Former Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo and his long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez have confirmed they are engaged after almost a decade together. Georgina Rodriguez has confirmed she is engaged to football legend Cristiano Ronaldo with a social media post. The couple have been together for almost ten years after instantly falling for one another. The pair share two kids together with Rodriguez stepping in as a stepmother to the footballer's three other kids. Over the years, there has been a lot of speculation about when they were going to officially tie the knot but Ronaldo, 40, has finally popped the question. Argentinian born Rodriguez had posted images of a ring in the past but neither of them had confirmed a proposal had taken place. Ronaldo, who celebrated his 40th birthday earlier this year, previously confessed that he had not asked because the timing wasn't 'quite right'. He said: "I always tell her: 'When we get that click.
