BAGHDAD, May 17 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday arrived at the venue of the 34th regular session of the Arab League Council meeting at the summit level in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. Upon his arrival, Sisi was received by Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al Sudani at the Government Palace in Baghdad. Sisi will deliver Egypt's address during the summit. In his speech at the summit, Sisi is expected to present Egypt's perspective on the challenges facing the region, foremost among them the developments concerning the Palestinian cause and means of restoring regional stability. The three ministers discussed ways to accelerate the implementation of joint projects in the fields of trade, industry, communications, electrical interconnection, agriculture, and transportation. These efforts aim to serve the shared interests of the three countries and strengthen their economic cooperation. During the meeting, Minister Abdelatty reaffirmed Egypt's commitment to launching a new phase of constructive collaboration within the trilateral framework.
