The film, which was previously scheduled for release on July 25, will now be released on August 1. Owing to the new release date, the film is slated to clash with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri's Dhadak 2 at the box office. Both Son Of Sardaar 2 and Dhadak 2, sequels of successful predecessors, will now release on the same date – August 1.
