Travis Kelce
is pulling a rug on his biggest venture, unnoticed, unwarned, to keep fans why-guessing. The New Heights podcast hiatus is for good. Yes, you heard it right. Quit finding solace in hope.
Travis and his brother, Jason, are not going to make a comeback with your favorite talk show, at least not anytime soon. After trying their hands on the
NFL
field, the Kelce brothers didn't look back; it would be better to say, they didn't have to. Shortly after launching New Heights back in 2022, they received unbridled love from the listeners, making the show one of the most trending among Gen-Z football freaks. But it's time for a wrap, full and final.
The Kelce brothers took a tough call on their passion project
On the July 9th edition, the former Philadelphia Eagles center echoed his brother, who threw the bombshell, informing their 2.5 million family that they are going to stop airing the show soon. Currently, some special pre-taped episodes with some celebrities are still in the works, which will keep fans full up to July 23.
But what's after? '
We have come to the end of the road,' J
ason kept it plain and straight without jumping into much explanation.

While Travis might move on to his Kansas City Chiefs training camp real soon, some folks will wait silently for a fourth-season comeback that's not even promised.
The podcast not only grants access to the life of the league and its people, but it also significantly impacts their brotherly bond. ''
Travis and I have been close for a long time. Now with the [New Heights] podcast, we talk to each other more than we ever have,"
said Jason, following the American Century Golf Championship celebrity tournament at The Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Nevada. Regardless, the duo will continue to pull each other's leg over the dinner table, just that there will be no camera to film that. Grim reality!

LeBron James cosigns Tyler, the Creator's surprise album Don't Tap the Glass in an unexpected move

LeBron James co-signed Tyler, the Creator's album (Image via Getty Images) During his performance at the Barclays Centre, Tyler, the Creator shocked his audience by revealing his latest studio album, Don't Tap the Glass. He later uploaded the same on his Instagram. Meanwhile, the NBA legend LeBron James later posted the same on his Instagram Story. Additionally, he also co-signed the brand-new record, Don't Tap the Glass, last week. LeBron James surprises fans by backing Tyler, the Creator's latest release on Instagram Don't Tap the Glass, Tyler, the Creator's ninth studio album, will be released on Monday, July 21, 2025. He made the revelation during a recent show. The crowd was ecstatic when he casually revealed the album title at his Brooklyn gig on Friday. He uploaded the same on his Instagram with the caption: 'TOMORROW… 6am EST… DONT TAP THE GLASS..' The post was later shared by NBA legend LeBron James on his Instagram Story. He recently co-signed the new album Don't Tap the Glass, demonstrating his respect for the creator. As soon as the post was uploaded, it swiftly went viral. Although the two legends have acknowledged one another before, this serves as a stark reminder of how their influence transcends all sectors. The singer, however, has a clear philosophy that explains why he favors early-week releases. As per Complex, he explained his point of view in an interview with Nardwuar in 2023. He claimed: 'I think we should put music out again on Tuesdays instead of Fridays, for some reasons.. My reasoning is, I know people think because of the weekend, they can listen to stuff, and the streams go up. And the streaming people are like, 'Oh, the streams go up on the weekend!' But I think it's a lot of passive listening, at parties or people get the time to go to the gym, so they're not really listening.' LeBron James is an NBA icon (Image via Getty Images) He added: 'To work on an album for so long and put so much energy into it and for it to be released at midnight…just seems so disrespectful.' This evolving relationship between LeBron James and Tyler, the Creator, showcases how artists and athletes amplify each other's cultural influence. Whether or not they have official collaborations planned, the singer's presence in the NBA icon's orbit speaks volumes. Chandra Barot, original ‘Don' director, passes away at 86

Mumbai: Film director Chandra Barot , best known for the blockbuster classic, Don (1978), which prompted multiple remakes in southern languages and spawned a series of sequels decades later, passed away due to medical complications at Guru Nanak Hospital in Bandra (east) on Sunday. He was 86. "My husband was suffering from pulmonary fibrosis for the past seven years. He died due to a cardiac arrest at 6.30 am,'' his wife Deepa Barot told TOI. Barot also directed the Bengali superhit, 'Ashrita' (1990), starring Mithu Mukherjee. Barot's family lived in Tanzania, but was forced to come back to India following racial conflicts in the East African country in the 1960s. His sister, Kamal Barot, was a playback singer in Bollywood. He assisted Bollywood biggie Manoj Kumar in films such as 'Purab Aur Pachhim', 'Shor' and 'Roti Kapada Aur Makaan'. The making of the original 'Don' is a legendary Bollywood tale. Barot's cinematographer-producer friend, Nariman Irani, was reeling under a debt of nearly Rs 12 lakh after his first film as producer, 'Zindagi Zindagi', had flopped. Barot offered to help. He was friendly with Amitabh Bachchan and Zeenat Aman having worked with them in 'Roti Kapada Aur Makaan'. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like American Investor Warren Buffett Recommends: 5 Books For Turning Your Life Around Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo They all decided to work in 'Don' to help Irani. Tragically, Irani passed away in 1977, before Don could hit the screen. Amitabh Bachchan, who won the Best Actor Filmfare award, dedicated the award to Irani and his wife. In the 1970s, 'Don' was an unusual title for Hindi films. Barot's mentor, Manoj Kumar, had asked him with a quizzical tone if he was making some film called ``Down''! Barot explained that it was a Spanish word `Don' which actually meant `gentleman'. Kumar understood and suggested that the pacy second-half needed a song. The advice led to the birth of the chartbuster, 'Khai ke paan Benaraswala.' Don, which celebrated platinum jubilee, was remade in Tamil as Billa (1980) with Rajinikanth as hero. A year earlier, NT Rama Rao was the lead in Yugandhar, the film's Telugu version. In Malayalam, the film was remade as Shobharaj (1986) with Mohan Lal in lead. Later director Farhan Akhtar reinterpreted the movie in Don: The Chase Begins Again (2006) and Don 2: The Chase Continues. Several Bollywood personalities such as Farhan and Kunal Kohli mourned his passing on social media. "Saddened to learn that the director of the OG Don is no more. RIP Chandra Barot-ji. Deepest condolences to the family,'' posted Farhan. On a rainy Sunday, Barot's last rites were carried out at the Kherwadi based Hindu crematorium in Bandra (east). It was a low-key affair attended by his family members and some relatives. As the final rites took place, one could not help but recall a Barot remark he made years ago: "I will be remembered as the man who made Don".
