How Pete Davidson Feels Amid Elsie Hewitt Pregnancy

Buzz Feed2 days ago
Yesterday, you may have heard that Pete Davidson is expecting his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.
TMZ was first to report the news, which was later confirmed by the model herself in an Instagram post captioned, "Welp now everyone knows we had sex." The two were first publicly linked together in March and have been reportedly living together in NYC.
Following the news, a number of sources spoke to People about how the expectant parents are doing. One insider told the publication, "They're both very nurturing people and are very, very happy together and to be starting a family."
"They've been sharing privately with loved ones, and it's a really sweet time after everything Pete has overcome. He's so excited. He's always wanted to be a dad," they continued.
Another source echoed that the couple is "happy" and "cannot wait to welcome their baby." They further said of Pete, "He's more intentional about who he lets into his life now, and with Elsie, it was never about headlines or the spotlight, and that's exactly what he needs."
This echoes what Pete said in 2022: 'My favorite thing ever, which I have yet to achieve is, I wanna have a kid. That's, like, my dream." Calling himself 'so excited for that chapter," he continued, 'That's kind of what I'm just preparing for now, is just trying to be as good as a dude and develop and get better so when that happens it's just easier."
All the best to 'em!

Travis Kelce Posted a Rare Reply to a Taylor Swift Comment That Went Viral

THE RUNDOWN On Thursday, Travis Kelce posted a rare reply to an online comment about his girlfriend, Taylor Swift. The NFL star was apparently watching musical artist Jelly Roll on ESPN's The Pat McAfee Show, where the singer was shouting out his own favorite artists. He suggested Morgan Wallen and Post Malone, before thinking of Swift. But then he couldn't stop gushing. 'She's the GOAT!' Jelly Roll insisted. 'I will fistfight anybody who says otherwise. Travis, don't even worry I got this one. You know what I mean? She's the GOAT.' Kelce commented on McAfee's Instagram post of the moment, writing, 'my dawg is the realest!!' adding some laughing and high-five emojis for emphasis. The comment has already garnered over 3,000 likes as fans seem to agree. Swift and Kelce have been enjoying some downtime together ahead of training camp for his team, the Kansas City Chiefs. The football player had a spring and summer break following the team's loss at the Super Bowl in February. Swift wrapped up her Eras Tour in December. The couple has been spotted in New York City, Florida, and Tennessee during the last few months. A source told People in April, 'They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it. They are making the most of their time off together. They are hanging out with friends, too. It's a special time for them.' The source added that the couple is 'very serious and in sync.' 'They value the same things,' the source said. 'Right now, the focus is very much on private time out of the spotlight.'

Jennifer Love Hewitt says she hasn't spoken to Sarah Michelle Gellar since she was 18

Jennifer Love Hewitt claims that she hasn't talked to her former costar Sarah Michelle Gellar in decades, as she dismissed feud rumors between the duo. The "I Know What You Did Last Summer" star, 46, told Vulture in a story published July 18 that she hasn't spoken to Gellar, 48, since the pair starred in the 1997 film of the same name. Feud rumors were sparked when eagle-eyed fans noticed that Gellar excluded Hewitt from an Instagram Story about the film, but the latter said that "I honestly don't even know what that was or how that all came to be." "I haven't seen Sarah," Hewitt told Vulture. "Literally, we've not talked since I saw her at 18 years old when the first movie came out. That's why it's so funny to me. People were like, 'Say something back.' And I'm like, 'What am I going to say? I've not seen her.' On my side, we're good. I have no idea where this is coming from." 'I Know What You Did Last Summer': Why Jennifer Love Hewitt was a 'nervous wreck' 'I just think people don't want the narrative to be easy. Why do we always have to be against each other and out for each other?" Hewitt said, telling the interviewer "I hope so" when it was suggested they may see each other at the film premiere. The Vulture interview purportedly took place before the "IKWYDLS" premiere on July 14 in Los Angeles. For her part, Gellar previously dismissed the idea that a rift existed, writing "for everyone asking" in an Instagram comment that "I never got to see @jenniferlovehewitt who is fantastic in the movie. I was inside with my kids when the big carpet happened. And unfortunately JLH didn't come to the after party." In the 2025 version (released in theaters July 18), Gellar's husband Freddie Prinze Jr. stars opposite Hewitt, and the plot advances nearly 30 years after murders wreaked havoc on the small North Carolina town, as the pair reprise their roles. Gellar and Prinze, who met while filming the 1997 movie, and Hewitt all became teen idols after the success of the original. In the new film, new victims (played by Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Jonah Hauer-King, Tyriq Withers and Sarah Pidgeon) are also targeted by a mysterious stalker and seek help from Prinze and Hewitt's characters.
