Aryan Khan's much-anticipated project Ba***ds Of Bollywood has already created a buzz online, and this time it's not just the visuals but the voice that has caught everyone's attention. Fans were quick to notice that Aryan's voice bears a striking resemblance to that of his father, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
The first look from Ba***ds Of Bollywood was dropped on August 17, laying the groundwork for a preview release on August 20. Aryan Khan appeared on the screen for the first time, parodying his father. In the clip, Aryan can be heard narrating in his deep, husky tone. Almost instantly, social media lit up with reactions, with many netizens pointing out the uncanny similarity between father and son. While some said his voice is 'strikingly similar to SRK", others gushed that Aryan had 'inherited not just the charm but also the voice" of King Khan. This isn't the first time fans have drawn comparisons between the two. Even during Aryan's brand collaborations and ad voiceovers in the past, audiences had noted how his diction, tone, mannerisms echoed Shah Rukh Khan. Impressed with his on-screen presence after the first look teaser, a sectio of netizens pointed out that they wanted to Aryan in front of the camera too.
Shah Rukh Khan hosted an Ask SRK session last evening, when a social media user quizzed him about Aryan Khan's Ba***ds of Bollywood. When asked he has a cameo in his son's debut project, King Khan confirmed his roles and also revealed that several who's who from the industry are also a part of the Netflix series, 'Lots of lovely friends from the industry have participated in Aryans series. They have been very very gracious and loving to him. Main toh hun hi…Haq se!"
Yet another asked him to review Aryan's work. In his trademark style, SRK gave what he described as an 'honest review". Taking to X, the Swades actor wrote, 'It's very good. You all see and it's very entertaining….and wacky and emotional. Honest Review!"
Aryan Khan leads Ba***ds Of Bollywood as creator and director, working alongside co-creators Bilal Siddiqi and Manav Chauhan, who have also contributed to the writing.
