Tollywood star Vijay Deverakonda is all set to make a big-screen comeback with his film 'Kingdom', and recent reports regarding the actor's hospitalisation due to dengue had worried his fans. New reports now suggest that the actor has since been discharged from a private hospital in Hyderabad and is currently recovering at home. While doctors have advised rest, the actor is keen on sticking to his work commitments as much as possible,' the source stated. He has filmed a couple of promotional videos for his upcoming action-packed spy drama 'Kingdom' and is preparing for selective media interactions to promote the film. 'He's doing much better now.
