Bachelor Nation's Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert Enlist Kids for DIY Reno Project at New House
Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert are fixing up their new house, with a trio of special helpers in tow. "We are doing our first little renovation 'project' on the new house and thought what a fun thing to include the kids in on,' Roper, 38, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, June 1, referring to children Emmy, 7, Brooks, 5, and Reed, 4. 'Today, we are ripping some wallpaper down and celebrating with a little chicken-banana dance!! Emmy has been asking us to do this dance for a while now and was super excited if you can't tell.' In the video, Roper and Tolbert, 38, joined forces with Emmy and Brooks — all wearing sunglasses — for a hilarious dance. (Reed was off-camera, filming the family shenanigans.) The Bachelor Nation alums purchased a new property in Kansas City, Missouri, in April. 'So many things had to fall into place for this to happen, and I truly, really feel at home here. Like it's always belonged to us. Who's ready for the renovations? We have no idea what we're doing.' Tolbert, meanwhile, jokingly replied, 'What are we doing? I don't even own tools ⚒️ 🧰.' The couple apparently figured out how to fix up the house by Sunday. 'We're at the new house and we figured it would only be appropriate and fun to do our first little reno project with the kids,' Roper said in an Instagram Story video. 'So, what did we do, Emmy?' Emmy chimed in to note that they ripped 'out wallpaper' in the dining room. 'It was a lot of fun,' Roper added. The dining area initially had burgundy-colored walls with white crown molding around the ceiling and two rounded windows. 'The dining room is one of my favorite rooms in the whole house,' Roper added via her Instagram Stories. 'Can't wait to make it 'us.'' 'I grew up in the country and have so many fond memories of my childhood playing outside in nature and exploring with my brothers. Can't wait to give our kids this kind of childhood. We're so excited for this journey to build our dream home.' She revealed earlier this year that they decided to sell the land and purchase an already-built home instead.

The Bachelor alum Sarah Herron is proving critics wrong when it comes to caring for her twin daughters. Herron, 38, shared a video via Instagram on Wednesday, May 28, with the title, 'You shouldn't be left alone with those babies' — referring to a comment left by a troll. Herron was born without her left arm due to amniotic band syndrome, and the comment appeared to question her ability to parent with a disability. In the reel, Herron took care of her 11-month-old baby girls, Everette Rae and Colette Rose — feeding, changing, lifting, hiking and playing with them on her own. In her initial November 2024 video, Herron shared how the aforementioned troll's comment affected her. 'A person left this comment on one of my posts about 2 weeks ago and it's been seared into my brain ever since. Even though I've been living and adapting to life with one hand since I was born, her comment got to me. What if she's right? What if something bad happens when the girls are alone with me and I'm not capable of taking care of them? What if I am not enough? And then I realized 'this could be the case for ANY mama, regardless of ability.' When you're a parent with a disability, things just take a little more forethought, tools and grit. And ultimately, we can't control what's out of our control,' she wrote. She continued at the time: 'I'm not much of a religious person, but two people have left me with mantras that have helped me remain steadfast in my journey as a parent with a disability; 'Your babies didn't choose you despite your differences, they chose you BECAUSE of them' and 'God doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the called.'I have no doubt I was chosen specifically for these babies, and I couldn't be more proud of that. Contrary to what the social media era would have you believe, things do, in fact, still happen with or without pics. Take, for example, The Bachelor's Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa, who are still very much engaged despite not constantly posting on Instagram or attending events together. In a recent Q&A on Instagram, Juliana revealed why she doesn't post more about Grant, noting that she is trying to keep her relationship private. Well, as private as a relationship that began on a reality television show can be. 'I don't think I'll ever be the type to overshare my relationship. I feel bad that people think they have a right to know everything just because I was on a show,' she wrote on her Instagram Stories, per Bachelor Nation. 'I want to let you all in, but I'm also just getting used to sharing anything about my life with all of you! Give me some grace pls.' Elsewhere in the Q&A, Juliana responded to a question about how she deals with all the rumors about her and Grant, saying that the couple mostly laughs things off. 'The people who truly know me (friends/fam), know what's going on in my life and in my heart at all times,' she wrote. Juliana's impromptu fan Q&A comes on the heels of her and Grant's appearance on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, during which they assured fans that their engagement was still going strong—they're even looking to move in together in Austin later this year. Juliana also confirmed that wedding planning was in the early stages. 'I really hope that we [get] married in Italy,' Juliana told hosts Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile. 'By the water. So, I feel like that is, you know, I just kinda [have to] hone in on that, but we are going to Italy.' For his part, Grant loved the idea. 'We're gonna make it happen,' he added. Not only will the Bachelor Nation show move to a different location from its typical spot in Playa Escondida Resort in Sayulita, Mexico, but a familiar face will also join host Jesse Palmer and bartender Wells Adams. Fan favorites from the Golden seasons will also be on the beach. "... (P)roving once again that age is just a number, as they bring their experience and a little extra spice to show the younger crowd how it's done," according to a news release from ABC. Here's what we know about "Bachelor in Paradise" Season 10, including the 2025 cast, where "Bachelor in Paradise" is filmed and when the new season will air. Season 10 of "Bachelor in Paradise" will be filmed in Costa Rica instead of Sayulita, Mexico, where it was for the nine previous seasons. On Tuesday, April 22, ABC and Hulu announced that Hannah Brown will be on the beach this summer alongside Palmer and Adams. "… Hannah Brown bringing the bubbly to rose ceremonies in the all-new Champagne Lounge," according to the news release. Brown was on Season 23 of "The Bachelor" with lead Colton Underwood and was the star of Season 15 of "The Bachelorette." She was the youngest lead in the show's history.
