Abu Dhabi's TAMM app just got a massive award
TAMM, Abu Dhabi's one-stop digital government services platform, just snagged global gold at the WSIS Prizes 2025 – taking home the award for Best E-Government Project.
Held in Geneva and backed by the United Nations, the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) awards spotlight the best and brightest in tech-for-good. And yes, TAMM is officially at the top.
What makes it such a game-changer? The platform, developed by the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) alongside 40+ government entities, has redefined how public services are delivered across the emirate.
We're honoured to share that TAMM has been named the global winner of the E-Government category at the UN's WSIS Prize 2025. This global recognition marks a proud milestone for Abu Dhabi in our journey toward Ai-native, human-first government.

Think AI-powered assistance, over 1,100 services, support in 90+ languages and a user base of 3.3 million – all tied together in one sleek app.
The big winner this year? TAMM's next-gen AI Assistant, launched in late 2024. It's not just resolving queries – it's delivering services via conversation.
So far, it's handled over 700,000 interactions and resolved more than 1.4 million requests, with 95 percent of them sorted by AI alone. That's efficiency, Abu Dhabi-style.
Beyond the tech, TAMM is credited with transforming everything from health and policing to property registration and community services. With real-time AI, hyper-personalised access and end-to-end automation, tasks that once took days now take minutes.
From faster license renewals to smart policing tools and health services, TAMM is helping shape a government that's faster, more intuitive and laser-focused on the needs of its people.
