GAA confirms neutral venues for football groups climax
The GAA has confirmed the neutral venues for the final round of group games in the All-Ireland SFC. Both games in all four groups will take place at the same time. On Saturday 14 June, Group 2 leaders Kerry meet second-placed Meath at Glenisk O'Connor Park in Tullamore, with both teams already qualified. Also at 4.15pm, Roscommon and Cork meet in what is effectively a play-off for third place and a spot in the preliminary quarter-finals at Laois Hire O'Moore Park. Later that evening (6.30pm), Group 4's Dublin and Derry meet at Páirc Esler in Newry, the Oak Leafers likely needing to win to avoid elimination. Galway, who also have just one point, meet All-Ireland champions Armagh - already through to the quarter-finals - at Kingspan Breffni Park in Cavan. On Sunday 15 June, Portlaoise will host pointless Group 3 rivals Louth and Clare at 2pm, while Monaghan and Down meet at the BOX-IT Athletic Grounds in Armagh. At 4pm, Donegal and Mayo face off at King & Moffat Dr Hyde Park in Roscommon while Tyrone clash with Cavan at Brewster Park in Enniskillen. All four teams in Group 1 have two points after two games, though Donegal have a superior points difference. Monaghan v Down and Donegal v Mayo will both be live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player. The GAA's subscription service GAA+ will show Galway v Armagh and Dublin v Derry.

Donegal and Mayo showdown fixed for Dr Hyde Park as final-round details confirmed
Donegal and Mayo's All-Ireland SFC Group 1 final round game has been fixed for King & Moffatt Dr Hyde Park on Sunday week with a 4pm throw-in. Although there were hopes in Donegal that the game would be staged at an Ulster venue, the Roscommon town grounds will host the match, which will be shown live on RTÉ. It will throw in at the same time as the other Group 1 meeting between Cavan and Tyrone in Enniskillen's Brewster Park. On Saturday at 4.15pm in Group 2, Cork's must-win game against Roscommon has been fixed for Portlaoise's Laois Hire O'Moore Park. That could yet form a double-header with the Laois hurlers' All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final against Dublin or Tipperary. Kerry will travel to face Meath in their Group 2 finale in Tullamore's Glenisk O'Connor Park with Jack O'Connor's side requiring a draw to top the table and secure an automatic All-Ireland quarter-final berth. Late that day at 6.30pm, Derry and Dublin meet in Newry's Páirc Esler as Armagh face Galway in a repeat of last year's final in Kingspan Breffni. The earlier games on Sunday are the Group 3 clashes at 2pm. Clare have to defeat Leinster champions Louth in Portlaoise to earn a last-12 spot and the top-of-the-table duel between Down and Monaghan is fixed for Armagh city. A draw for Down will be enough for them to qualify for the last-eight on score difference. Meath mix the good, the bad and the battling in draw with Roscommon
GAA All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Round Two Manager Robbie Brennan thought Meath mixed the good with the bad on their way to clinching a knock-out spot from Group 2 in the All-Ireland SFC at Roscommon last Saturday. There were aspects of Meath's play that pleased the boss but he also conceded that there were areas that his charges needed to work on.
