Watch the Weeknd's Enigmatic Performance of ‘Open Hearts' on ‘Kimmel'
The Weeknd appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to play his new song, 'Open Hearts'—with an unusual approach. For the late-night show performance, the musician stripped the color from the video feed and showcased the dynamic track in black and white while wearing a hood cloak and glowing eyeglasses. After sparks ignited from the lights above, the video switched back to color to reveal an empty audience with only a clapping baby watching. Things took an even more surreal turn from there as the singer followed the baby into an animated landscape.
