The platform was created in collaboration with over 40 Abu Dhabi Government entities. Officials reported that TAMM has transformed how people access government services. It offers fast, simple, and AI-powered support for over 3.3 million users. TAMM's AI Assistant, launched in October 2024, was also recognized. It has facilitated more than 700,000 conversations and resolved 1.4 million cases. The assistant connects users to over 1,100 services in more than 90 languages using conversational AI. This achievement further highlights Abu Dhabi's position as a global leader in digital excellence and smart governance. His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of DGE, stated the award reflects a shared commitment to building a fast, smart, and intuitive government. He added that TAMM showcases how innovation and technology can be used with purpose and empathy.
