensemble including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Soundarya Sharma, and Nargis Fakhri.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 released in theatres on June 6 and has been performing exceptionally well at the box office. With a massive Rs 87 crore collection over its opening weekend, the comedy franchise is well on its way to crossing the Rs 100 crore mark. The film opened with Rs 24 crore, marking the highest opening for the Housefull series so far.
The film also boasts an extensive supporting cast including Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Fardeen Khan, Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Johnny Lever, Chunky Pandey, Nikitin Dheer, Dino Morea, Chitrangda Singh, Akashdeep Sabir, and Ranjeet.
Whether Sandip Brahamin's claims will lead to an official response or acknowledgment remains to be seen, but for now, Laal Pari continues to be the rhythm everyone's dancing to — controversy or not.

Ex-Teammate Narrates Dhoni's Hillarious Jibe: 'So Many Girlfriends In Those Days...'

Last Updated: S Sreesanth shared a humorous story about MS Dhoni, recalling Dhoni joking about girlfriends at each venue and praising Dhoni's belief in his potential. Former India pacer S Sreesanth recently recounted a lighthearted story about the legendary wicketkeeper-batter Mahendra Singh Dhoni from their playing days, showcasing the camaraderie and humour within the Indian cricket team. Sreesanth recalled an incident where Dhoni humorously shouted at him during a match. According to Sreesanth, Dhoni often joked that he would seek a girlfriend at each venue they played. 'There were so many girlfriends in those days that he thought I would catch a girlfriend from every ground," Sreesanth was quoted as saying on Padamjeet Sehrawat's YouTube channel. Beyond the jokes, Sreesanth also reflected on Dhoni's belief in his abilities. He remembered Dhoni once telling him that he had the potential to achieve great success in his career, but admitted he didn't fully realise his own capabilities back then. 'The one captain, the one friend who made me understand that my potential could have taken me high, but you could not understand your own potential," Sreesanth said, acknowledging Dhoni's mentorship. Sreesanth, a key part of India's T20 World Cup 2007 and ODI World Cup 2011 wins under Dhoni, also revisited one of his most iconic on-field moments — his fiery celebration after dismissing Matthew Hayden in the T20 World Cup 2007 semi-final against Australia. With Australia chasing 189, Sreesanth clean bowled the dangerous opener, sending his stump cartwheeling. He then slapped the pitch three times, mimicking a wrestling referee counting down a pinfall. 'Many people do not know why I did that celebration. Matthew Hayden was a big guy, and I had clean bowled him. That is why that celebration was straight out of wrestling, where the referee hits the floor thrice before declaring you out," Sreesanth explained on JioHotstar's 'Cheeky Singles'. How Only Dhoni Could Control Sreesanth? Former India teammate Robin Uthappa also recalled how Dhoni was one of the few who could truly manage Sreesanth's fiery personality. In a match against Australia in Hyderabad, Sreesanth theatrically appealed for a run-out at the non-striker's end. Dhoni immediately rushed down the pitch, pulled him away, and said, 'It was just after the World Cup, and we were playing Australia in Hyderabad. And I think it was either Andrew Symonds who had backed up. And then Sree (Sreesanth) stopped, took the stumps off and goes 'How is that? How is that?' So MS came running from there, pulled him and said 'just go bowl bro'," Uthappa was quoted as saying on the YouTube show 'Wake Up With Sorabh'. 'Someone who actually handled him really well was MS," Uthappa added. view comments First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. "Air Frying": Dubai Student Shows How To Fry An Egg Under Scorching Summer Sun

A Dubai student shared a humorous Instagram video showing him frying an egg on a pan heated by the city's intense summer sun, highlighting temperatures above 45°C. The clip has garnered over 10 million views and widespread online amusement. Globetrotters often dream about travelling to Dubai at least once in their lives. The UAE city is known for its dazzling skyscrapers, luxury resorts, glowing dunes and a delicious culinary spread (think hummus, shawarma, falafels and knafehs). But there's a drawback: come summer and your Dubai dream gets drenched in…well… sweat. With temperatures shooting past 45 degrees Celcisus, the sun can sometimes feel like it's not shining but attacking you. Stepping outside in the hot season can seem like a daredevil move. Now, a Dubai-based student has shared a humorous video on Instagram, capturing the unbearable heat in the city. The video opens to the man holding out a pan in the blazing sun. Reason? To cook fried eggs with natural heat. First, he drizzled some oil into the pan, followed by cracking open an egg and pouring it into the vessel. Surprisingly, the egg starts simmering in the heat (of course, in pretence) before flipping the egg to the other side and garnishing it with some salt. Once done, the person transfers the golden fried egg into a plate to 'enjoy' it. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Max Max (@dubaistudent_life) The text in the clip read, 'How we cook our eggs in Dubai'. The caption said, 'How to cook in summer - Dubai.' The internet had a gala fun time watching the fun video and reacted to the same. 'Does it really get that hot?' wondered a user. 'I was outside yesterday and my eggs cooked too,' chimed in another playfully. This individual wanted to know, 'So that metal that your hand was resting on… was not hot to touch?' 'How you like your eggs – fried or fertilized?' read a hilarious comment. 'Hahaha can you even breathe in that heat? How are you even standing out there to hold the pan?' asked someone else, both in jest and concern. 'Is that considered air frying?' questioned one person sarcastically. 'Be careful. You're in Dubai, if that pan falls and hits someone in the head, you're going to jail for the rest of your life for killing someone with a pan for views and likes,' noted another user.
