Buy Mercedes-Benz CLA Price, PPC or HP
AMG Line Premium is another £2,395 up from the AMG Line at £51,770, but comes with pretty much everything. And they all get the MB-OS and AI helper, plus the same 11kW on-board AC charging ability, 320kW DC rapid charging that 85kWh battery (until the smaller one arrives). In the UK, we get the 250+ from £45,615 for the base Sport, with the AMG Line (different wheels, bodystyling etc) running in at £49,375. So £3,760 more than the Sport. It's worth noting that the Sport is actually priced fairly aggressively in the market for the range/ability; Merc's smallest EV actually making the best case for itself. Colours are pretty standard, two blacks (metallic and non), a grey and white, though the CLA actually looks best in the two brightest; the light sapphire blue and Patagonia red. Later on we'll get the 350+ 4Matic as well as the estate and hybrid versions, and you can option a variety of interior colours and wheels separately – although all wheels are aerodynamically optimised for their design and size. Other stuff worth mentioning? Well, you get a Merc smartphone app, and CLAs come with which aggregates all relevant chargers for most efficient route-mapping, working with the on-board AI to do stuff like precondition the battery for fastest-possible charging. You can even tell it what percentage of the battery you wish to arrive at your destination with, which is handier than you think.

2025 Mercedes-Benz GLA250e: Brand's cheapest PHEV priced for Australia
The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLA250e plug-in hybrid (PHEV) has been launched in Australia as brand's smallest, most affordable PHEV offering locally. Online order books opened today, July 17, 2025, with the GLA250e 'with EQ hybrid technology' – as the automaker refers to it – priced from $78,000 including metallic paint, before on-road costs. That sees the GLA250e undercut the Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV by $500 but sit a little over $10k above the Cupra Formentor VZe PHEV's $64,990 (before on-roads) showroom sticker. It also gives the German brand a smaller, more affordable SUV in local showrooms to battle a potential PHEV version of the new 2026 Audi Q3, which is due here mid-next year. Hundreds of new car deals are available through CarExpert right now. Get the experts on your side and score a great deal. Browse now. A new-generation GLA is also expected to be launched overseas next year ahead of an Australian on-sale in 2027. The current GLA is the brand's second most-popular model here, behind only the larger GLC SUV. For now, the GLA250e arrives at $2500 less than the more powerful 165kW/350Nm petrol-powered GLA250 but is priced significantly higher than the $63,600 entry-level GLA200 it shares its petrol engine with. For the extra ask, the GLA250e takes the 1.3-litre petrol four-cylinder – with the same 120kW/270Nm – from the GLA200 and adds an extra gear, with an electric motor build into the eight-speed automatic transmission for a combined 160kW/450Nm. An 11.5kWh lithium-ion battery provides up to 65km (WLTP) of electric-only driving range, with charging speeds of up to 11kW from the standard 3.7kW AC charger. Two charge cables are included as standard. Mercedes-Benz Australia hasn't included fuel consumption figures with its announcement, with the non-hybrid GLA200 offering a claimed 7.4L/100km combined figure. In Germany, Mercedes-Benz claims a figure of 2.9L/100km for the GLA250e under WLTP testing. Standard equipment on the GLA250e includes: 18-inch alloy wheels 'Progressive Line' exterior styling LED headlights with adaptive high-beam Metallic paint Panoramic sunroof Power tailgate Heat-insulating dark-tinted glass Rain-sensing wipers Proximity entry with push-button start Black Artico leatherette upholstery 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system Satellite navigation Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Heated, power-adjustable front seats with memory Semi-autonomous parking assist Automatic climate control with rear air vents Wireless phone charger Adaptive cruise control Blind-spot monitoring Lane-keep assist Safe exit warning Surround-view camera There are a couple of option packages available on the GLA250e. The AMG Line package costs $2500 and adds: Lowered 'comfort' suspension Sports braking system Nappa leather-wrapped sports steering wheel Galvanised shift paddles Upgraded air-conditioning The Plus package costs $3847 and adds all the features from the AMG Line package, plus: Burmester sound system Head-up display Multibeam LED headlights Augmented reality satellite navigation Illuminated door sills Active Steering Assist Mercedes-Benz Australia had been moving away from mainstream PHEVs over the past few years, axing the A250e and launching new generations of the C-Class and GLC without replacements for their C300e and GLC300e PHEVs. Instead, the brand reserved PHEV powertrains for high-performance models like the Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance. However, this year it introduced the C350e, heralding a return to 'regular' PHEVs.

Mercedes-Benz GLB seven-seat SUV discontinued in India: Here's why
Mercedes-Benz India launched the GLB seven-seat SUV back in December 2022. And now, the company has discontinued the model in the Indian market. The GLB was Mercedes' entry-level 7-seat SUV. It was christened as baby GLS with squared‑off styling. However, it fell short of matching its market impact. The company hasn't revealed the reason to discontinue the model, though underwhelming sales figures are believed to have played a major role. The GLB made its way to India via the CBU route and was offered in three variants namely, 200, 220d and 220d 4 Matic priced between Rs 63.80 lakh to Rs 69.80 lakh (ex-showroom). It was offered in both petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine produces 163 hp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque. The 2.0-litre diesel engine comes in two variants, one of them being the AMG Line. This produces 190 bhp of power and 400 Nm of torque. Transmission choices included the 7-speed automatic on the petrol and the 8-speed dual-clutch automatic on the diesel. The 2026 Mercedes CLA Makes Its Global Debut with Electric and Gas Options
Suhaib Shasha'a recently visited the Mercedes-Benz design studio in Germany, where he had an exclusive first look at the all-new 2026 Mercedes CLA — the latest model to join the brand's lineup. This third-generation CLA stands out as the most intelligent and technologically advanced vehicle in the current Mercedes-Benz fleet. From inside the heart of Mercedes' design headquarters, Suhaib offered a guided tour of this next-generation vehicle. Designed to set a new standard in innovation and luxury, the 2026 CLA showcases cutting-edge features across every aspect of its build. First introduced in 2013, the CLA has evolved significantly over the years. The latest version marks a major step forward, debuting both fully electric variants and internal combustion options for those who still prefer traditional powertrains. Let's explore what this new generation has to offer. Exterior Design At first glance, the 2026 CLA makes a bold statement with its illuminated front grille, which is adorned with 142 glowing Mercedes-Benz emblems. The front end is further enhanced by sleek headlight units linked by a luminous strip stretching across the fascia. Each headlight also incorporates the signature Mercedes star design. The vehicle Suhaib toured included the AMG Line trim — the most refined in the lineup — equipped with 19-inch wheels and a subtle rear spoiler that adds a sporty touch. A panoramic glass roof spans the top of the car, built using advanced material that reduces heat and glare from sunlight. Around the back, the futuristic taillights continue the star motif and are joined by an LED strip that spans the full width of the rear. Among all CLA models to date, this latest version is the most spacious in terms of overall dimensions. It offers a 405-liter rear trunk, and for the electric variants, an additional 101-liter storage compartment in the front. Mechanical Specifications of the 2026 Mercedes CLA • CLA 250+ (Electric, RWD): Powered by a single rear-mounted electric motor generating 272 horsepower, this version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 210 km/h. With fast DC charging, just 10 minutes can provide around 300 km of driving range. A full charge delivers up to 792 km. This variant weighs 1,980 kg. • CLA 350 (Electric, AWD): This dual-motor version features 4Matic all-wheel drive, combining a 270 hp rear motor and a 108 hp front motor for a total output of 354 hp. It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and hits a maximum speed of 210 km/h. Driving range is up to 770 km per charge, and it weighs 2,060 kg. • Internal Combustion Variant: This version is fitted with a visible open front grille and houses a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine paired with a 48-volt mild hybrid system, balancing performance and efficiency. Interior Features Inside, the 2026 CLA debuts the brand-new system, which replaces the familiar MBUX interface. This new operating system enhances voice recognition capabilities and introduces artificial intelligence integration to personalize the user experience. The dashboard layout includes three digital screens: a 10.25-inch driver display, a 14-inch central touchscreen, and a 14-inch passenger display. A smart camera embedded in the center console identifies who's behind the wheel and adjusts the settings accordingly, offering a tailored in-car experience for different drivers. Suhaib also introduced a distinctive variant known as the CLA Edition, which features exclusive color schemes and bespoke interior details, adding another layer of luxury and individuality to the lineup. Mercedes-Benz plans to launch the all-new 2026 CLA in the Arab market at the beginning of 2026, God willing. Photo Gallery
