Netflix downgraded, Intel initiated: Wall Street's top analyst calls
The most talked about and market moving research calls around Wall Street are now in one place. Here are today's research calls that investors need to know, as compiled by The 5 Upgrades: UBS upgraded Albertsons (ACI) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $27, up from $22. The recent share pullback does not reflect the company's sales opportunity from pharmacy cross-shopping and digital, the firm says. Northcoast upgraded United Natural Foods (UNFI) to Buy from Neutral with a $36 price target. The firm's confidence in the shares is restored post the fiscal Q4 report and management update. Baird upgraded STMicroelectronics (STM) to Outperform from Neutral with a price target of $50, up from $23. The firm increased the second half of 2025 estimates and upgraded the shares citing the ongoing cycle recovery, the company's gross margin expansion, a bottom in silicon carbide revenue, and STM's higher content in upcoming new products. William Blair upgraded Booz Allen (BAH) to Outperform from Market Perform. Solid June quarter results reflect the new administration warming up to Booz Allen's role as a provider of mission-critical AI, cybersecurity, software development, and data analytics services, the firm tells investors in a research note. KeyBanc upgraded Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF) to Overweight from Sector Weight with a $14 price target. The firm sees an improved risk/reward for the shares following the company's Q2 report. Top 5 Downgrades: Phillip Securities downgraded Netflix (NFLX) to Sell from Neutral with an unchanged price target of $950. The firm cites valuation for the downgrade following the recent share rally. Loop Capital downgraded Shopify (SHOP) to Hold from Buy with an unchanged price target of $120. The downgrade is based on valuation and not a more bearish view of the company's fundamentals, the firm tells investors in a research note. JPMorgan downgraded Lululemon (LULU) to Neutral from Overweight with a price target of $224, down from $303. Field work shows that while consumers are responding favorably to Lululemon's new product and fabric innovation, this is being more than offset by customers not responding as well to the updated core-seasonal colors, which represents an estimated 40% of the inventory mix, the firm tells investors in a research note. Compass Point downgraded Circle Internet (CRCL) to Sell from Neutral with a price target of $130, down from $205 after the U.S. stablecoin legislation passed last week. The firm still believes USDC can be an integral part of the financial system, though it is more cautious towards Circle's long-term economics than its $53B valuation implies. Barclays downgraded Sarepta (SRPT) to Equal Weight from Overweight with a price target of $18, down from $32. The firm highlights the "numerous twists and turns" from both the FDA and company in the past few days following the death of a third patient. Top 5 Initiations: Loop Capital initiated coverage of Intel (INTC) with a Hold rating and $25 price target. The firm says TSMC's (TSM) advanced-node manufacturing is better than Intel's, and views TSMC as the "obvious manufacturing partner" to get Intel's products more competitive with AMD (AMD), Nvidia (NVDA) and Arm (ARM). Stephens resumed coverage of Repligen (RGEN) with an Overweight rating and $160 price target. The firm views Repligen as the leader within the bioprocessing industry. TD Cowen initiated coverage of Carnival (CCL) with a Buy rating and $36 price target. The firm views Carnival as an industry leader with an opportunity to boost margins. TD Cowen initiated coverage of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) with a Buy rating and $31 price target. The firm says Norwegian is a premium cruise line trading at an airline valuation multiple. TD Cowen initiated coverage of Royal Caribbean (RCL) with a Buy rating and $405 price target. The firm cites Royal's strong growth and "best-in-class" margins for the Buy rating. Two types of tuna recalled over listeria concerns
Two types of tuna products sold in seven U.S. states have been recalled over listeria fears. Reser's Fine Foods recalled over a dozen tuna salad products due to potential listeria, a bacteria that can make people seriously ill. Listeriosis, an infection caused by listeria, can cause vomiting, diarrhoea, chills and muscle aches. It can lead to serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems, and can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women. Albertsons, Randalls, and Tom Thumb stores in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas are all voluntarily recalling the tuna salad items supplied by Reser's Fine Foods, a U.S. Food and Drug Administration announcement read. Jewel Osco stores in Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa are also recalling the products. Listeria bacteria was found to have possibly contaminated the breadcrumbs, an ingredient used in the tuna salad. Items to be recalled include the following products at Albertsons, Randalls and Tom Thumb stores, AR, LA, OK and TX (name/UPC/sell-by date): RM Duo Tuna Salad w/ Crackers - 27183000000 - July 17-19 RM Salad Tuna Premium SS - 21425000000 - July 17-19 RM Snacker Tray Tuna Salad - 21151300000 - July 17-19 RM Sandwich Tuna Salad Croissant SS Cold - 21788400000 - July 16-18 RM Tuna Salad Over Bed of Lettuce SS - 21786400000 - July 16-18 Salad Tuna Premium- 21228800000 - July 17-19 Tray Croissant Mini Salad 16 in - 27841300000 - July 16-18 Tray Croissant Mini Salad 18 in - 27841200000 - July 16-18 Tray Salad Sandwich 12 in - 27841500000 - July 16-18 Tray Salad Sandwich 16 in - 27841400000 - July 16-18 Products affected at Jewel Osco stores in IL, IN, and IA include (name/UPC/sell-by date): Club Sandwich ES with Salad - 29125900000 - July 16-18 RM Duo Tuna Salad with Cracker S - 27183000000 - July 17-19 RM Quad Tuna Salad - 21500300000 - July 17-19 RM Tuna Salad SS/td - 29486900000 - July 17-19 RM Sandwich Croissant SSTBL Tuna Salad SS - 21372500000 - July 17-19 RM Sandwich Tuna Salad Croissant SS Cold - 21788400000 - July 16-18 Tuna Salad - 21680700000 - July 17-19 FDA officials urged anyone who bought the tuna products 'to use extra vigilance in cleaning and sanitizing any surfaces and containers that may have come in contact with these products to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.' Tuna Salad Products Recall Map Shows States With New Warning
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Albertsons, Randalls and Tom Thumb stores in four states are recalling certain items containing tuna salad supplied by Reser's Fine Foods due to fears of potential Listeria contamination. Newsweek reached out to Albertsons via email Monday night for comment. Why It Matters Listeria monocytogenes is a bacterium capable of causing serious and sometimes fatal infections, especially in pregnant women, older adults, infants, and people with weakened immune systems. Pregnant women are about 10 times more likely to be infected, and those from Hispanic backgrounds face an even higher risk. For these individuals, exposure can result in miscarriage, stillbirth, hospitalization, or death. The FDA describes listeriosis as the third leading cause of death from food poisoning in the United States. Numerous recalls have been initiated in 2025 due to the potential for damaged products, foodborne illness, contamination and undeclared food allergens. Millions of Americans experience food sensitivities or allergies every year. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the nine "major" food allergens in the U.S. are eggs, milk, fish, wheat, soybeans, Crustacean shellfish, sesame, tree nuts and peanuts. What To Know The FDA says in their alert, that there have been no reports of injuries or illnesses related to the recall. "Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider," the FDA says. The alert also lists in a chart the product details for the impacted tuna salad items with corresponding UPC numbers, sizes and sell through dates. Below is a map of the states impacted by the recall, which includes Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. What People Are Saying The FDA in part in the alert: "The FDA recommends in these cases that anyone who purchased or received any recalled products to use extra vigilance in cleaning and sanitizing any surfaces and containers that may have come in contact with these products to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Listeria monocytogenes can survive in refrigerated temperatures and can easily spread to other foods and surfaces." What Happens Next People who have purchased the recalled product are urged to throw the product away or return it to the original place of purchase for a full refund, the FDA says. Those with additional questions may contact Albertsons Companies' Customer Service Center on weekday at 1-877-723-3929 from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PT. Consumers can also find updates and comprehensive advice on minimizing listeria risks at the FDA's food safety page. Those at high risk should consider additional preventative measures, including using refrigerator thermometers, consuming ready-to-eat foods promptly, and avoiding high-risk foods such as unpasteurized cheeses and smoked seafood unless heated.

Albertsons Companies, Inc. (ACI): Jim Cramer Says He Prefers Costco
We recently published . Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) is one of the stocks Jim Cramer recently discussed. Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) is an American food and drug retailer. Its shares are up by 4.9% year-to-date after a sharp 6.8% fall in July. Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE:ACI)'s shares fell after the firm's latest earnings report saw it leave its annual profit outlook unchanged. The results, which saw the firm's Q1 sales of $24.88 billion beat analyst estimates of $24.73 billion and its $0.55 in adjusted profit beat $0.53 of estimates, were insufficient to satiate investors who have become concerned about the retail industry. Cramer remarked that Costco is a good buy in the retail sector: 'I know you know people are cooling on this whole idea of, of anyone in that business. And I come back and I'm looking at Costco and I think Costco's what you buy. But I'm a lonely voice in the wilderness right now.' A fresh produce section in a modern grocery store. Previously, the CNBC TV host commented that Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) could go higher: 'Once they got away from that merger, I think that people realized the value of the company. It's still a low multiple stock. I happen to like Kroger more, but I've gotta tell you, this is a survivor, and I think that Albertsons' going to keep going higher.' While we acknowledge the potential of ACI as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and have limited downside risk. Urgent recall for tuna salad over fears of bacteria that can KILL if eaten
Tuna salad products sold in four states have been urgently recalled over fears of potentially deadly bacteria. Oregon-based Reser's Fine Foods has voluntarily recalled multiple products containing tuna salad due to potential listeria, a type of bacteria that causes severe diarrhea and muscle aches. The bacteria was found to have possibly contaminated breadcrumbs used in the products. Affected products were sold at stores like Albertsons in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. No illnesses have been reported, but listeria is thought to kill about 200 Americans every year and can lead to miscarriages. The FDA has urged consumers who purchased the products to dispose of them or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Anyone who purchased impacted tuna salad products should also clean and sanitize any surfaces that may have come into contact with them to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Scroll down for a full list of recalled items. Listeria, also called Listeriosis, is a serious infection caused by eating food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. It can be found in moist environments, soil, water, decaying vegetation and animals, and can survive refrigeration and other food preservation measures. Many foods can harbor the bug, but it is usually found in unpasteurized milk, soft cheeses and ready-to-eat foods, such as prepacked sandwiches. Cooked shellfish, cured meats and fish, including sushi and pre-cut fruit, are also a risk. Most people who eat food contaminated with Listeria will not become seriously ill. But in some cases, it can cause confusion and seizures, miscarriages among pregnant women, and even death. This can happen when the infection spreads beyond the gut and affects the central nervous system, which can lead to numbness and seizures. The CDC estimates 1,600 Americans become infected with listeria every year, and about 260 die.
