Ajman: Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD), visited the department's headquarters to review the proposed building's new concept design, accompanied by His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General of the Department as well as several senior administrative and technical staff members. The visit commenced with a comprehensive presentation by the team developing the new design, which outlined the building's technical and planning components. The proposed structure will feature contemporary designs to support future expansion and foster a flexible work environment catering to the needs of both employees and customers. UAE: After 35 years, daughter living abroad reunites with father in Sharjah

A girl who is not residing in the UAE was reunited with her father after decades of separation, thanks to Sharjah Police. It all started when the girl sent a plea to the emirate's police authority, expressing her desire to reconnect with her father who lives in the UAE. Family circumstances led to over 35 years of separation and a severed relationship between the father and his daughter. Sharjah Police reacted swiftly to the plea, and a task force contacted the girl. No further procedures were requested, and all the documents for the reunion were handled. She was provided with a travel ticket to come to the UAE and meet her father. Specialists in social support were also present at the place of the reunion to guarantee a safe and supportive environment. The initiative "embodies the force's commitment to supporting various segments of society, contributing to the reunification of families, and enhancing their stability," Brigadier General Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of the Department of Community Protection and Prevention was quoted by the police as saying. In a similar touching act of kindness and a reflection of deep-rooted Emirati values, Ajman Police recently helped fulfil the lifelong dream of a Sri Lankan woman by reuniting her with the Emirati family she had served over 40 years ago.

Park Group strengthens UAE presence with Dubai office and first-of-its-kind real estate launch

In a bold move signaling its regional growth ambitions, Park Group has unveiled a new office in the UAE and introduced a landmark project — Ajman Creek Towers into the Dubai market. This dual announcement marks a strategic effort to bridge the real estate ecosystems of Ajman and Dubai while expanding the company's regional footprint. The newly inaugurated Dubai office is set to become a key hub for investor relations, client servicing, and business development. Park Group aims to use this base to deepen partnerships and create a more agile platform for seizing opportunities within the UAE's dynamic property sector. What's capturing headlines, however, is Park Group's exclusive launch of Ajman Creek Towers — the first real estate development from Ajman to debut in Dubai. The project represents more than just premium waterfront residences; it embodies a shift toward regional collaboration, offering investors and homebuyers a taste of luxury living at unmatched value. Starting at Dh750 per square foot, Ajman Creek Towers blends affordability with elegance, offering scenic waterfront views just 30 minutes from Dubai. The development features a flexible six-year payment plan, including 40 months of post-handover payments with the added convenience of 1% monthly installments. This payment structure provides greater ease for buyers and aligns with the growing trend of offering luxurious living options outside the traditional real estate hotspots. Park Group has joined forces with GJ Properties, one of Ajman's most established real estate developers. Known for delivering over 15 successful projects and managing 25 ongoing developments, GJ Properties brings deep local expertise and a strong track record to the collaboration. As the exclusive sales and marketing partner, Park Group will steer the project's positioning in the UAE market. "Ajman Creek Towers is more than a development — it's a symbol of regional unity and opportunity," said Muhammad Saeed Mirza, COO of Park Group. "We're proud to work alongside GJ Properties to bring this unique offering to life." Ali Jaber, CEO of GJ Properties, echoed the sentiment: "Our partnership with Park Group sets the stage for a new real estate narrative in the UAE. We believe this development will unlock tremendous value for investors and redefine urban living in Ajman." As housing demand grows and buyers seek affordable luxury, Ajman Creek Towers could well become a blueprint for future collaborations between smaller and larger emirates. With its competitive pricing, flexible financing, and strategic location, the project is expected to attract significant attention from both domestic and international investors.
