"I don't want to see my parents fighting": Fox News struggles to cope with Trump-Musk explosion
The cracks in the MAGA alliance are beginning to show, and Fox News isn't quite sure how to patch them. The conservative outlet appeared to be in damage control on Thursday as the rift between Donald Trump and Elon Musk continued to deepen. Many of the network's prominent commentators tried to cope with the situation, downplaying the public clash, describing it as a predictable outcome of a relationship between two powerful individuals and urging the two men to reconcile. 'Sometimes, guys fight,' said Jesse Watters. 'Guys sometimes will punch you in the face, and the next night you're having a beer. Sleep with your girlfriend, and you patch things up.' 'These guys are like roommates,' he added. "They're just blowing off steam.' Greg Gutfeld also reached for metaphors when he urged the two billionaires to 'knock it off.' 'It's like, I don't want to see my parents fighting," Gutfeld said. 'I like Batman and Robin. I don't like Spy vs. Spy.' He also praised Trump and Musk for airing out their grievances transparently for everyone to see. Sean Hannity sought to strike a similarly conciliatory tone, saying that just last week the two men were 'best friends,' and that the dispute ultimately came down to a disagreement over a piece of legislation. 'You have the president of the Free World; the richest guy on earth, one of the strongest guys on earth,' Hannity added. 'Conflicts? They're kind of predictable ... they disagree on policy.' Hannity predicted that Musk and Trump would work it outOther Fox figures didn't shy away from the implications of the very public breakdown. 'This is not a story that anyone was looking for,' Will Cain said. 'Hard to see a path forward for these two to repair their relationship." He called the feud 'a big, ugly battle,' and lamented the consequences for the country. Laura Ingraham, typically a Trump defender, urged the former president to pull back. 'Musk is his own person,' she said. 'Threatening to pull [his] government contracts—that's not wise, when five minutes ago you were of course hailing Musk's work in helping rescue the stranded Americans in space.'

Is 'Playoff Jimmy' Butler past his prime?
Is 'Playoff Jimmy' Butler past his prime? | The Kevin O'Connor Show Yahoo Sports senior NBA analyst Kevin O'Connor and contributing writer Tom Haberstroh discuss the Warriors forward's impact on Golden State in the playoffs and if he can be counted on to deliver for the team long-term. Hear the full conversation on 'The Kevin O'Connor Show' and subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube or wherever you listen. View more Video Transcript Jimmy Butler can't be trusted. Advertisement 17 points, 4 of 11 in an elimination game. His last 11 elimination games, he's averaging 21 points on only 16.5 field goals per game. His teams are only 3 and 8 in those 11 elimination games, too passive, scoring too efficient inefficiently, over these games. It's been over 2 years since Butler had that 42 point. banger of a closeout game against the Bucks, the game after he had 56 against Milwaukee, and that was amazing. Those are the moments that earned him that playoff Jimmy nickname is a guy who elevates his play and big moments, but the truth is, is that Butler, Has underwhelmed in these big moments more than he's dominated in them. Advertisement And ever since he's been named a starter, over a decade ago when he was with the Bulls, he's played only 77% of possible games. He's missed nearly a quarter of each season, averages 64 games a season, trending down to 60 games per season ever since he turned 30. He's Always hurt, always disgruntled, and you're telling me they're gonna bet on that guy to maximize the finals odds for Steph Curry and Draymond Green. I think it's foolish. This was the first sign for Stephen Curry, for Draymond Green and the Warriors that playoff Jamie is nothing more than a myth, nothing more than a myth. Well, Kev, I, I, I think you lean on their record with a big three together, right? Advertisement And clearly, Jimmy Butler as the #1 is not capable of having that responsibility anymore. In the last 2 games in this series with the series, the season on the line. He had a 16% usage rate in game 4 and a 16% usage rate in game five. That's a role player. Like, get out of here with that. That's not why the Warriors acquired him, right? I think he's a much better, as we talked about a lot, or he talked about a lot, Batman and Robin, like he's a much better Robin, and that's that's. No shame in it. Is he even a Robin? I mean, let's just be honest he he even a Robin? I mean, if he's got Steph Curry, I think he is a lot better suited for that role than he is as a Batman. Advertisement But you're right, I'm saying is he even a Robin is what I'm what I'm saying is he even a Robin? Like is he the third guy at this 0.36 years old, the injuries is mounting up. Uh, is he even a robin? It's really my question, Tom. That that's the way I feel about it with him.

Review – Batman and Robin #21: The Hunt for Robin
Batman and Robin #21 cover, via DC Comics. Ray: The hunt for the Memento killer has been one of the most intriguing DC mysteries in a while, with so many layers to it. Is the killer really Batman's disgraced mentor, with a new copycat killer kicking off a new wave of murders? Or is he something far darker and more supernatural under the curtain? This mystery has preoccupied Batman enough that he made some critical mistakes that have alienated his son – and not only has Damian quit as Robin, but now the boy has gone missing after the murder of his mentor Dr. Bashir. This has led Batman to rock bottom, and when he seeks out the help of Detective Lautrec – and it's very clear that he's a broken man at this point. As she berates him for all the damage he's caused to Gotham and to Robin supposedly, he can barely muster a word in response. And that's the scariest thing about Memento – this is a villain that has left Batman with no answers. The ugly truth. Via DC Comics. Memento seems to primarily work in the shadows, which means he's usually not seen until chaos already erupts. That's the case for this issue, which primarily takes place in the rafters at the Gotham Opera – as Memento prepares to unleash a second act of one of the biggest tragedies in the city's history. There's one great action set piece in this issue, but it's more than enough to drop some major new clues about Memento's identity. Robin is largely kept off-panel in this issue, but when we see where he is, it blows the whole mystery wide open. This is easily one of the darkest Bat-books right now, with a truly deranged villain and some deep psychological underpinnings in the story. Batman might eventually save the day, but the damage he's done to his relationship with Robin can't be punched away – and that might be the hardest fight he's had in a long time. Ed Sheeran wants to buy George Clooney's Batman costume Bang
Showbiz | Los Angeles Ed Sheeran is planning to splash out thousands to snap up George Clooney's original Batman costume. The 34-year-old singer treats himself to a piece of movie memorabilia every birthday and after previously buying Alicia Silverstone's Batgirl outfit from 1997's 'Batman and Robin', he's hoping to land her co-star's costume from his only outing as the Caped Crusader. Ed said on Alex Cooper's 'Call her Daddy' podcast: 'I'm trying to get the George Clooney Batman costume ... 'I bought the Alicia Silverstone Batwoman [outfit], so it would be matching.(sic)' The 'Azizam' hitmaker - who celebrated his birthday in February - previously splurged a huge amount on a 'Star Wars' replica. He said: 'I bought C-3PO. That was not cheap. I do it every birthday. I just buy one prop a year. 'It's the thing I look forward to. I think all year, 'What am I going to get?'' Ed's lavish estate features a lake, a chapel, and a pub, and a tunnel connecting his private boozer to his main home is where his movie memorabilia is housed. He said: 'In the tunnel, I built a listening room, and there's a cinema - it's less of a man cave and more of a man catacomb ... 'I collect movie props, too, so I've got all of that there. 'I'm a huge 'Hook' fan, so I bought Robin Williams' Pan costume and Julia Roberts' Tinker Bell costume.'
