But what was meant to be a fun fan event quickly turned into chaos when the crowd got out of control as soon as the stars arrived at the mall, and what followed was a stampede-like situation. Young girls and women were seen crying, and people at the back struggled to even stand straight as the pressure from the crowd increased. In one video shared by Instantbollywood, a young girl separated from her parents stood sobbing in front of the stage. Jacqueline Fernandez, who noticed the distressed child, stepped in to help. She comforted the crying girl and assured her family she was safe. This small but warm gesture didn't go unnoticed and touched many online.
