Archive360 & Neev Data unify SAP compliance with AI-ready platform

Archive360 and Neev Data have announced a partnership and integration aimed at creating a single, governed repository for SAP and other ERP system content. This collaboration brings together Archive360's data compliance platform with Neev Data's SAP and legacy-application archiving software, enabling a consolidated, AI-ready archive for a broad spectrum of enterprise data. Governance and compliance Combining the archiving and governance capabilities of both companies, the partnership addresses persistent challenges in enterprise data management, particularly the fragmentation of data across multiple systems. Organisations often manage separate processes for SAP content, other ERP systems, and various communication channels, which can increase operational costs and complexity. Previously, governance and access to historical SAP archived data were largely confined to the SAP environment. Under the new partnership, organisations can now extract, normalise, and securely archive SAP data, making it accessible and manageable from both within and outside SAP, or via a mixed approach. This integration allows businesses to locate, manage and comply with data governance requirements more efficiently. Archive360's platform also offers businesses the opportunity to decommission legacy systems while maintaining access to essential historical data, which is particularly relevant during migrations to SAP S/4 HANA. Neev Data's modular, SAP-certified connectors further enable high-performance offloading of data with minimal disruption to live systems. Capabilities delivered The combined solution delivers seamless data flows by extracting SAP tables, documents and attachments in open formats, then transferring them to Archive360's platform for indexing, classification, and retention management. Compliance is unified under a single set of policies that spans SAP, other ERP data, and communication channels, with shared search, reporting, and audit trail capabilities available to compliance and legal teams through a single console. Organisations leveraging this partnership can also ensure that their data repository is prepared and trusted for AI and analytics use, providing new avenues for deriving business insights from unified, governed information. Industry perspectives "In today's environment, organisations need a unified approach to data governance that spans all critical systems," said Vishal Awasthi, CEO at Neev. "Our partnership with Archive360 delivers exactly that, enabling data to flow from SAP systems into a comprehensive compliance framework that covers the entire enterprise data landscape." The integration also promises to streamline the adoption process. Enterprises already using Archive360 can quickly extend compliance to SAP operational data, moving from deployment to end-to-end oversight in days instead of months. Conversely, existing Neev SAP customers gain extended archiving capabilities for emails and communications without needing to replace existing SAP tools. New customers evaluating SAP archiving can deploy a unified compliance solution from the outset, reducing the risk of managing multiple solutions and accelerating the path to value. "This partnership represents more than integration," said Archive360 CEO Jerry Caviston. "It's the realisation of our vision for comprehensive data governance. We're not just archiving data. Our unified platform governs how organisations ingest, store, access, and derive value from their most critical information assets." Business context The partnership between Archive360 and Neev Data targets enterprises seeking to consolidate their historical and operational data under a single governance framework. As regulatory demands and analytical needs grow, the availability of unified, AI-ready archives may support improved auditability, compliance, and decision-making across the enterprise data landscape.

Archive360 launches AI-ready cloud platform for data governance

Archive360 has launched a new data platform aimed at enabling enterprises to better govern and utilise their archival information for artificial intelligence and analytics. The Archive360 Platform is described as the first modern archive solution specifically designed to provide governed data sets suitable for AI and analytics. It enables businesses and government organisations to access only relevant and compliant data, sourced from platforms such as SAP, Slack, and Oracle, while maintaining strict control over who can view the data, at what times, and for what purposes. The company stated that fragmented and ungoverned enterprise data has been a significant obstacle to effective AI deployment. The new platform aims to address this by serving as a central, compliant repository that ingests data from a range of sources, including enterprise applications, modern communication tools, and legacy ERP systems. The platform is data agnostic, supporting a variety of structured and unstructured formats. Jerry Caviston, Chief Executive Officer at Archive360, said: "Everyone wants to train AI on rich data, but most can't find, access or control it. Our platform flips that script. With a governed data archive, organizations can feed AI with the most relevant data from today alongside the salient information from the past, all while remaining in full control of what's accessed, by whom, and why." The Archive360 Platform is designed to speed up the deployment of AI-powered use cases in areas such as fraud detection, insider trading analysis, resource planning, and clinical trials. According to the company, the platform ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance policies, which can help mitigate the risk of inadvertently exposing sensitive or regulated information through AI processes or by ingesting irrelevant or incorrect data. As Chief Technology Officer, Tibi Popp played a role in developing the platform. Popp, previously recognised for creating a dedicated SaaS archiving platform for the financial sector, focused on ending the traditional model in which vendors retained control over customer data and concentrated solely on historical information. The new platform enables customers to maintain ownership and administrative access to their archived data, rather than relying on proprietary systems. The Archive360 AI & Data Governance Platform operates as a cloud-native, class-based solution. Each customer has access to a dedicated SaaS environment, designed to keep data segregated while allowing integration with customer-specific security protocols. This approach also extends administrative control and entitlements directly to the customer. The platform's capabilities are intended to facilitate a shift from application-centric to data-centric archiving. Instead of requiring multiple, disconnected solutions for different types of application data, enterprises are able to centralise their data management. The company said this centralisation helps activate data, reduce technical debt, enhance compliance, and improve readiness for AI integration. Other features include support for the protection, classification, and retirement of enterprise data. The platform can ingest and govern data from databases including SAP, Oracle, and SQL Server, alongside other content types. This provides customers with a unified view of their entire data landscape. Archive360 has also incorporated connectors to leading analytics and AI tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, ChatGPT, and OpenAI. This enables archived data on the platform to be directly available for analytical and machine learning purposes.
