A report shared by Bollywood Hungama quoted a source as saying, 'Allu is playing the entire family tree in Atlee's next film. He will be seen as a grandfather, father, and two sons in the film, making it a quadruple role for Allu. This would mark the first multiple role film of his career." While initially, Atlee was sceptical about portraying Allu Arjun in four different roles and had planned to cast two more actors as the father and grandfather, it was after the look test that he felt this worked in favour of the film. The source explained, 'Allu insisted on playing all four characters himself. At first, Atlee was hesitant, but on doing the look test, he felt this worked in favour of the film. The audiences will get to see 4 different avatars of Allu Arjun at the price of one ticket." AA22xA6 will also feature Deepika Padukone in the lead role. Joining the duo will be Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur and Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 co-star Rashmika Mandanna, adding to the buzz around the film. Allu Arjun asked to remove mask at Mumbai airport; video sparks mixed reactions
(Picture Courtesy: Facebook) Superstar Allu Arjun found himself in an unusual situation at Mumbai Airport recently. As he made his way through the security check, a CISF personnel requested the actor to remove his mask and sunglasses for face verification which is a standard security protocol. Allu Arjun initially hesitated which lead to a brief exchange of words with the officer. Despite the momentary tension, Allu Arjun complied by removing his sunglasses and mask for identification before swiftly putting the mask back on and proceeding inside. Netizens react - 'Please follow the rules ' The incident was caught on camera and quickly went viral on social media platforms. One Twitter user wrote, "Please follow the rules Yesterday at Airport security , Allu Arjun was stopped by an officer and asked to show his face with Id. Allu was initially reluctant, and after a brief exchange of words, his assistant tried to convince the officer that he was Allu Arjun. Even then, the officer insisted on seeing his face. The actor eventually showed face, but only partially and for a very brief moment. It's understandable that celebrities may cover their faces to avoid being pestered for photos by co-passengers. But at a security screening, Face id rules shouldn't be bypassed. If someone were allowed into a secured zone without properly showing their face, wouldn't that make us feel unsafe?" Allu Arjun's 'protective dad' move melts hearts during family dinner outing Another comment read, "The security should get a pay hike immediately ." A third comment read, "Airport screening rules are for everyone.. not just common passengers. Security is the same for celebrities, VIPs, and the public." Allu Arjun's upcoming projects After 'Pushpa 2', fans eagerly await his next big release which is Atlee's highly anticipated film 'AA22xA6'. In the big budget film, Allu Arjun shares screen space with big names like Deepika Padukone, Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor, and Mrunal Thakur.
