The last Kaiju No. 8 chapter began with Kafka Hibino standing before the exposed core of the Meireki Era Mega Monster, empowered by Kikoru and Mina's combined efforts. As the monster begins to regenerate, Kafka calls on the spirits of the Meireki samurai, asking for their rage to fuel his punch. A quick flashback montage depicts his journey and promise to Mina. RM1.5M Marijuana Seized at Penang Airport, More in Parcels

BUTTERWORTH: The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) found 29 packets of marijuana leaves, believed to be worth RM1.5 million, in a piece of luggage at the Penang International Airport (LTAPP) last March 4. State Customs director Rohaizad Ali said the luggage, which did not have any identification, was found at Baggage Carousel A at the airport. 'A check of the luggage found 29 transparent packets containing dried plants suspected of being marijuana flowers, estimated to weigh 16,210 grams with a market value of RM1.5 million,' he told a press conference here today. In another case on April 16, Rohaizad said four packages of dried plants suspected of being marijuana flowers, weighing 2,236 grams worth RM219,128, were found by Customs officers during checks on parcels at Pos Malaysia Berhad's Courier Mail Post (PMK). The parcel containing the dried plants was declared to contain nine units of 'Comic Books', which had been exported to the United Kingdom (UK) and returned to Malaysia with the status of 'Returned Parcel', he said. He said investigations, under Section 39B (1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, were still in progress.

State Customs director Rohaizad Ali said in the first case, Customs officers from the PIA passenger inspection branch, at 11.35am on March 4, discovered an unclaimed luggage on Carousel A containing 29 transparent packages of dried plant material suspected to be ganja. "The luggage had arrived on an international flight from China and bore no identifying information," he said at a press conference here today. "The seized items weighed an estimated 16,210g, with a street value of about RM1.59 million. "We believe the drugs were smuggled into the country as checked-in personal luggage." He said the case is still under investigation. RM1.8mil in ganja buds seized in Penang

BUTTERWORTH: The Customs Department seized more than 18kg of ganja buds worth some RM1.8mil in separate operations in Penang. Its state director Rohaizad Ali said in an operation on April 16, a team from the Customs Narcotic Unit conducted checks on parcels at the Mail Courier Centre of Pos Malaysia in Batu Kawan around 1pm. "An inspection, with the assistance of a narcotics detection dog, led to the discovery of four packages containing dried plant material believed to be ganja buds," he told a press conference at the Bagan Jermal Enforcement Storage Facility on Thursday. He said the seized drugs weighed slightly over 2.2kg and were valued at RM219,128. The parcels had been declared as containing nine units of "comic book" and were exported to the United Kingdom before being returned with the status of a "returned parcel", he added. He said investigations are ongoing to identify the owner of the parcels. In another operation at Penang International Airport around 11.35am on March 4, a team of officers discovered a piece of suspicious baggage at the baggage carousel. Rohaizad said checks found that the unclaimed baggage contained 29 transparent packs of dried plant believed to be ganja buds. The drugs weighing about 16.2kg and worth some RM1.5mil, he said. He said further investigations found the baggage had arrived from China. He said Customs believe the drugs were smuggled through a private baggage that had been checked in before departure. He said both cases are being investigated under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act, which carries the death penalty or life imprisonment with not less than 12 strokes of the cane upon conviction. He urged members of the public with information on smuggling activities involving cigarettes, liquor, firecrackers, drugs or vehicles to contact the Customs Toll Free Line at 1-800-88-8855 or reach out to any nearby customs office.

At $3,500, Would You Race To Buy This 1975 Fiat 128?

While it has a salvage title, today's Nice Price or No Dice Fiat has been stripped down and fitted exclusively for track duty. Let's determine if its price tag earns it the checkered flag or a DNF. The seller of this Alitalia-liveried 1975 Fiat 128 two-door, states that, but for the lack of a driver, it would already be out on the track. With that in mind, let's see a show of hands; who among us is ready to grab our Nomex, don a balaclava and helmet, and be that driver? Fiat's 1970s econobox is probably mostly forgotten by most who lived during the era, and is perhaps utterly unknown to those too young to have experienced disco firsthand. That's an unfortunate legacy as the 128 really is a watershed car, notable for introducing the now-ubiquitous transverse, end-on gearbox FWD drivetrain to the mass market. While it was initially only offered in two- and four-door form, the 128's tight suspension and quick steering also laid the groundwork for all hot hatches to come. That all makes it a solid choice for a racer, the specific purpose this car has already been tarted out to fulfill. It may be too expensive for LeMons, but this is a perfect candidate for VARA, SCCA, or local Gymkhana events. The changes are thorough, including a stripped interior, full roll cage, secured windscreen and rear window, and a single racing bucket and five-point harness for the lucky pilot. Read more: Feds Can Film Your Front Porch For 68 Days Without A Warrant, Says Court On the outside, the car looks the part of a boy (or girl) racer, festooned with era-appropriate decals and sporting aero aids on the roof and boot lid. Other updates include a fuel cell and fire suppression system. Completing the picture, it wears vintage alloy wheels fitted with Hoosier Racing meats. Under the hood, it gets a 1500 cc SOHC four and five-speed stick from a later X1/9, made possible by the ingenious versatility of the 128's drivetrain that it can be used in FWD or mid-engine RWD configurations with few modifications. The engine is monitored through a quartet of aftermarket gauges mounted to a cross member of the roll cage and limited to fuel, oil pressure, water temperature, and engine revs. Based on the shot of the driver's office, some cleanup of the car's wiring will likely be necessary. Based on the replaced engine, racing kit, and salvage title, it's safe to say that this little Fiat's days of dicing it up in commuter traffic are long in the past. Its focus is now solely on the track, and the seller says it will come with a tow bar, making getting to that track a lot easier, should a suitable tow vehicle be available. It also will come with what the seller says is a "well stocked tool box and a good assortment of track gear," so adding the aforementioned driver might make this a turn-key endeavor. This is a rare and somewhat unique opportunity to pick up a fun if admittedly, one-trick pony racing car. With a $3,500 asking price (including all the extra stuff), that makes it a cheap-seats option to do so as well. But is it cheap enough? Adding to the intrigue, the present owner states in the ad that, in lieu of cash, they are willing to entertain a trade for either a Chrysler Sebring or BMW 325 convertible, two very different classes of car and typically very rachet at this price point. Lacking either of those, even in our hypothetical decision-making, we'll stick to the potential of making it rain at the seller's set price point of $3,500. What's your take on this Fiat racer at that asking? Does that feel like a deal to get some track time in without breaking the bank? Or does that price already have this 128 starting from the back of the pack? You decide! Los Angeles, California, Craigslist, or go here if the ad disappears. Help me out with NPOND.
