The Windsor Police Service has arrested a teen in connection to a 'violent assault' that left a victim unconscious. On June 20 around 9 p.m., police were called for a report of a hurt person at Riverfront Festival Plaza. When they arrived on scene, they found a 16-year-old boy that was unconscious. The victim woke up on scene and received treatment from EMS for non-life-threatening injuries.
